I took 2 seperate online classes to prepare for a CISSP exam, if my last instructor was my ONLY experience I would give a 5 star rating as he was EXCELLENT. He taught the material and was concerned about our grasp of the information. Additionally, he would let us know what was really important and what was just for our knowledge. I did pass the exam and I can thank my second instructor for that.
For the minus 1 start, the first instructor just read from the slides, which by itself wasn t bad but would not provide those slides so we could print off and make notes. Understand there is about 500 pages of slides. Other items that reduced the rating was being incorrectly notified about cancelled classes, therefore missing live classes. Also, bringing up the need for the slides and the communication issues to Simplilearn support and never getting ANY feedback.
With this service I would recommend planning and taking several different classes to find a instructor that suits your learning style.
