i was looking for a technology change for long time and reached simplilearn for couple of time and that time i could not take up the call as i was hesitant towards online courses. Finally i had enrolled simplilearn for Azure architect course. i have completed one training and i feel i have taken right decision this time. the trainer Pravin provided extensive insights of the technologies and lab sessions also very very informative. The support staff were also good and able to resolve every query raised.I am sure simplilearn will provide same support for my further courses.

I had worst experience from Simplilearn. I was initially enrolled to AWS cloud Sys ops training. But after making the payment they started yelling that i should wait for almost 1 month to start my batch. Meanwhile they said they will provide me videos! If i have to learn and understand through videos i can start from udemy why should i pay you for that.

Coming to refund part they will show you policy of 10 days.

I cant stop writing when I talk about data science with R and its trainer Mrs. Deepti Gupta. She pushed us to the far extents to learn on our own, and made me self-sufficient while doing projects. Customer care for international students is poor especially live classes related. Attendance for 2 sessions wasn't recorded and when I complained and raised ticket, the only response I got is that it is a back end issue. Very bad!!!

Trainers are good ,training course is good and course materials are good. I almost took 2 coursed with simplilearn and both are good.
However i have a very bad experience with the supporting staff are not responding to the concerns I raised.Its been almost 2-3 weeks but they keep on telling we are checking with no one answering the call and no one calling me back.

I took the Master Program for Lean Six Sigma which included a Green Bent and then a Black belt course and I can't explain how they surpassed my expectations in all levels. Needed a quick crash course in Excel and Business Analytics with Excel from Simplilearn was the one. I like how the self-learning modules were organized and I completed the course in a week. I have used Excel extensively before but this is the first time I had all the concepts organized in a coherent fashion. This helps students understand the A-Z process of using Excel for business analysis. The project was hard but when you crack it and complete it everything you learned in the course is reinforced.

I had excellent experience attending the DevOps class. We had a great coaches who facilitated the class with great material, lots of patience and pay enough attention to clarify the concepts and to ensure that each students have their questions answered. During discussion the coaches go extra miles to covers the information/related to the course topic that is outside the course material when asked by participants. The class session were very interactive although very well paced.

The lab is the best thing in the training I suggest to give home works and evaluate them during the course instead of having only hands on that may not be done or completed .. I suggest also to have a forum for each course where one can go and check intermediate results or confirm understanding.

There are knowledge checks and quizzes for every lesson and this ensures that you actually understand what is being taught. The projects are almost similar to real life projects so the experience is very valuable.

But only thing is theory is very less for some topics so we unable to understand the clear definitions of logarithms and methods in R .
but remaining all good & set ...so lets see up-to course was completing...

Joined data science course but I feel it is wastage of money. Only limited items are taught and rarely practice on code. Coding is mostly executed by trainers and HTML file for code will be shared. Only Vaishali Balaji is good trainer which takes classes for Python for data science and Machine learning. I would not recommend to take simplilearn. I have taken partial refund as one of my colleague was offered the same course in lesser fee. Would suggest other options to learn data science. Most of the reviews are positive here since discounts are offered for other courses. So be aware.

I took 2 seperate online classes to prepare for a CISSP exam, if my last instructor was my ONLY experience I would give a 5 star rating as he was EXCELLENT. He taught the material and was concerned about our grasp of the information. Additionally, he would let us know what was really important and what was just for our knowledge. I did pass the exam and I can thank my second instructor for that.
For the minus 1 start, the first instructor just read from the slides, which by itself wasn t bad but would not provide those slides so we could print off and make notes. Understand there is about 500 pages of slides. Other items that reduced the rating was being incorrectly notified about cancelled classes, therefore missing live classes. Also, bringing up the need for the slides and the communication issues to Simplilearn support and never getting ANY feedback.
With this service I would recommend planning and taking several different classes to find a instructor that suits your learning style.

My experience with Azure classes provided by Simplilearn and the trainer Utkarsh has been good in providing all the necessary explanation and examples for each of the services during the course. This has helped in understanding the topics very well. Based on the explanation i was able to complete the project work on time.
