I'm not a gambler. My focus is the Red River Cafe. Good food, well plated and served. I like the (deep) fried chicken for dinner. Coleslaw, veggies and potatoes.
Breakfast is one of the best. Just about any type here is tasty.
Atmosphere is 'casino' noisy, but not objectionable.
I brought my granddaughter here for dinner. (10) We both had a good time.
Was there yesterday for the opening of the new addition and I must say the new chairs they have throughout the casino are absolutely great! So very comfortable and height adjustable. My dad loved the new carpet.
Had the seafood buffet and it was very good and a birthday comp so just had to leave a tip

Did not have any luck on the slots tho, blew $ 500 in about 7 or 8 hours , had a great time and as usual the staff are friendly, always someone to open the doors for you on your way in or out!

My husband and I recently stayed overnight in the RV parking area for some gaming fun. I would like to start by saying we love to gamble here. It takes us about 2 hours to get there so we don't come as often as we would like. I would like to say, however, we were very disappointed in all the garbage surrounding the RV parking area. We even found a broken safe with a pile of needles in it, also several bottles full of, what looked like, urine, And just a ton of garbage everywhere, we were very disappointed as the view overlooking the fields and mountains is gorgeous. It would be really nice if we could come again and see a nice clean RV parking area.

Event was put on by my work. Overall, the night was fun. My employer did it big. Free drinks, free dinner, private dinner area. Waiters were on point. Drinks were quick. My only grievance is the food was just...okay.
A total casino experience - with everything you would expect in a resort styled, beautiful full featured hotel. Only an hour from the Canadian border makes this a great stop or a weekend holiday. We love it.

The buffet seems a great price but be careful if you're not at peak rush you get what you pay for... Overheated items baking under lamps and cold stuff that's supposed to be hot...
One free meal a year is the only reason they got my foot traffic. Buffet is great, and I end up playing slots after a smoke. They just changed the policy. Can only eat during my birth month. Guaranteed to forget. Hard to play the slots from outside the place...

Terrible lost our reservation even though we had conformation put us in a 2 bed cheap motel 6 looking room . then messed up our room service then we had dinner at the stake house excellent food service was very slow and unatentive to devil drinks etc...
The breakfast buffet is ok, and you will need to pay extra for bacon or sausage.
Had a dinner event at the Event Center. Banquet staff were very attentive and everything was set up beautifully.
Wasn't too busy and had great customer service. Im not a gambler so I did not play any machines nor tables. They do have great complimentary coffee i will say.
Hotel is great (we ve stayed several years in a row now) but two of us got ill after the Christmas buffet this year. The two that got I ll had the chicken fettuccine made at the pasta bar and clam chowder. Did anyone else have any problems? It been great previous years. The prime rib was very fatty as noted by another reviewer here. Staff were great though.

We have come down at least 4 times a year for the last few years and always budget to pay our bill in cash before we leave. This time because we had booked more than two weeks in advance and their room rates went up they did not honour our players card discount. This has never happened before so if this is their new policy we will not be back. Obviously they do not honour there own advertising anymore. With the exchange rate the way it is any added expense is annoying. My wife has brought my sisters twice in the last year and my wife and I were just here in December. In future we will take our gambling money elsewhere, just because I find this poor customer service. Anything on our cards will be cashed out tomorrow. We usually let them grow and cash out once a year but may as well take what we have as we will not be looking forward to returning. We have rated hotel 5 stars in the past even though we lose every time we come, now wish we could erase those reviews.
Room took a long time to get ready. Otherwise it's a very pleasant stay, it just happened to be a very inconvenient experience for me.
Booked 2 free nights promo at the silver reef on the phone with hotel reservation. When arrive at hotel they announce me that I have to pay for the second night because the promotion finish Thursday. The lady at the reservation never told me that I had to pay anything. They don't tell you until you get there and get you. I would be ok to pay for the second night if they at least told me when I reserve. Very frustrating and we won't come back here.
I had a fantastic time at the Silver Reef Casino. The food was good and the service was friendly and timely. There was a live band playing and people dancing. And the games where a blast to play! I would definately recomend the Silver Reef Hotel Casino and Spa to anyone considering a visit!
Ate dinner at the restaurant it always tastes great. Good place for expensive special occasions.

Staff is unfriendly in general and couldn't be bothered to help.
Used to love this place but customer service seems forgotten. I was afraid to ask the staff at the Barista for a coffee for fear you are interrupting them. They seemed less than happy to be doing their job. I said thank you every time but more often than not, got no reply back. No smile, nothing. They are not friendly at all in the coffee bar, so much so that many people made comments about this during my stay. Also, went to get a coffee for me and my two friends who were playing and saving my machine but was told there was a two drink limit. Really?!?! How ridiculous. Other casinos have self serve stations. Just seems like the REEF is being greedy. Was there for 4 days and was disappointed. Used to be my favorite place but sorry to say I will be trying somewhere else.

Stopped in for dinner after work, and ordered a Jack Daniel's bbq burger from the Red River Cafe, cooked to medium doneness (and they nailed it) with a side of cole slaw. The burger was quite large, but the side I found to be tasty, yet a tad underwhelming. Overall, it was pretty good food for a reasonable price. I'll defiantly be returning in the future.
Not good a place to play slots. I come here a lot and have hit several bonus spins betting max $5.00 to $10.00 a spin and never winning more $40 or $50 dollars on bonus spins! Sad that they have tightened up their slots so much. It would be better just to hand them your money if you are going to play slot machines here. They always have thousands of people playing to so it is not like they need more customers the place is always packed. So why is so hard to win any money here lately? Did they rig their programming? Hello Washington State gaming commision are you guys doing your job?
This place is closest to the border. It has a lot of promotions and low limit gaming tables. The missing star is because of the indoor smoking regulations. It made the whole place stinks.

Came here today on a thursday for lunch buffet and at 12.99 a pop, this is a very sad buffet.
There were 8 main courses, 4 salads, 2 soups and maybe 8 different kinds of cup cakes to choose from.
Clearly the owners of this casino only care about money.
Of the 8 main courses, they were buttered corn, southern style beans, corn bread, hush puppies, mac and cheese, dry ribs (Cold), bbq wings and stir fried green beans.
the salads were broccoli, coleslaw, cesar and kale. the soups were daily specials.
cups and glasses were dirty, place was dark.
the only good thing i had to say was the bbq and cheesecakes.
not worth the money, you can get much better buffet quality in bellingham for 13.99.
