Undoubtedly resort is beautiful but the kind of hospitality we received was horrible. We booked a lake facing view but instead got some random corner room with no view at all. Called the reception multiple times but every time got the reply "will call in 10 mins". The reception people don't even have courtesy to call back. Useless people. Full plan wasted.
