When I stayed at this hotel, I happened to lose the box to a pair of expensive shoes I had recently purchased and wanted to return. In order to make this exchange, this box had to be returned as well. General manager, Jeff Pace, immediately stepped up to help search for the box and, when this proved unsuccessful, went above and beyond to make the refund for these shoes possible without it. I will certainly stay at your hotel again on account of his initiative and exemplary service. This is what hospitality is all about!
