Its nice to have a non smoking area but it should be the other way around. The should have the main casino be the non smoking area & have the small section be the smoking area. Smoking in there is HORRIBLE during the corona.

Food there is horrible. Are at two of the restaurants not impreesed. People were friendly but good not good

They have been good to me at the Reef. They have the spirit of Las Vegas and always find a way to comp you something, whether it's a free room or some free play, they make it happen.

As a truck driver, I visited only the Casino and 2 restaurants for 2 days. The Casino is big and beautiful. Many slots to choose from. (I did better on Tues. than Wed or Thu.) I LOVE Asain food and the BEST I ever had was at Panasia. (SCREW PANDA EXPRESS!!) The servings are large and average $10. I ate here twice!(NO TAX!) Signing up for Slot Players Club gets you $5. cash, $5. discount @ any restaurant and 1 free buffet! My server was Erin at Panasia. She is extremely efficient and friendly. I hope to come back soon. Truck/RV parking avail.

Poorest service at Carvers Restaurant. Foods was good but service non existent.

There are so many machines to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is gorgeous! The buffet is ok, nothing super special.

Silver reef restoraunts buffet was good and suprisingly decent in terms of quality ans service. I recommend the seafood buffet to all who love crabs and shrimp

There not very family orientated considering I was told to eat my pizza and leave even though I had a room and my family was gambling I wasn't allowed to walk around with them even if I didn't gamble because I didn't have my identification card

The restaurants are average and the space gets smoky. Not a big casino person in general so hard to compare to others.

When friends visit they always want to go to the Silver Reef. It is kept clean, though the ventilation system could be better, the smell of smoke is pretty strong. The restrooms are always spotless, even when very busy.

The restaurants, encluding buffet serves good to excellent food. The buffet could work on their desserts, the little ice cream cups are a travesty.

I have actually won a few jackpots, but not in over a year, though I see others do. Every Tuesday night they have a Blackjack tournament that is well worth the time, only $20. to buy in, fun and you could win some real money. See you there!

Amazing staff. Terrible security, not all , just a few bad seeds. Though there are great ones. Aka they will jump your car if it dies.

Nice place to go and play slots, see friends and family. Also a place to eat and share a meal and a memorial time. Wi-Fi available

silver reef casino was ok... but the worst was the pizza bar! They were semi busy said 45 mins for 10 inch pizza I was like alright usually when ppl quote you a time It comes way before... well that wasn't the case this time! I finally got my pizza 1 hour and 15 mins later but they forgot the toppings! For that long of wait I was thinking the pizza would be amazing well not at all! Frozen pizza Is better IMO! I will never get pizza there again yuck

Nice place good food promos are weak as are the slots if your looking to get up this is not the one your better off at swinomish, tulalip or angel of the wind

the hotel is always clean The rooms are wonderful.Didnt give it 5 stars because the public bathroom is casino both mens and womens was dirty

Originally wanted to dine at the steak house and was told that I had to have a reservation. Ended up at the cafe, which was a real disappointment. I used to work in the gaming industry in Las Vegas and would never had been turned away of any steak house because I did not have a reservation.

Dinner at the Steakhouse was magnificent. Order a ribeye steak "Oscar" with a side of garlic mashed. Would highly recommend and will dine in again.

Plenty of slot machines and table games. The buffet has got some great deals too although the selection can be very limited.

Seniors lunch buffet is $5 on Mondays! I highly recommend the baked goods at the coffee shop. It's hard to narrow down my favorite items, lots of delicious goodies. Huge sizes and well worth the money.

Fun place to go. Always has fun new games, air filtered well. Have been able to win good sized prizes

Had drinks at the Terrace bar, followed by dinner at the Steakhouse. Exceptional service all around - particularly our server, Johnathan, for dinner. In addition to the high-caliber service, the food was top-notch - among the best in the area, and certainly better than many other fine-dining establishments along Bellingham bay. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Staff would not let us sit together, even though there was a table empty beside us without paying a huge gratuity. Very rude staff

Went for the Monday night buffet and to gamble. The buffet was alright for a buffet but not as good as I was hoping and expecting. My and my friend both ordered "specialty" drinks and deeply regretted it. They were both disgusting and over priced. The gambling portion was alright. To high off limits on a couple tables, some nice newer machines. Most dealers in the pit were fantastic and great to talk to. Slot attendants were nearly impossible to find. Slightly frustrated that the only night me and my friend had off to come gamble (since we work in the casino industry as well) the only drawing or event going on was for old people. So we couldn't participate in any of the fun. Over all an ok experience but could have been better.

I am not a gambler but I do use the convenience store and get gas there. Always good friendly service.

The food is pretty good, I don't gamble so I couldn't tell you about that experience but the place is always pack every time I go there. They even hosted Arsenio Hall once, I thought that was pretty cool.

The Buffet was $20 for a small selection and even though they close at 11 at 10pm they tell you the food is being pulled at that time so maybe watch what time you are entering

I got carded 4 times on my way to the buffet. Made the experience not so great.

The smoke is a little irritating, I played "Friends" slot. I haven't been able to find my favourite "Fireball" machine lately.

Nasty room . Horrible customer service. Never again. Their are better places to stay.

Not really a place for children. The room was nice but the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. We had to walk on the casino floor to get to the restaurants, even the free breakfast buffet, which meant smoke and annoyance when walking a toddler through a hotel.

the hotel was nice clean and quite. The food was decent and the casino was nice being right down stairs. I would of given 5 stars but what did not sit well with me was the continental breakfast. Honestly after paying 272.00 for the night you would think the hotel could add sausages and bacon for free. I had to pay 12 dollars for that( false advertising not free). Would I stay again possibly. But come on really! at least include break feast staples for free

Its a Love/ Hate relationship. You win some, you lose some... But I have a good time regardless. I like the selection of slots, much more than the skagit! Open 24/7, very nice dinning, resort, etc.

Dinner was Fantastic. Wine selection was amazing and atmosphere was perfect.

It's pretty fun. They need to do something about the small selection of tables though. They get so full that we just leave.

If I had to guess I'd say the slots are tight in this establishment! Maybe just as tight as the new Trible sales tax. Bottom line, A beer will cost you 23 cents more here And you may lose more often in gambling. So if you gamble just to pass time away you may possibly have more seating time in another establishment?

Being new to the area and Silver Reef has benefited from my new residency. This month alone I have offers of 2 free nights each week in Feb, 3 days a week where I to pull the tab for free play and $10 each week in silver dollars. Least to say that I have been a loyal customer. I have never took advantage of the free night stay before but decided to surprise my husband for the one night and my son for his 18th bday the next.
Inquired at the diamond dividends on details and booked the room with my debit card. Not one time has anyone said to me that a deposit is needed for the room. Not even when I booked the room was I told this. Around 430 I showed up first to setup the room for my hubby and realize I forgot my voucher so I called to ask if they could hold the room. Again, still no communication on The deposit.
Drive back home and come to find out that I need a deposit. Of course I feel ignorant and crushed cause my night is ruined.
I left In tears and called spoke with Maria, she states that, "her staff tells people about this deposit" asked what times I had called and the cards are not ran till 4 and deeply sorry but can hold the room till 8 for us.
So I talk to hubby he says, "babe put it on the card" but by the time I call back, I am little pissed and feel duked.
Never as a gold member at Angel of the Wind's was I treated like this.
So I told Maria that we like the room but cause of your guts obvious and blanton miscommunication I like to be compensated. Considering my loyalty to their casino, I like this in return. Maybe, a massage or something.
Oh no she isn't authorized to do so but you come on in and we can talk about it tomorrow. Are you kidding me?
Wow Never will one more dime from me again....
