Ha... just came here once on a trip.. but I have to tell you this hotel is as good as it guess.. I can say is the Marriott I never went to in India, service is good.. breakfast is oh so good.. and let me tell you.. I am 100% Colombian.. yet.. the coffee in this hotel.... FIRST CLASS!

The staff is on point. The rooms are very clean. The entire hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet is Excellent.
Don't even think of going there for new year party we made a mistake last year.
they serve drinks in cheap plastic disposable glasses, crowd is pathetic and food was served cold after paying so much for a new year party tickets. we spoilt the beginning of new year going to the party in crown plaza.

Crowne plaza is a very decent restaurant and one of my favorite.

It is one of the best hotels to stay in the region called the silicon valley of India. The rooms are spacious, the service is really very nice. We stayed here for 2 weeks. At the end of the first week, they called us by name and said good day. It is a bit far from the places to visit but we went to many places with the car rental service provided by the hotel. It's really hard to drive a car in India, it's easy to hire a driver

I was here for a few nights stay while on business in Bangalore. If you need to be in Electronics City, this is the best hotel to stay in. Cozy beds, prompt service, free wi-fi, choice of international TV channels, multiple common sitting areas, open bar - this is the best one can get!
The outdoor buffet dinner is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The range of cuisines on offer was wide - and to top it all, they could also custom make something for the foreign guests I was accompanying. The Italian restaurant too is excellent - the waiters know the menu just right!
And by the way, do not forget to try the spa and the swimming pool on the first floor. You will love it!

Since i was at OTRRRA for a wedding reception i can only comment about the hotel and their food in general. THE FOOD-was just finger likin' good. I have to say i have never eaten such tasty food in my life before. HYGIENE- the hotel staff give importance to the cleanliness of the hotel particularly the smell. WASHROOMS-the washrooms in the hotel was one of the cleanest when compared to other hotels, the thing that i particularly liked about the washroom was its innovative taps, it is like a rod from the ceiling above and you had to touch a sensor which was right next to the sink. THE PARTY HALL-was very beautiful. I say you have to visit it atleast once. THE ENTRANCE- you come to know that this hotel is different from others as soon as you enter it. It has a nice oval shaped structure welcoming you at the entrance where you can click pictures. LASTLY I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO GO AND VISIT THIS MAGNIFICENTLY BEAUTIFUL PLACE WHICH IS LOCATED IN ELECTRONIC CITY PHASE 1, BANGALORE KARNATAKA,INDIA.

The property offers standard Western style lodging experience, staff is competent and helpful. As noted in other reviews, some aspects of the property appear slightly aged or worn.
I have not entered inside, but just saw it from outside. I wish I could go inside. It's no more Crown Plaza, it's now Ottera.

Excellent hotel, nice staff, tasty breakfasts with lots of variety. Clean inside and out. Fitness center is decent, with water provided. One treadmill belt deteriorating. Showers in bathroom worked fine but could use a bit more water pressure. And if you wanted to get a cold shower after exercising, it is virtually impossible (same problem at most hotels in India). But could get free printouts of documents as needed. And again, the staff is EXCELLENT! I DO recommend the Crowne Plaza (now called the OTERRA).
