Good atmosphere , greenery, decent food , staff hospitality is average...but worth visit

Undoubtedly resort is beautiful but the kind of hospitality we received was horrible. We booked a lake facing view but instead got some random corner room with no view at all. Called the reception multiple times but every time got the reply "will call in 10 mins". The reception people don't even have courtesy to call back. Useless people. Full plan wasted.

One of the best resort/spa one can find.
Spacious, luxurious, the best part is the spa... Thoroughly professional. Courteous staff, room service was apt and fast.
Had a wonderful time with my wife and daughter.
Highly recommended.

Had been for out kannada meet. Arrangements were appreciable.

A nice and expensive place to stay not far from Mysore city. Just that it was not silent during my stay with a concert and marriage happening at the place. Spa was good though

Great place to stay with family, facilities qre good, pool is on of the best. However the property lacks depth. Our room waa the corner most and had a pathetic view of surroundings outside. Its a great place to capture some good pictures in the interiors of the property, very close to KRS dam and backwaters.

3.5 stars rather.

Activities - Regular activities like indoor sports and Cycle you can get from the reception to roam around the property.

1.5 stars gone in Room Maintenance and property maintenance, it could be better if you really take care of things better.
I understand it's a big property and all, but it can be better.

Worst part of this place is food , it was pathetic. When we ordered fried rice and panner Manchurian , paneer was stinking very bad. Finally we thought not to order anything special and we orders dal kichadi .They can't even make simple dal kichadi . I don't recommend this place to elders and families . They even charge for cycles 100rs on hourly basis . None of the resorts charge for it . Overall very bad experience.

You guys need to hire a good chef .

Beautiful resort spread across a large area, it's a 4-star resort.. Ideal for campany teamoutings or family outings or even any function organization as they have a covention hall and party hall.. Room were very spacious and clean. Food is good, chocolate muffin was my favorite. The swimming pool is big, good for swimming and water games. Water depth is only 4ft. There is kids play area, badminton court and indoor games. All requests are attended immediately. They have a Bar and DJ too.

Property located near Hebbal of Mysore..The property is equipped with all facilities to provide you a luxurious stay experience.

There is no safety in swimming pool, the sharp edges we're inside the pool.

Entry point convention hall not good , even outside gate 4 side proper lights not there night time its too difficult to ppl

It's well maintained but I think it's too pricy for the facilities they provide.
The food was just satisfactory.
No welcome drink due to Covid (wonder how Covid and welcome drink are connected).
Massage chair broken.
Most arcade games are at a price (it is ridiculous since they already charge a bunch for the room).
Our room had spider webs.
Super slow housekeeping services.

Definitely loved the experience. Would have rated 5 stars except for the CoVid precautions. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I was checking on the resort availability and pricing on silent shore resort and spa through booking.com. The dates were available. But I dint book the resort.
Later on 1st September i got a message that amount of 12877/_ deducted from my credit card, that too without any OTP.
Even I dint receive any calls from resort weather we are coming or not.
When I called the resort people they kept on hold and didn't respond properly both from resort and booking.com.
I suggest everyone not to use this booking.com website and this resort.
This is not the way to treat customers.
I request to reimburse the amount on immediate basis and do the needful before we take any further action.
Hope the management is good action and repay as the amount is huge for us.

nice ambience. good food.But they include service charge of 10% in the bill. It should not be done. Ot should be left to customers. So be careful. Do not give tips. It is already included in the bill. Tips as a rule should be 5% of the bill. But they charge 10%

Great place for a weekend getaway, good setup and staff

A steady decline in food and ambiance. The main restaurant smells musty.

A bit over pricy because only breakfast is provided and the food available inside will be costly. But the facilities are good.

Nice place for a weekend break with family or friends. In house facilities such as swimming pool, cycling, children play area, are v good. Food at restaurant was good but priced little high.. Front desk staff need to be a little proactive and polite..

I m very regular to this place. I usually go for a nice dinner. They ve maintained the place very clean and green. If observed carefully, the place is divided as high tension electric lines pass the property. I d definitely want everyone coming here to try their chef special. One of it is spinach chicken. There is something called silent shore Mocktail. It s a combination of strawberry once cream and pineapple. Not that great.
Sit back and enjoy the nature while you take sip. With this mind set you can enjoy this property.
