Silver Reef Hotel Casino and Spa Reviews

It's a Casino,somewhat attractive decore,noisy,frantic with activity and of course Smokey. I'm not an dedicated gambler but I do enjoy the slots and the elaborate buffets once in a while. I'm not impressed with the slot machines,real low end- penny,nickel and a few quarter slots. They're push bottom no arms,thus no illusion... The buffets are underwhelming,and set up in dreary spaces not even real rooms. Please don't get me wrong you can get good food there you have to PAY MORE for it in the SPECIALITY Dining Rooms.

Room flooded 2am from above. The loud waterflow and burst woke us up. Dirty bathroom water was flowing into our room from above. We urgently called the front desk several times and they didnt seen concerned. We had to plead with front desk to send someone up because the whole floor of rooms were going to be trashed. About 15 minutes later a guy came and said "It's flooding from the room above" but they didn't want to bother the people in that room by waking them up! They told me they could not move us to another room even though they had available rooms. I said "What are we going to do" and he said I don't know. And he didn't care. He went back downstairs. We started to pack our stuff to leave. Inches of bathroom water on the floor, in pajamas, he (night manager?) finally called and said that SOMEONE they usually hold a room for probably wasn't going to show up (About 3am now) so I guess we can give you their room. No sorry, no come back and we will make it up, no free coffee in the morning because we were up all night. I had really been looking forward to that stay. That was about 3 months ago. I wasn't going to even post anything but I just changed my mind.

The location is removed from any place. How to 20 minutes. But the rooms are wonderful! Well spacious and well decorated. The bed is soft and luxurious. And the service is spectacular! I would definitely stay again!

Small but still has nice slots and table games. I didn't get to play table games. I won 200 off 20 it was nice until I felt lucky and played it back lol

The steak House is the best steak ever, little pricey but worth it

Food is good ,can't win on the slots not even just a little. The hot tub was so foaming on the top you could see dead skin floating with the foam .Not a good thing for sure .

My dad treated me to lunch at the buffet and it was seafood Friday! Everything on the buffet was DELICIOUS!! I especially enjoyed the clams!! Our server was spectacular, she was absolutely delightful! She checked on us often, made sure we had everything, refilled our sodas, and just was a sweet lady. And everything was clean and inviting. I really enjoy the Reef Everytime I go eat there.

Went to get a burger and clam chowder with my cousin there and it was magical!

The room on the Executive floor was very nice with a good view. The casino itself is clean and well managed. Payouts are middle of the road. the Steak House restaurant had very good food and good service.

All I did was lose money there. Waste of time. Not even entertaining. Sitting in a smoke filled room for nothing. Dont bother.

The food was outstanding the staff was outstanding they got a good gig there and I'll definitely be back.

Clean and smoke free casino. Nee machines and table games available. Closes at 2 AM. Nice clean room with free sanitizer but no food services available and my room heater never worked through the night

Never had a bad time. Lots of great stuff still haven't had the massage treatment but soon I hope

Good restaurants. Regular promotions. There is a non smoking area but some of the more interesting slots are in the smoking area. The ventilation system is good.but not when a chain smokers pull up the seat next to you. Parking is good.

Lose more then I do win at this place .. its another casino what can I say

Really nice location. Friendly staff and surprisingly good food. The casino floor isn't huge compared to Vegas of course but there is plenty of fun to be had. Hotel rooms were really nice and I could live in that shower.

This place is delicious. There is a variety of food to choose from. From salads, meats, fish, and delectable deserts. I recommend coming here on a Monday, it's "Italian Night". The only issue is the amount of time you have to wait. I'd recommend making reservations, or suffer a 1-2 hour wait. But overall, it's perfect!

Trevor and Scooter(Tyler) at the Cantina are where you should be. Every night. Great service and prompt drinks.

We love being able to eat excellent food win some money if lucky and still go for a nice hot tub or pool run with the family win or win situation

We went for the prime rib buffet. For the price we paid we can't complain. Also had some fun with the slot machines.

Terrible payouts! Used to be great, now they have gone to a card system where the more you spend, the higher your rank and you have to spend A LOT! plus they took away their weekly scan your card and get prizes which was the only perk they had left

Staying at the Silver Reef was wonderful. My room was so nice,comfortable and very clean.Will stay there again.

Need A/C or fans in the Casino. I was in there around noon and I think a Las Vegas summer was colder than the casino. Also I refuse to play there anymore because the last 3 times that I have gone I have played $500 on the slots each time and cant even get a bonus. Go to Skagit if you want a chance at winning. I had Native Americans on each side of me and they were always winning, but I got straight up Jacked. Don't waste your money at this establishment.

P.S. they pay for the construction because they tightened up the casino.

I had forgotten what it is like to walk through cigarette smoke.

Been here a couple times and always have fun. The slot machines tend to be a little tight.

Very nice motel just off of the I5. The staff was friendly and the room was modern and clean. The kids had fun in at the pool and at the buffet breaksfast.

A good friend got married in one of their event rooms: the staff and food were amazing. -1 star because I don't like casinos.

It's pretty much your typical Washington State Casino. I went there late at night and there was only one restaurant open and they said it would take 45 minutes for them to make any food. I went somewhere else to eat.

Nice casino, could have better buffet food but still good.

We always enjoy Friday night crab buffet. I like the prime rib. Huge variety of gaming options. Everone there very friendly.

Hotel and spa are really nice. Food options arent bad good for a quick getaway from Vancouver for a night or two.

After winning over5000 i was robed in my room for 12000+ then asked to leave the hotel casino and nothing was donw about the theftt

Little irritated at the lack of staff they have for the buffet. They make you wait at least an hour to get in and then when we were escorted to a table it hadn't been cleaned. I had to track staff down for silverware. Then they took our drink orders and never came back. This seems to be a regular occurrence with them.

Ate at Panasia, food was mediocre (but they give you tons of it). Very much a midteir casino, not really anything special about it.

Buffet was absolutely amazing. Had the seafood buffet, highly recommended it to everyone. Definitely going back to try others.

Not far from U.S./ Canada border. Lots of slots to choose from. Restaurants are good and have been there when they have had luce music. Rooms are modern and thre is a pool, hot tub, spa and steam room.

Their is a good selection of table games and with good dealers. And the steak house is fantastic.

Not as good as past visits. Seemed way too smokey. Not as many new slots

The food at any of the many places to here is amazing. I have been to the buffet before on a Wednesday and for $5.55, no complaints. Gambling is fun to do if there is a wait and the drinks are perfectly strong.

Very spacious and well laid out game floor. Many different places to eat.

The whole place was hopping tonight. Tried to get in the seafood buffet. Waited two plus hours and still didn't get in. They have a reservation system in which you call in for seating. I dont recall them doing that for buffet seating. Not a fan. Anyways. Lots of people , lots of gaming, we left with money in our pockets which was better than most.....

$7.77 Buffet on Tuesday with a players club card and $5 food voucher for 1st time players. Quality of the buffet was excellent. Doesn't get better than that.
