Nothing particularly special. Clean, spacious rooms. I found the bed to be too soft.

Snarky desk attendant greeted me and set the tone for the experience. This place is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It's more like a fraternity house with drunks passed out in the halls and sketchy stoners riding on luggage carts. They also charge nearly $50 per NIGHT for parking.

I live a few blocks away but love to spend the weekend here a few times a year. The jacuzzi rooms are worth it. Jimmy's, the on-premise restaurant serves up constant classic favorites. The swimming pool and hot tub are top notch and you almost always have the entire place to yourself. I will be back again soon... You should try it too!!!!

Nice hotel, but we booked for 3 adults and only had amenities for 2 even after asking the front desk face to face for more. Also, parking was ridiculous, another $46 and the spots are only big enough for mini cooper's!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, very close to the convention center. Its always very clean. Great service

Super convenient to Swedish Normal Hill Campus and Seattle University. Numerous walkable restaurants and cafes surrounding you or stay in and enjoy good food at Jimmy's Restaurant. Silver Cloud has a guest shuttle that runs set routes to Pikes Market, the International District and other places (but not to SEA). Taxi ($40) or UberX ($30) to airport in 20 minutes or so.

Such a wonderful experience! Had a loved one in a nearly by medical center and they were kind, supportive, and helpful. Assured me transport to and from the medical center and were friendly faces happy to see me return after a day of visiting. They hotel was so clean, food amazing, and I felt safe and welcomed! Will most def be back!

The shower had a bench and was handicap excessible which was really nice. They had a shuttle they offer their guests which really helped us out. However the parking was self serve which was kind of weird just because we werent sure what to do at first. The decor is nice except they have too many fake plants. The staff is very personable. Overall a pretty good experience.

Ashland Hotel very good staff highly responsive to your needs willing to help in any way I just lost my father 2 and I felt they really cared. Only reason why they didn't get a 5-star review was they didn't have a lift for my Walker in the free shuttle service other than that they were completely awesome I would recommend that they fix that issue and I will change my review to five star. By the way the hotel price is not too bad for the service you get from them.

Friendly staff with Jimmy s delicious as ever. Hotel seems to have an issue with homeless in and out.. the odor intolerable on the 5th floor while also lingering in elevators. Positive drug deals were occurring day and night. Unfortunately don t think my partner and I will return to this location.

Room service was quick. The shower was excellent. Everything was clean. People were nice. It was close to our event.

Great first time experience with two separate stays. Rooms were great and beds were just right. Real nice restaurant/bar by lobby with every menu item I chose being quite excellent. Parking is highway robbery but it is the same everywhere in this city so don't waste your time complaining. Definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Silver Cloud. Comfortable and clean rooms, my only complaint is that the shuttle schedule was slightly unclear. I didn't personally eat in the attached restaurant, but several in my party did and said it was pretty nice. Would stay again.

North west chain offering superb service, great rooms, and perfect location at reasonable prices. They also have a rewards program that offers cash back or free nights! If you are staying in Seattle for a night or for travel I would definitely recommend this place.

Great central location. Newer decor, nice rooms. Free newspapers. I only stayed one night, but keep in mind that a central city location will come with drawbacks--the street was very loud with sirens and $30 self parking.

Fantastic experience resulting from a shattered rear passenger window. Asked front desk clerk,Tony, if we could borrow a vacuum to clean up the glass. He sent us down to the maintenance room in the garage. He had arranged with David, one of their maintenance people to look after us.
He took the time to vacuum the back seat, floor and door as well as wipe it down. Then he got some cardboard, taped it to the car and then covered the cardboard in tape in case of rain. We thought we would have to do the cleaning and go to the store to get tape and plasti or cardboard and a knife. David took care of it all. Above and beyond.

Nice hotel. Great water pressure, comfy bed, great location. Basement pool isn't ideal but the staff was great.

This hotel is, according to my friend staying there, quite decent. Staff is friendly, rooms well maintained, and no issues came up during his extended stay.

Rooms were nice. Refrigerator was very small. Nice to have a Whole Foods store right across the street and walking distance to Swedish Hospital.

It is a decent hotel, clean and friendly staff. Not sure if it deserve a 4 star rating tho. Try to avoid staying in the room with a Jacuzzi tub next to the bed, it's a little 90s and motel 6.

I booked this hotel for my wife's annual "girls trip " with her best friend. At the time of booking it seemed a very convenient location, and a nice hotel. Soon after check in I received a text telling me I had " done a great job " in picking the hotel. I was told the room was very nice, lots of room, and a great staff.

The beds and bath tubs are very comfortable and nice. Service was great, they were very sweet and accommodating

This is a fine hotel, but I will never set foot in the city of Seattle. Not a safe idea and I hope the Hotel industry pushes back on the insane radicals that run the city council.

Update, All was very nice on our last visit, I was impressed by the front desk personnel and reservation staff. The shuttle is a very nice service that should be considered in choosing this location. The drivers are polite and professional. This is a top notch location at a reasonable price. If you are a patient at Swedish, you should consider this hotels discounted rate for patients. It may be less so in the peak summer season. I have not figured that out yet. I will say based on my last two visits you will not be disappointed with this class act hotel!

This hotel is okay but nothing special. Expensive self parking, as to be expected from a place downtown. Close to a lot of good restaurants on Capitol Hill. Staff is friendly but seem overworked, constant lines at counter.

Great quality for this price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is stunning. You are just 10 minutes away from downtown and you have a lot of stores and cafes just next door. Nice parking garage. Friendly staff.

The room layout is so great! I love that there are nightstands on BOTH sides of the beds and the fridge, microwave and extra sink are fabulous. Parking costs seem like a lot, but I guess that s just Seattle.

We stayed in a suite and it was GORGEOUS. A full sized soaking tub bedroom adjacent made for a very relaxing start to our evening. The room was well kept and very comfortable. Overall, an enjoyable stay. We'll be back again soon, for sure!

Very comfy beds with great pillows! Upscale and not usually the place I d pick.

This was our first ever stay at a Silver cloud. We stayed in a king jacuzzi room and it did not disappoint! The Jacuzzi was clean, big, and worked well! They even have little bath salts and body wash with a little loofah! There was also a fire place that really made the room have that romantic cozy feel. Our Room was close to the elevator which had me concerned at first but we we're surprised to find that we didn't hear a thing! The staff was friendly and the food at Jimmy's was good as well. The only downsides of our stay, our room overlooked IHOP. That sign is bright and you can hear a lot of foot traffic in the evening. The other thing was the wait time for room service. We ordered a beer and a martini. To be fair they did tell me it would be a while as they were busy but 30 minutes was a little excessive. And lastly, if your driving to this hotel you'll need to pay for parking. The cost of parking is pretty expensive here so just be prepared. But overall we had a great experience. We Will come back and stay again and we are excited for our next visit.

Great stay for us. I went in to Swedish for surgery and my wife stayed at the hotel for several days. Great staff and accommodations too. Would recommend to all.

I was there for a seminar. The location is great, but the parking garage is extremely cramped, with most stalls being at least somewhat obstructed by support columns.

If you want me to leave for noise or other reason let me know. If not please allow someone else into room with favors and we will leave if complaints made. Thanks. I appreciate all you have done in spite of me

Nice desk staff, clean hotel and a great location. The desk handled the loud party next door to my room pretty quickly, so kudos for that. My main complaint is that I accidently left a gift I had bought for a friend in my room after checking out and somehow housekeeping "couldn't find it". That's a first. My guess? Housekeeping was lazy and threw it away or housekeeping kept it for themselves. My suggestion: management needs to do some housekeeping of their own with their staff. Three stars...

Clean, spacious rooms. The people at the front desk were awesome and welcoming. They even let us leave our car there after we checked out sk me and the wife could go have brunch. Definitely recommended.

In Seattle for an unplanned visit. This place was closest to the hospital. Staff are very professional, knowledgeable ams friendly. Went out of their way to male my stay as pleasant as possible.

The staff is very helpful and nice, the rooms are clean and well stocked. Jimmy's on Broadway is delicious and reasonably priced, and provides room service. The pool and spa is great and we have used the shuttle service many times during our stay. We come back every few years for a family girl's outing and will continue to keep coming back to stay here!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great room layout. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint would be that you could hear alot of outside noise as if the windows were open but they weren't. Restaurant had wonderful pancakes.

Loved it . Had a big pool and hot tub. Really close to the harbor view hospital. They have a shuttle every 30 that takes you thier. Great professional service

When I stayed at this hotel, I happened to lose the box to a pair of expensive shoes I had recently purchased and wanted to return. In order to make this exchange, this box had to be returned as well. General manager, Jeff Pace, immediately stepped up to help search for the box and, when this proved unsuccessful, went above and beyond to make the refund for these shoes possible without it. I will certainly stay at your hotel again on account of his initiative and exemplary service. This is what hospitality is all about!

This place is no "Ritz" but it's clean, well run, and the staff is very professional. It's location is almost adjacent to Seattle University. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants. If you are visiting SU, no need for a car. The hotel has a free shuttle to Pikes Place Market.

Very clean rooms, well appointed with a very professional staff. Proximity to downtown and Jimmy's restaurant make it a great place to visit Seattle. I always stay at Silver Cloud when I'm in Seattle.

From the minute I booked my room, I received an email with confirmation with a nice message, from manager. Then before a came to Seattle I called and booked me a ride from airport, apon arrived staff super helpful and nice, my room is nice with fireplace and hot tub. The hotel has a shuttle service to 3 locations super easy to use and is free with amazing drivers .overall experience was a 10 cant wait to come back . I highly recommend!!!
