Nice to have laundry facilities but too bad there isn't free breakfast.

Awesome hotel and awesome staff. The manager, Jeff, helped me through a complex issue extremely graciously. The whole place exhumes comfort and excellence. Highly recommended. Will recommend to all.

Customer service is not a priority. I'm sure as long as everything is fine, they are fine. But woe to the guest who runs afoul of "the rules". Even the manager on duty has no authority to bend the rules, even to the point they were willing to turn away a room on a Sunday night - for lack of a small deposit - which they refused in cash. Sad state of affairs.

Awesome place to stay before a big procedure at the Polyclinic Broadway. Just walk across the street in the AM. Very nice luxury hotel. Comfy jacuzzi tub. Nice checkout is at noon

BEWARE PARKING! They warn u about the expense but the turns are SUPER tight. I wondered if my Honda Odyssey would make some of the turns. Thank HEAVEN I didn't bring my Tahoe

The Sliver Cloud Broadway is amazing!!!! It's in a great location. With beautiful CLEAN Rooms and the staff treats you like family!!! Not like the cousin you hate but your Favorite cousin. I always check in later in the Day and the night staff takes great care of me especially Samantha. And when I check out it's steady and quick and they are smiling !!!!

My wife and I stayed here last week for close access to Swedish medical center and the stay was great, The room was cozy and comfortable and seemed to be very clean and modern and the price was reasonable for what we received. The staff was very helpful and professional and we ordered room service multiple time with food from the on site restaurant called "Jimmys" Every meal was delicious and made with Love except one thing I had a Turkey bacon Club sandwich that lost the love, kind of dry and maybe some not so fresh ingredients, I recommended to the front desk that they try harder on that sandwich or not serve it. Overall great stay!

A nice and clean hotel right near downtown Seattle. Being located near Broadway and 12th, there is lots of night life available.

A little for from the city center but the free shuttle more than made up for it.

We had a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk had great suggestions for places to visit and gave us a list of restaurant suggestions. The free shuttle was super convenient!

Went for Postmates delivery, to Jimmy's. staff was very nice, food smelled great

The room was neat and clean. The furniture seemed new. The lobby was very warm and friendly. This hotel is near all of downtown Seattle. It is also near major hospitals on Capital Hill.

Excellent stay with comfortable accommodations and convenient to Capitol Hill. Beautiful room with sitting area that had a nice view. The other amenities available in the room that I appreciate is a coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator. The staff is very welcoming with an easy check-in. The lobby is beautiful and enjoyed sitting by the fireplace. The restaurant, Jimmy's offers up some delicious breakfast. Reccomend highly.

Staff was nice, parking was very secure and it was a good location. Lots of things around and downtown was very close. We used Uber about it was always about $6 the hotel also has a free shuttle for downtown that runs on the hour and half hour!

Beside thy nothing good about this hotel 4 stars ? Terrible beds! Motel 6 have better beds! Over priced and no breakfast ! Also $30 parking each day ?! Really, maybe will stay here again if the get new mattresses

The room was so noisy that I found it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs.

Not a rating on the hotel, the hotel is good. Jimmy's has a nice atmosphere, like the decor. The staff is friendly. The food is ok, little too rich on the three things I tried there. The rib stack was fatty. Certainly not the best but not terrible either.

I was pleased at how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff were.

Convenient location at Capital Hill. Free Suttle bus can bring you to downtown, or soccer game.

Room was clean, location was good, service was generally pretty good, and the price was reasonable... maybe a bit high, but not bad. No big wows, but overall everything was solid.

Parking was expensive, the fountain was foamy and not the greatest for wheelchair bound individuals. On the other hand, the room was spacious, water was hot and the bathtub was very large. The cleaning staff is top notch.

Very friendly people if u are there often they do remember you by name! Highly recommend price is not to bad for being down town seattle almost

Love the hotel. Not crazy about the crazies outside in the Capitol Hill area.

The Silver Clouds pride themselves in truly catering to their guests and this hotel does a great job of it! We have stayed 12 times in the last year and love this hotel. Jimmy's restaurant and bar is excellent as well. The location is great and is an easy walk to almost anywhere but they also have a great shuttle service. Will continue staying here!

Have stayed here a few times now. The location is great and the rooms are always clean and well kept.

Room nice and clean. Garage a little bit challenging in term of space. In general everything was good.

Great hotel if you're staying nearby for an event nearby.

An excellent hotel at a good price in Cap Hill. Even had an umbrella in the closet that came in handy because, you know, Seattle.

The wife and I come here every few years or so to celebrate our anniversary and we love it everytime. Food is good but a bit on the pricey side, but that's to be expected with a place like this. We'll probably be back in a few years for our next anniversary.

I attend social events at the Silver Cloud Hotel. The hotel staff us always nice. Lobby is clean, but the restroom is not. Rarely is. Food from Jimmy's is tolerable but overpriced.

Stayed here for two nights and it was a relaxing place. Didn't really get to use lots of the amenities, dropped into the business centre to get onto the internet. But the rooms were very nice and comfortable. A little kitchenette in my room with a fridge, sink, and counter space. My room was connected to a balcony area so great chance to relax outside.

Was fine. Glad they had on site food and bar options. Room was ok. Just not a big fan of the area either. Would rather stay downtown. Or the Silver Cloud next to the football stadium.... that Silver Cloud is better.

I only saw the conference space, but what I saw was pretty nice!

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only complaint was the additional $35 charge for parking when there was 24 hour parking available next door for $15.

I've stayed with them before and it has been nice. There's a great Whole Foods right across the street.

Clean rooms, great restaurant and bar. Great staff. My flight was cancelled and I could not use my first night stay. I called less than 24 hours before check in and although they did not have to refund me my first night stay, Mike did so. Only wish it was not so expensive. Parking is extra so if you can, don't bring a car. most everything is walking distance.

Room was nice and clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is a very clean, well run business with modern rooms and a comfortable feel. The building has an attached bar and restaurant, not that you necessarily need it, since Capitol Hill has dozens nearby. There is private, gated parking behind and beneath the building, which is a huge plus for the neighborhood, where parking is at a premium. Located at the transition from Capitol Hill to first hill, this hotel is across the street from Seattle University, and two blocks from swedish hospital. On the same block are a brewery and a casual but nice pool hall/bowling alley. The hotel is not extremely chic or high end, and may be missing some of the amenities that those level of hotel have, but for the money and location, is a great value. My sole complaint, at no fault of the hotel's, is that the neighborhood can be quite loud, so go into it knowing that you're staying in a vibrant, nightlife focused area of the city, and with that comes all of the pluses and minuses one would expect including: late night noise outside, homeless panhandlers, and occasionally "abused" alleyways and buildings (graffiti, trash, etc). The neighborhood isn't rough or scary in any way, but use common sense, as the dozens (hundreds maybe?) Or restaurants and bars and nightclubs nearby generate a lot of intoxicated students and residents, and walking alone, by yourself, through an unlit park nearby at 2 am may lose you your wallet.

Nice rooms. Good location. We had lots of problems with the room keys. We had to go to the front desk at least 4 or 5 times to have them 'rekey' our cards. Apparently their keys are very sensitive and if you put them in your wallet or in a next to a mobile phone they get erased. Very inconvenient.

Clean room. Spotty TV service. Free wifi works on laptop with login but not on Android phone because login page will not display.

Check in went smoothly, even though we arrived early (around noon when checkin is at 3pm). We were grateful since that meant we could nap after an early morning flight! The beds are comfy and clean. Lots of linens, bathrobes, and such included. The view from our room was nothing special, looking out onto an iHop sign and a road. The window facing outside opens all the way to let in a breeze. So far our stay has been comfortable.

People were nice, rooms clean. But, a single night stay with parking ($35+ tax!) Was $270!!! Ouch!

My stay at the Silver Cloud was fully paid for by my work, but I would pay out of my own pocket to stay again. The staff were very helpful, the restaurant is great, and the pool/fitness area is super nice and never busy.

The room is a decent size and is very clean. The room also has a microwave and a mini fridge, which is great since we are traveling with a baby. The pool and spa are key card access only, which is nice. Housekeeping has been great also. We will be staying here again if we find ourselves back in town in the future.

Clean, super comfortable, courteous, great beds, some wonderful views to the east, whole foods across the street, close to hospitals, on time shuttle service. It's my home away from home.

Hotel sent back a very important package that was to arrive for me as it did not match the reservation name.

Upon checking the reservation email it was make under the wrong first name Tom instead of Chris...not sure how that can be mistaken.

Jeff Pace (general manager) offer to pay for overnight shipping but at this point I decided to cancel my reservation and go with a different hotel.

The general manager then accused me of making a fake reservation just to get my package shipped there.

Very unprofessional and poorly handled. Would not recommend this hotel.

What a magnificent hotel! Those complimentary crisp apples are the best to offer complimentary. I will say Samantha remembering my partner and I by name is what showed us genuine customer service still exsists. She is a keeper and made the stay better. We cant wait to return in April.

Very nice room. Did not get a chance to try gym or restaurant.

I always stay here before a flight. Nesspresso machines in the Jacuzzi king room was a surprise this time. The jacuzzi is definitely large enough for 2 to stretch out. Great complementary bath products. It's also the only place I've been that has bath robes. The restaurant is delicious. The food menu is small but it's good choices. The drink menu on the other hand is quite a bit more robust. Paid parking only. Give it a shot.

Centrally located off Broadway and close food and bars. Jimmy's is also very good.

Fabulous during a very traumatic time for us with son at Harborview....so grateful to the entire staff....
