Don't go here EVER. The locals call it the Silver Thief, that says it all. the slots are tighter than a bull's ass at fly time!!! the presidential suit was dirty, dusty, and a big letdown for the 600 + a night ... I fixed the gas fireplace so at least that was enjoyed. Don't believe the misleading AD'S ..there is NO buffet and No spa!!! the two things we went for. Did I forget to add the mattress is like a swayed back horse??? bring your Ibuprofen

Silver reef is one of the worst casinos I’ve been to for playing slots compared to any other casino in Washington they are by far the worst the only thing that is good about the Silver reef is the rooms are Comfortable I do wish the windows still opened up 6 inches
Silver Reef is my destination whenever I want to go to a casino. I love the atmosphere and the staff. One time it took an extra long time to get my meal at the Red River and the waitress apologized. Next thing I knew the Manager came over and insisted on picking up the tab. Totally unnecessary, but deeply appreciated.
I used to live going to the Silver Reef but they stopped sending my bestie, who spends 10x more than I do at any given time, their appreciation flyers. They were super rude about it. We're now going to Skagit for our casino girls night.
The casino was clean as well as the bathrooms. Most of the machines are older. If they would upgrade the machines, I would raise the stars up to 4. Oh, the hotel rooms I thought were overpriced.
this place is lop sided so upper management staff treat lower level employees like slaves they view their clients and patrons as cattle abs they do not honor their freeplay

Great casino, good selection and variety of restaurants and a buffet, I really like Pizzanini. Would be 5 stars if I were a smoker... I Shouldn't expect a casino to be smoke free though
This is my favorite Casino to stay overnight in my RV. RVs are allowed on the southern most section. Get there early and you can park on the edge for added privacy. A security van patrols regularly 24 hours a day. The wifi does not extend to the lot but is free in the casino.
Terrible service. Got scammed from a regular. Got barred from the facility. Was told that the scammer was barred too but then I saw the person walk back in. In cahoot with the establishment. If you want to clear the issue you will contact me instead of filling out a complaint from!!!!
Was overcharged on my drinks. When asked the bartender i was given attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and got the same attirude. The worst service and experience i have had there
We love coming here, especially for the buffet but really hope one day the casino goes non-smoking. My eyes and throat are still burning from our visit last night.
Can't stand food and beverage supervisors. When can they hold on to employees like they used to. Oh ya, they got new management etc... the crew used 2 be like family. Now it's all about them "supervisors" it's too bad, they lost great employees
It was a good time, 4 stars for being nice but nothing super memorable. Went to the cafe and the food was delicious. Not really a gambler so can't can't day much about the casino floor. Place is very well kept.
Great facility for an expo: large rooms, excellent hors d'oeuvres, and good service. Unfortunately, you half to wade through the gamblers to get to the event center.
I got robbed out of 150 dollars, which I could understand if I had gone to the casino because that's what happens at casinos. The problem is that it was the hotel that did it. The booking website I used even refunded me their $30 commission and the hotel refused to refund the money they charged for a room I didn't even see. That's even after the management talked with me and the booking agent
This is a fun casino and is open 24hrs a day year round.I played Blackjack,and Pai gow poker,for over 5 hrs and was able too play for a long time without breaking the bank.The Asian restaurant is good but closes before 11pm.There are pizza and desert options all day and night.I had an excellent Calzone with Italian sausage mushrooms black olives and marinara sauce. The staff are all friendly especially Bridget the Blackjack dealer she makes losing painless,and winning awesome.
Silver Reef does not accept military dependent ID Cards. They do not appreciate work military dependents do. Do not stay and play unless you can get other ID cards. Only casino in Washington and Oregon, Idaho who does this. Was told they do not make the rules ..
The hotel is very nice ! We stayed on a Saturday night which is also all you can eat Dungeness crab night and it was amazing ! And we Actually came home with more money then we left with ! Highly recommend !!
Hadn't gone to the buffet in a few years. It since has changed. New location within the casino, much different set up. Unable to reach the food items with the way in which the guards were set up. We were not impressed with the food. Will not go back.
The casino slots are a little tight sometimes but the food is out of this world. Special call out for Andre in the Red River Cafe. Way above bar service....he represents the casino well.
For a small Casino it paid pretty well. The food was good at the restaurant it was clean and we had a good time. What more can you ask for. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it was really nothing exceptional, but a very decent fun place to go
They advertise a stay and play package that as a new reef rewards members you can get 200 dollars back in 3 installments if you lose that much in the casino during your stay. It's a selling point to get you to get the package, but as I found out today, it's what they don't say that counts. The people said yesterday that during my stay, after 10am today, as I only stayed one day, that I could report to the reef rewards desk and see the amount I lost and get my first pymt of like 40 bucks back. Well, apparently the deal is actually the first day you sign up as a new reef rewards member, you have till only midnight that very same night. Now most guests are not gonna leave the casino at midnight as it's a major part of why people stay there in the first place. So, all the employees who sold me the package, signed me up at the desk as a new member, all told me that after 10am when I had checked out, come by the rewards desk and confirm that I lost 200 bucks and get the payback deal started. Needless to say, after wasting my time waiting for some closure and there being no-one on Sunday who could adjust the points or whatever, I left upset and very disappointed with the fact that I had no resolution at that point. After leaving, I got a call and was told basically we are sorry that our employees gave you false info, that are pamphlet is misleading and unclear, and that they were gonna change their flyers, and tell the employees the correct info. So, false advertising was no issue with the casino management, customer service clearly don't matter as well, and they basically said oh well, our bad, but here is 5 bucks on your rewards card. Needless to say, I won't go back because of that, and will let Alcoa employees and refinery ones as well, the unjust situation and am probably gonna file a formal complaint with the BBB as well, and the tv was out all night due to wind, told the desk at checkout, and another oh well deal with it.
Went to the casino and then ate dinner at the buffet. It was great experience overall except for the smell of smoke was very strong at the table games which I mostly play. Staff is very nice and the place is very clean.
Great location. Nice, clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Great pool. The cafe was great to eat at. Don't waste your money at the buffet, no taste, cold food, the best part was the salad I made, overall the buffet sucked, so I bought a second dinner at the pizza place and it was fantastic!
Tues. Nice casino. At 530pm we decided to fo the buffet but was informed that there was an 90 min wait. Crazy and it didn't look busy. Went to the Red River cafe next door. Ok food. Clam chowder appy tasted good. Our waiter's attitude was not good in my opinion. Lucky he hit a tip.
