It took more than 100 hours since for a resolution. on top of that the engineer is asking for the same information which has been provided multiple time. I lost last week training LAB which I could not do and the assignment. Let me tell you I will never refer any person to go to simplilearn because of following reason. 1. The class is not interactive... as we have to type the question and it is not always feasible to type the verbal communication would have been helped too much. however trainer's training quality is very good 2. while doing the LAB if I am not completed or stuck some where then I have to refer the recording for which have to wait for another 4-6 hour so that I can refer the recording to complete the LAB. If trainer has time he does not hesitate to help. 3 support is another reason which is worst. as explained in the mail. the ticket was closed without any solution. If I would have given chance to drop the session will do so with my money back.

I started by Agile journey with Simplilearn and I am highly satisfied with their course content, live classes, study materials which are provided and also their practice tests. As this is my first time on Quora and my review of Simplilearn is very good if you want to take courses on Cloud Architect. I have enrolled in Simplilearn Cloud Architect program. I wanted to Learn Cloud Technologies, so I did my own research over a couple of months and compared with other online learning program in online learning industries then found and enrolled into Simplilearn. Simplilearn offers both recorded video and provides live instructor classes for its leading courses which are very good. The course material is fairly good I would say the level is Basic to Intermediate. So overall I would say Simplilearn is very good if you want to take courses especially Cloud Architect Learning courses.

The course has been designed keeping in the mind the working professionals as well which makes it really helpful. The mode of learning is very effective compromising of both e-learing and hands-n. The trainer Narendra has immense knowledge and was very helpful through out the session providing knowledge at both core level as well as fundamental level. The course can be taken up anywhere[computer or mobile] and based on your suitable timings.

Cloud Master Program Certificate I have completed the course. Its very well organized content. Practical Assignments were challenging. I recommend this course. However, instead of Live sessions, i would recommend Simplilearn to share either hardcopy or ebooks of Popular books (related to module or certification exam) which i think will be win-win situation for students. At times Live sessions are less informative. GCP module should have had better content including assignments and MCQs

I took a CSM course from Simplilearn and it was simply fantastic. The instructors were very very knowledgeable and not boring at all. This is the second attempt for an online training, although the first one was from another training provider. My first with Simplilearn. Sincerely I was shocked by the cordial customer relation and call I receive immediately I indicated interest just within 1hr. The live training session was great with course materials, quizzes, Projects. I completed 8 of the 9 live classes the reason of missing one is due to poor network in one of the sessions. Though I am having difficulty playing the audio downloaded due to an 'arf' file attachment to the audio which cannot be played on windows media player. Great work to Tanveer my faculty in batch 5.

Hi everyone, I enrolled for this Masters at Purdue University Programme, I felt it was utter non sense. It was nothing different than a regular Data Science Course from Simplilearn which would cost u 40K INR I felt cheated and paid them 2.30L INR Only handful of trainers are good, rest are just here to mint money, they dont teach you whats new, its just bookish knowledge. Coming to their IT support team, they are the wonders of cheat masters. They will keep on copy pasting same solution multiple times, EOD u ll be frustrated and leave them as we have already paid them and cant question them. Extremely frustrated with their service Sales team, they are least bothered once ur payment is processed they wont even respond you Overall Simplilearn is a cheat, do not get trapped. I feel like filing a consumer court case and get money refunded from these scamsters.
