Good facilities, good food. Casino is quite Smokey, staff is pretty average.

We enjoy our time, we stay in our RV. Free parking and patrolled by security.

Customer service here is good and the USA 1cent slot machines you are sure to always go home happy playing with money in your Pocket

This place is great on the game selection, it is pretty far up North but it does have a lodge where you can spend the night.

Nice casino, not overly crowded. Friendly staff. They've recently added a fragrance which I could do without. The dining options are great at this casino

I really liked staying here. The room we had was very clean and nice. The casino area is really well kept. The buffet is a good price for good food. I will be staying again.

It's an okay casino though not my all time favorite. They can be a bit pinchy with their rewards. As with any casino you win some you lose some. All in all I would say out of the few I've been to they are in the middle for win potential. Their buffets are pretty good but they aren't tops on their drinks.

Always have fun. Do not like the pillows but love how dark room gets. Great getaway.

The Friday night seafood Buffet is amazing. All you can eat crab and shrimp.

Our purpose was to complete our fantasy draft, and we rented out the Theater East room. Great comfort, food and drinks for the price point.

Had an excellent dinner at the Red River Cafe. Waitress was very nice and wonderful.

The spots are so close you cant put your awning out..office staff not the friendliest..

I've stayed at this casino multiple times. I usually stay in the Northside tower and find the rooms to be adequate. during my visit I ate twice at the pizza restaurant located in the casino which was on a Sunday and a Monday and I found the service to be quite poor. The main cashier named Chase leaves a lot to be desired. I think that people who work in the service industry should wear a smile and be enjoyable to talk to you however this wasn't the case with Chase.

Beautiful casino with friendly staff. We visited this casino after Thanksgiving Day brunch. We had to detour off of Slater Road, due to flooding, but the drive through Ferndale was nice. After a few hours of gambling, I hit a jackpot on an 80 cent bet (I couldn't hit anything on larger bets). We certainly will be visiting the Silver Reef in the future!

Fun place to game. Whenever I head south for a little while I always try to stop an delay for a bit. It is sometimes a bit smokey and I wish the non-smoking area was a bit bigger, but that doesn't stop me from coming in. The payouts are pretty decent compared to some other casinos - at least I feel. It would also be awesome if they offered us Canadians some exchange rate benefits to make it sweeter for us!

Not bad for a local casino. Lots of smoke in the air on a busy night but there is an OK no smoking area which would be more popular if it was a bit bigger with a better mix of machines. The steak house is actually very good.

its a good place to gamble friendly but the food wasn't that wonderful, simple dinning nothing stood out.

We went to Silver Reef for their $5.55 buffet special on Mondays. It was our first time there and we weren't familiar with the queueing system. We were told it was a 2.5 hour wait for a table of two and it was already 8:20pm and we thought the buffet was closing at 9pm. It would've been nice for the hostess to clarifying the hours and the fact that the 2.5 hour wait wouldn't have prevented us from getting in and the staff overall could've been more friendly/approachable. Luckily the wait ended up being only about 45 minutes, overall great value for the cost and would definitely go back!

Excellent atmosphere. The craps table is my favorite. Professional, friendly, and entertaining dealers for sure. one of my favorite gambling establishments. Always in Prestine condition. Absolutely must eat pizza here and must try the steak house.

Much more than I ever wanted to put in. Jackpots together I won didn't even come close to what I put in. So I probably won't be gaining much rewards any time soon on my reward account

Sunday brunch has a nice selection. All of the attendants through the casino are very to interact with. Great place for a rainy day too. Good luck

Spent an hour at the black jack table, a server came to take a drink order once, after about 45 min. I ordered a Jaeger bomb (one shot of Jaeger in a glass of red bull). She came back with a low-ball glass, with what looked and tasted like a shot with a splash of red bull.

I think I only saw about 1/2 or less of the Casino when I first visited 3 days ago. I did enjoy what I saw so I am surely going to make sure I see the other half the next time I go.

For fun during these messed up times can't beat it incredibly delicious food!!!! Nice strong drinks and slot machine I actually win on! Cha ching! and then my nights entertainment was free! More times than I can count now! Guess you can see why I'm a loyal customer and given a well-deserved rave review! Hope yours experiences is pleasant as mine always are! !!!

Nice clean destination casino hotel. Not much around the area, and the food wasn't the greatest. Hotel staff were very nice however.

We came for the seafood dinner had to wate 2hr but worth the wait lost my valet ticket but the man was so polite sorry I did get you name looking forward to coming back slots a little tight but we had fun coming back in Oct for my birthday

I've been to many casinos in Lost many a dollar in these said casinos, and this casino silver reef I actually won $300 I cannot begin to tell you how awesome that is I had a lot of fun even though I was only there for a short amount of time.

Surprisingly not as smokey as some casinos I've been to.

Its was so nice, staying in the hotels gives you access to the steam room and sauna. As well as the hot tub and swimming pool. My husband and i had a great one night stay. The buffet was fantastic. We got the stay and play package. We didn't win but, it was fun. We got drinks and ate brunch, and dinner the first day and breakfast the next. Very good selection for continental breakfast. Had a great stay. Great staff. Only way it seems to win tho is to spend 300+ dollars in the first place tho. Altogether had a great stay.

The smoking makes it almost intolerable. The Chinese food restaurant was some of the worst food I've had in a while!

Well after the many years we have gambled there and not won any big payouts it seems there is less staff on the floor to get a beverage or snack and even slot machine service problems.
The Red River cafe food quality is poor with diminishing items from past years. We were shocked to see they took off the Fried chicken dinner which was great. The quality of the buffet has also declined compared to when it was in the Red River cafe, miss the great Seafood from years past. Seems since the newer hotel was built things have gone downhill even the payouts and bonuses on the slots. If your not playing the max bets you will not win a large payout. We had friends receive comps but we never did and mailouts have been non existent. We are just tried of declining service and the lack of payouts.

I can do the hour long drive to have my car exhaust weekly clean-up from the long drive. Of course the cheaper US gas is the bonus. Often times, any one can see lots of BC plates in the parking lot. And there is a better chance of winning when playing the slots there as compared to BC's machines. BC casinos have cleaner air, though as you need strong lungs to survive the chain smokers of US casinos, which diminished somewhat as time goes on. Maybe these smokers sometimes get the idea to take notice when you fan the smoke back to the smoker beside you. Just be careful not to push it when dealing with smoking bullies.
