Was clean. Place moved fast. But some staff wasn't too friendly.

Quaint casino with all the amenities you can ask for in a small town casino.

Smells of alcohol and smoke. If that is normal then... It was clean and staff was friendly.

Went for Christmas buffett. Dollar tree decorations and food was disappointing

No refrigerator or microwave in room which was without walk in shower. Promotions were not explained properly . Staff from restaurants were rude .

2 hour wait for buffet no waiting list for booking a room, you need to be better staffed to provide a better experience

I like the atmosphere, they shut down multiple machines to enforce social distancing so it wasn't so stressful as well as doing facial scans and temp checks at the doors, so there were not many loiterers like the casinos in my area. And the cafe had amazing steak and great servers. So pleased with my visit and dinner I brought all my girls back the next day.

Small quaint hotel with casino attached, bonus hot tub/pool/sauna/steam room I enjoyed ever bit of the pool area and used all four during our one night stay. Nothing to runt about however nothing to rave aboit either. I enjoy how close it is to the border and the city of Bellingham if you don't get to visit to often.

Long waits at the buffet and drinks from the bar have barely any alcohol and are over priced

Newly renovated casino with lots of different games. There were different options of food service. Some staff are friendly, not everyone, because I managed to interact with both friendlies and not friendlies. If you don't feel like walking to and from your car, they have free valet parking!

Reminded me of creepy casinos in Nevada, I'm not a gambler. Went for dinner, barely eatable.

I have been going to Silverreef atleast twice a month and DID enjoy this place for the past 5 years. BUT, for the last one year, I have had nothing but bad experiences. Slow service, Terrible food, rude staff (NOT ALL) and .... I always recommended this place to my friends. NOT ANYMORE!!

SILVER THIEF is more like it. Slots DO NOT pay out. You could play $100 and never enven get even money pay out let alone a bonus spin. Notice all the construction? Guess how thats getting payed? TIGHT CASINO

On vacation here from San Diego and came to check out the buffet. I'm not much of a gambler so I couldn't tell you how good that portion of the casino was. All I know is that it smells of cigarettes like any other casino you go to but the price of the buffet was good. I'm used to paying almost double the prices for buffets near us. The food was excellent, the wait staff was on par (Cynthia and the noodle lady, didn't catch her name), and the only reason I don't give more stars is because the hostess and cashier were a bunch of A-holes. Quite rude and not helpful whatsoever. Thank you noodle lady for your great service and Cynthia, you made me forget how badly I was treated trying to get my family fed at a place my father wanted to try. You made my experience much better.

Service people were snippy, too much smoke, kinda like the zombie apocalypse.

Very well appointed hotel; plenty of gaming slots and tables; excellent selection of penny slots; great variety of food. We went up to stay the night before our daughter's soccer game in Bellingham. It was the perfect place to stay and get to the game rested. Had such a great time, we may end up going back for a fun weekend.

Only complaint is that the non smoking section is pretty weak compared to Southern King County casinos - no tables and very few slots.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and eager to assist. However, the complimentary buffet breakfast was abysmal. You have to pay extra for meat (ham, bacon, or sausage), and the eggs made both my boyfriend and I sick... literally. We loved the Pizzanini but I strongly recommend skipping the breakfast buffet.

One needs to remember the odds are in the houses favor. So blackjack with one deck is hard, they use three. You are a fool to play. You set em up they knock you down. This is payback for Custer trust me.

Rooms are very nice. Wifi in the casino is worse than third world level. Shocking that a supposedly modern business would have 1920 s quality internet. Yes, Wifi did not exist then, and to be frank, it still doesn t at the Silver Reef.

Awesome casino close to the border! Great staff and friendly people. The steakhouse is always good even if their service varies... nothing like a BBQ chicken Pizza at midnight on the casino floor!

Alright they charge extra $15.00 per person after first 2 in a room. The beds are firm.

The service across the whole casino was awful! Everyone acted as though we were interrupting their evening. We were there to celebrate a birthday and our whole party decided we would never return! The smoke level was really bad too.

Fun to go every now and then but the smoke makes me leave quickly..

Very nice hotel in the area! We stayed for a work trip while visiting for two weeks. The location was great for running over to Canada or White Rock on the weekends for some fun, while still keeping close to the job site. Great landscaping and great food!! Rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly!

We stayed the night and did dinner for an anniversary. Stake house Had the worst service I have ever had. Waited 45 min. For someone to come to the table. Manager stopped by brought us an app. Waiter finally showed up to take our order asked us 4 time what we were having and got it completely wrong. Manager ended up serving us. She was the only reason we even stayed ended up comping our meal and spending time with us. Will not be back. Sorry Vickie! Thank you for trying to help.

I've been coming for years always fun and the best casino in the area

This place never gets any better.....no matter how much you play... They send you $5 in free play a week... Which is extremely insulting since ive lost so much money here and been coming here for almost 15 years!!!!
You people need to treat your long time players better!!!

Put $20 in a machine. 5 minutes later won $159. Had to get a steak at the steakhouse. It was great. Great service too.

Extremely tight slots, nobody was winning. Not very clean casino. $7.77 buffet on Wednesday wasn't great. No beef. Tasteless turkey and hard green beans. Hotel was great, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Had trouble with tv - pixilated channels one night, then most channels dark the next morning. They fixed it quickly, though, once I called to complain.

Cafe's employees can be a little less rude. Other than that the entertainment is great.

Waited 2 hours to get a table, food was definitely not worth the wait. There were several tables empty, not sure why they didnt use them.
