I was checking on the resort availability and pricing on silent shore resort and spa through booking.com. The dates were available. But I dint book the resort.
Later on 1st September i got a message that amount of 12877/_ deducted from my credit card, that too without any OTP.
Even I dint receive any calls from resort weather we are coming or not.
When I called the resort people they kept on hold and didn't respond properly both from resort and booking.com.
I suggest everyone not to use this booking.com website and this resort.
This is not the way to treat customers.
I request to reimburse the amount on immediate basis and do the needful before we take any further action.
Hope the management is good action and repay as the amount is huge for us.
