Nice atmosphere. Decent price for Seattle. The rooms are clean and nice. Great location.

Great staff, and convenient location. Within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and medical facilities.

I had a nice stay with my fiance and his family while we were traveling through. The manager was very understanding when we expressed our disappointment at the fact that we were all placed on different floors and he managed to switch things around to ensure we all had rooms on the same level.

booked a room here for Seattle Pride weekend and they "lost" my reservation

It was a great hotel, and the restaurant on site was delish. The service was great, and we're very understanding, since we had to make reservations last minute because of a medical issue. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay when visiting a patient at Swedish

Gave my daughter a personalized gift basket for her spring break. Helpful in any and all things you need. Thanks to Ms. Josephine!!!! Absolutely the sweetest person there. Made my daughter feel like a princess. Will definitely come back.

Convenient location off Broadway, only a mile or two from downtown. Rooms are large and spacious. Everything was clean and ready for us after check in.

The place was kept clean and had good customer service. However there were signs outside saying to boycott the hotel for taking pay away and that the management is incompetent.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome food.

Great staff. Car we drove up to got broken into and they provided toiletries for everyone and even material to fix the car for free.

Chill stay. Windows open in room which was refreshing.
Pool is usually quiet.
Parking costs $30/day so educate yourself on nearby parking nearby

Service was great, as was the rooms. Can't best the location for those wanting to go out in Cap Hill.

Silver Cloud -Broadway is a very clean, very customer service based. I highly recommend this hotel. They have a pool, spa, work out room which are great! Jimmy's restaurant was AMAZING, I have a terrible allergy to dairy, their cook Kyle, made sure my meals were dairy free. They also have a delicious Mojito sorbet! Great food!

Meeting room was well equipped and the front staff was friendly

The house keeping could do a little more detail work so it looks a great as the price of the room would suggest it to be.

Very clean and convenient - jimmy's on Broadway had a great breakfast - hotel staff very kind and the free shuttle was great! We will stay here again!

Nice clean hotel with an extra sink witch makes it convenient, microwave and fridge, but a little spendy and parking is a seperate fee.

Room was nice and comfy the bar downstairs had an amazing drink called the cranbourbon I recommend this.

Rooms are nice/clean and the staff goes out of their way to help you in any way they can. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Seattle.

I wasn't happy with the room rate. online said $189 per night went to check in and they were all these hidden rates and fees plus a extra charge of $35 for parking. Totaling $330 for a night. The spa and pool was out of order an this hotel didn't have at least complimentary breakfast. The room was ok definitely not worth $330.

Very good staff, onsite restaurant with great menu, public train's and bus service outside door and only 10 min walk to DT.

Elevator door close too quickly! Can cause some terrible issues during travel.

My girlfriend and I went as a midweek escape and it was wonderful. The Jacuzzi bath tub in the room was perfect. The staff made us feel welcome. We ordered room service both nights and the food was delicious. We each ordered a cocktail and they were both very delicious. For us the Jacuzzi made the feel for our stay. It was a time of our lives.

The Silver Cloud Chain is excellent. So excellent I d love to buy it. Bookings are easy and best if you call the front desk.

Friendly staff, clean room and bathrooms, great indoor swimming pool and restaurant attached was really good, great shuttle service. We had a great time, close to everything you need.

A relative was outpatient at the Swedish Infusion clinic, following a stem cell transplant. He had to go daily for 3 weeks, so staying nearby was a necessity, as was 24 hour supervision. While it being a block from Swedish was the reason he chose Silver Cloud, their customer service will bring us back. All the staff was friendly, understanding and available. When he need a tub bench to shower, it got to the room before we returned from requesting it. Free laundry facilities on each floor. The gym was closed due to Covid, so I didn't get to see that. I stayed for 10 days of the 3 weeks. Beds were comfortable, pillows were comfortable (!) and the room was large enough to get around, in spite of all our supplies. The management even let us bring my relative's small dog into a corner of the lobby for 20 mins, as he hadn't seen in his dog in a month. It is in easy walking distance to many restaurants, 2 drug stores and 2 grocery stores.. It is across the street from Seattle University, which has an open campus. A good place to sit back and relax. I have traveled a lot in my life, for business and for pleasure and I would put this in the top 5 of places I have stayed.

Great location why you need to stay at the Swedish Hospital

Stayed a one week in order to use medical services in the area. I think this is the finest hotel in the cap hill/first hill area. It is close to all the hospitals, has stores close by, excellent rooms, and some of the greatest staff it has been my good fortune to interact with. I have stayed in other locations in the area so can assure you this hotel is where you want to be in that area

Rooms were of a good size and beds were comfortable. Staff at the counter were friendly and provided great customer service at all hours of the day. Had great recommendations for places to eat with a map.

King size jacuzzi room was pretty nice, though a bit small overall. Jacuzzi was nice, and while it's meant for one, you can get two smaller people in there. Pillows on the bed are incredibly soft, so note that if you like firmer pillows.

Enjoyed the stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Didn't appreciate $50/night parking above the cost of the hotel.

Centrally located, very comfortable beds and rooms, and reasonably priced. Hannah and the entire staff were very helpful and accommodating. Lastly, you should have at least one meal at Jimmy s On Broadway inside the hotel, great breakfasts and burgers. I will definitely be back when I visit Seattle again.

Friendly staff, excellent amenities including Seattle's Best Coffee and complimentary washer and dryer.

This is an OK four-star hotel. The beds are pretty mediocre: the springs aren't very comfortable and moving jostles the whole bed. The water here, while not under the hotel's control necessarily, is very chlorinated. The parking structure is a mess: tight corners and big pillars. Location is good for food, it's pretty quiet, and staff + shuttle are great. Overall, I think there's better options, though.

The staff is awesome and the shuttle service is great. The prices are high, but all are in Seattle.

Parking is $35 a day didnt know about this untill check in you would think the price (way over priced) that parking would be included. Over all it's nice and good location but way over priced for what you get. Probably wont stay again

As soon as walk in the Silver Cloud you feel welcomed, the front desk with their professional appearance but , friendly staff. There lobby was very cozy with fireplace and comfortable lounge. The safe and secure floor access, the hallways make you feel warm and comfortable. Our room was no let down either, great bed furnishings real nice the room even had a freshness to it. The restaurant Jimmy's was a perfect match with the Silver Cloud. Great location to downtown, with Free shuttle to three good location downtown. Real good value for the location.

I am so relieved we found this hotel. We stayed there as my father in law was recovering from open heart surgery at a nearby hospital. The staff was amazing. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful and had the perfect personality for the job.

Hotel is very nice, but parking fee at $48.00 per night is excessive, especially since I only stayed there 9 hours.

Location is great, located along the outskirts of downtown Seattle. Lots of bars and food within walking distance. Room was great with a large comfy bed. Bathroom was a little small for what I'd want from a 4 star hotel and the nozzel on the tub was broken, which leads to my 4 / 5 stars.

Remove the display of wines for sale at your front desk. At 1010 you refuse to sell one to me because it is after ten. oops don't request anything after the late hour of 1000 pm. Front desk with an attitude about it too. This was strike three.

This hotel was super easy to find. Parking was a breaze. I was there for a professional event and it was well furnished with air conditioning and nice clean bathrooms.

The location is great. It is near the heart of Capitol Hill which has great food and night life. The rooms and service are high quality and I had no problems with anything.
