Machines where not very friendly, the buffet was very small and food was very dry and bland.

I found out personally why people call this casino "Silver Thief Casino".

Always have a great time with the staff and bartenders. A nice time if you want to get away and relax.

Tried charging my cellphone on the machine USB, but it s just there for decoration.

Its ok, way too smokey in the casino. Love the food, had fun.

The food was awesome!!! The casino was not all smokey...and I left with more money than I arrived with! The valet parking staff was super friendly too!

I like gambling but Never won Jack Pot ever!!! Can't seem to caught a break there never won much there living up to the name "SILVER THEF" NOT SILVER REEF!!!" As for hotel it's nice great place for break and relaxing for weekend's or jus to get away for while... BEST SWIMMING PLACE AND SPA EVER!!:-) BUT MAYBE SOMEDAY I'LL HOPEFULLY ACTUALLY WIN SOMETHING GOOD OR BIG THERE JACK POT HOPEFULLY SOON!!:-):-) JUS PRAYING HOPEFULLY SOMEONE ELSE WINS AND GETS SOMETHING FROM THERE OR I DO... AT LEAST... JUS MAYBE I'LL GET BACK SOME OR ALL THE MONEY I PUT INTO THAT CASINO... Free overnight parking for RVs. Security drives the complex. The casino and hotel are new and clean.

It's a great place to go whether you win or lose it is amazing experience and always great food especially the panasia ultimate fried rice. Gotta have it, gotta love it it is amazing and the slots are fun and table games are nice my moms a table games dealer so she likes her job. It has to mean something!

The room was clean and as good quality as I expected based on the price. Free water bottles was nice.

Average casino. I will have to try the buffets soon...

I had the best time in my life I won so much on a huge jackpot it makes me want to come and stay 24/7 hour's a week. Staff are so awesome and are there always when you need them at the right time and not one of them acted like they were too busy and couldn't help, Thank you so much Silver Reef for being there you changed my life and open my eyes to what life really can be like I am now a loyal gambler within the clenches of your fist I am there day in and day out no matter if it may be through thick or thin even rain or shine! :-$

Real nice casino and excellent hotel. Hella good grub that is decently priced but if you re like me there is no cheap visit to the casino....Especially the Silver Reef

We have been to many of the concerts here. Nice rooms to stay in afterwards.

Rude lazy stuff gaming top two worst out of 12 casinos in the state

I took my parents here and we had lunch at their buffet and the food was decent. The clam chowder was amazing as well as their pasta in which they make right on the spot. I thought their steak was mediocre and the rest of the food was decent in general. The waitresses were extremely nice and welcoming. We would come back again.

Its located close to me and this casino payout jackpots quite often.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms however don't have a fridge or a microwave. Be prepared.

Rarely ever see slot attendants. I had to call security on my cell and ask them to send someone to a machine that wouldn't let me spin or cash out. 10+ minus I had my service light on.

The Sunday champagne brunch buffet was just average or slightly below average. Only 2 glasses of champagne? Really? Casino seemed decent and relatively smoke free.

Would have been nice if roulette table would have been open but dealer hadn't shown up

Extremely lively on the weekends. Very smokey. Staff are friendly. Secluded from everything else. Nice and clean hotel rooms.

Had a fun couple nights staying at the casino and attending their Halloween party

The casino floor was nice but unfortunately the smoke was unbearable, even in the non smoking section, also the pizza place had an hour long wait. It wasn't even that crowded so there's no good excuse. The staff was the only redeeming quality, everyone was very friendly.

Went for facials and pedicures at the spa. Allie and Valerie are amazing and so very helpful. The services are better than most spas I've been to and the customer service is exemplary.

Nice facility but not enough no smoking areas. Need a respirator if you stay for a couple hours!

It is the perfect place to gamble for 30 minutes or less. Win and leave. Staff is fantastic. Clean. Smokey. Good food.

Excellent meal at the restaurant..Blue cheese burger and Ceaser salad.

We found a bug in are bed but we only saw one and the ice was dirty.

The Reef Rewards program is super stingy with the points-- it takes at least $40-50 (sometimes more) to accumulate $1 in free play. The servers and slot attendants are always kind and helpful but a couple of the ladies working in the cash cage are downright rude and usually in a sour mood. The ladies at the call center, especially Beth, are so helpful and knowledgeable and always so kind.

Went to a concert here, worst sound system I have ever heard.

Not often you get wifi @ casino as none of the BC casinos do haha.

Extra star for having a non-smoking section for the slots near the quieter lobby.

I like the old school games and they only had a few, however I did walk out with more money than I went in with!
