I wish the pool had later adults only hours.
The casino is well maintained.
Panasia restaurant great as always.
Very comfortable hotel rooms, but I have never had housekeeping knock on my door at 8:20 in the morning to see if I wanted the room made up. Let me sleep. I was told I have to put a sign outside my door if I don't want that intrusion. Really?

Good food, lots and lots of slots, table games. Rewards aren't the greatest though.

Actually went to skippers next door at the mini Mart. Love skippers. Best chowder around!

Enjoyed the casino, once we got past the smoking section. Non smoking was comfortable and air was good. Had fun on the machines. We didn't try the food. We will return and eat there and perhaps enjoy the hotel for a stay.

Smoking is aloud in the main part of the casino, but they do have a smaller area for us none smokers.

It is a nice feeling each and every time I have been there and the staff is great.

We ate at the steak house restaurant. It was beautiful inside the restaurant and cozy. Getting a table was a bit tricky but once seated the staff were attentive and the food was very good.

I have stayed at many casino hotels in my life. And I have not had many worse experiences than i have had both times here. The smoking is awful, the employees are fine but the gambling is just atrocious. I am used to poor luck but this place just has the worst gambling in the entire northwest. Nobody should expect to be a winner when gambling but to just get absolutely slaughtered and not once but twice tells me that their slots are awful, table games even worse. I had a 3 of a kind and a straight flush against me in 10 hands on 3 card and thats just the beginning. If youre looking for a place to casually play some slots or games for a few hours do not come here. Absolutely atrocious.

The buffet here is very, very sad. If you are expecting a good quality buffet with lots of variety and pleasant ambience, do not go. Only gave 2 stars because the pasta was actually decent and the cook was friendly.

Decent casino, a LOT of slot machines. I've never been able to get a waitress to take my drink order while playing a machine but it's rarely very crowded so it never takes long to get something when ordered from the counter. It's starting to look a little dated inside, a little, almost, dirty. I've never won much at this casino, but I never lose too badly either. Their pizza and pastries are simply amazing! I highly recommend trying them.

Machines are server based..meaning they are rigged and set not to pay out. Confronted the slot manager on duty and was escorted off the property. Typical Indian casino.

Went to buy a gift certificate for the steak house. The process took quite a while but the woman running the gift shop was pleasant.

Good but restaurants slow and out of food at. 6 pm. Unacceptable.

We've been here a few times when visiting friends in the area. The service and food are good, the rooms are nice, and the atmosphere is festive. Sometimes it is hard to get there, some local roads flood in the winter and it can be very crowded around the 4th of July, but we have no complaints about the actual hotel, restaurant, or casino.

Stayed here before the Ragnar relay race, very accommodating! The breakfast buffet was a nice touch

1/5 for making it 21+ instead of 18+ like every other decent casino in Washington

The Panasia restaurant in the casino has some pretty good Chinese and Japanese food, big portions and cheap.

Went to smoke shop place isore affordable than others

First time to Silver Reef and dined @ their Famous Buffet restaurant. It was Italian theme today with pasta, pizza & sauage. It would have been great except had stomach problems after. Would taste the Seafood Festival on Fridsy nights.

Staff was friendly and professional, definitely recommend!

It was a nice place to visit. It was decently priced and good snacks were offered. Customer service was great and the area was clean.

I've stayed here four or five times. The staff are overall kind, the gift shop has pretty rings that are pretty cheap for a casino! The chicken parm is my favorite at their resturant, I would probably have it for my last meal. The beds are kinda hard for me. If you get a crazy neighbour who won't be quiet at 3AM they take care of it and the rooms arent dirty or stinky.

We went into the casino for my birthday to play some slots. We were there for an hour and had a good time. I came out $10 ahead.

Nice, clean, spacious casino. Lots of unique and exciting games to play. Seemed to have more slot machines than many other casinos I've been in and I've checked out many. Staff was nice. The buffet was affordable and had many delicious items. I especially appreciated how the staff served the food with a smile. There was one gentleman in particular that came around to each diner and asked how everything was. He seemed genuinely glad to know that the customers were enjoying their meals. Nice touch for a dining establishment.

If it wasn't so smokey I'd give it five stars. This is a really nice casino.

Really nice casino and fantastic hosting staff! Shout out to Adrie, Clara and Kelly. Food is really good, gaming is good and always improving and of course the hotel is also really good. The steakhouse is fantastic as is PanAsia. Buffet could use some work but it is still good. Overall it's a fun place and we are treated very well. Live going.

Wow lots to see and do great food, contests and prizes. Wish no smoking areas better laid out. By the time you leave you reak of tobacco.

Went Tuesday at noon for buffet lunch. Very nice table service. Hot food looks dry and old. Salmon was the worst. So dry I had to ask for tartar sauce to wash it down with. The cook was very "down" when I asked for tartar he looked at me like I was the first person to ever ask for it. If they are going to bake the salmon sides "skin on, lazy cooks" at 9:30 in the morning they need to have some mercy on us customers who try to eat it. Won't be going back

Accommodation was good, and they do have winning slots.

We had requested a cott and they had told us it's an extra $15 dollars.. they shouldn't expense that kind of thing because when they never know for what reason. I understand that it's probably for covid but it just doesn't make sense to us

Came in for the 5.55 Monday buffet it was awesome but a long wait get there early

Great food. The buffet is fabulous. The calzones from the pizza place are enormous and tasty, a must try.

Clean hotel/casino and really helpful and fun staff. Everyone I ran into was cheerful and helpful. if you are up there this is a good place to stay.

My dad and I have tried three times to go to the buffet. The line ups were over an hour. I dont suggest going here. Go to the skagit where their establishment can actually handle the dinner rush. I expected it to be busy because of Italian night... never again three strikes you're out.

Their homemade made to order pizza is over loaded with an abundance of toppings and it's like a deep dish Chicago style crust and the large is more than enough to feed family of 4. Cost is affordable as well $20.00 to $25.00 for large. Highly recommend Hawaiian and Taco pizza.

We took our kids to go swimming and we had a blast.

"speak to a supervisor to correct erroneous charge"... Ummm, it was the supervisor that corrected the cashier and to put the charge on. Lol

The food at the steak house was out of this world. The service from Jay rocked. Marci our bartender was awesome too. Rooms are so so. I expected more but overall it's a pleasant place to visit.

Good selection of food at the buffet they tack fifteen percent on your bill for a party of eight I don't like being forced to tip. If they know they are going to get a tip what is the incentive to give you good service????

I went to go gamble, the staff was nice, and the casino was clean, but people can smoke in the casino and that sucks for none smokers

We were there in a Motorhome for 3 nights before New Years Eve and planned to stay for New Years but in the morning on December 31st all the RVs were suddenly told we had to leave as soon as possible. Many of the RVers had called many times to confirm RV parking would be allowed for New Year and were told there was no problem staying. December 30th we all went to the buffet for dinner within 30 minutes of the opening at 5.00 and told we would have a 35 minute wait. Over 75% of the tables were empty as they only had 3 servers. The food was terrible and totally poorly managed. The Blackjack dealers however are extremely friendly. We continued on and had a great New Years Eve at Tulalip we re we were welcomed and treated very well. Unfortunately Silver Reef have seen the last of us until they change there poor management.

Fun place to have a few drinks and do a bit of gambling.

Attended a professional event at Silver Reef and was very impressed with the facilities and service. The event hall was bright and clean, tastefully decorated, and very accommodating. I look forward to attending another event there again.

Disappointing. 90s decor, lumpy bed, water stains on the sink, dish tv. When we tried the coffee maker in room it came out as brown ground flavored water in addition they only have non dairy creamer for the rooms. Upon inspection the coffeemaker had hard water inside and looked unclean. If you come expect less. Oh, their wifi password didn't work for the in-hotel wifi.

Poor customer service. I would not reccomend going to the Silver Reef.

Breakfast was great, service excellent at the Red River cafe.

If your going to just have fun and dont really care that your losing its not so bad. The safe are friendly its clean and they have an indoor smoking room which is nice cause I hate having to go outside and freez right now. But it's not really big on giving you any cash flow the machines were all so quite u mean I get it its gambling but I feel after 300 dollars plus I should have got a little something other then that it's not so bad.

The food is great. The people are nice. Lots of free waters.
