Very calm and nice place to visit with family. Food is good. Service is late, we have to wait for 20 to 30 mins if we order anything. Rooms could have been better. Can enjoy bicycle riding and pool.

Nice resort and good food, nice staff except front desk can be little quicker or more sensible people would make it even better place. Indore games rules are pathetic. Nice pool, cycling and lake side dining and food over there are awesome

Silent Shores is a pretty place just outside of Bangalore, and their food is standard. The staff are courteous and helpful.
Having said that, I had to call reception because a light needed fixing, and it took over an hour (and another phone call) for someone to come. They're quite inefficient.

The room I stayed in was nice and clean, with a large bathroom. The toiletries were minimal, and there was an attached hair dryer.
The pool was okay to look at, and the times are between 7am-7pm. There was no shade provided, so I didn't enjoy the experience.

Two small bottles of Bisleri drinking water were provided in my room on the first day; naturally, they were emptied soon afterwards. Upon calling to request more, I weas told that it would be chargeable, and if I didn't want to pay, I'd have to wait until the next day. #ridiculous

Poor servicing, on the whole. It isn't a place I'd recommend or want to revisit.

A good resort for stay . Rooms are spacious and other amenities are well maintained . Staff is helpful but response time is a bit late . Food is average . However the conference halls are not spacious (can accommodate max. 100 to 120 people max) .

After reading reviews we booked Silent shores for new year party for 2 days
We reached at 3:30 and rooms weren't ready, after waiting for 40 mins we got the rooms.
Rooms I booked.was 1st floor ones(during booking lady confirmed too) but we got ground floor ones and reason they gave is *sorry*.

Bathrooms weren't cleaned, floor wasn't cleaned... We had been with our 16months old baby and he found cig buds... We called the reception and informed and then they came.ans cleaned... And these guys said sir wasn't ready for allotment....

Very very costly.. you need to spend 80 rs for 1 ltr Bisleri bottle, 1 pack king cig costs you 400....
Breakfast was too good but room.service
food is pathetic and I mean literally pathetic... We called restaurant around 5:00 they said they have Sandwich and burgers thats all and tool 1+hour to deliver, we ordered same with French fries and 2 coffee.
Except.coffee rest all.was worse chicken. Patty and bun was so hard and we dint even have it...
Please don't order Kichdi for babies it was horrible... We just paid bill of -1300 rs and returned back the food stating the reason.

Only good thing we experienced here was Staffs like house keeping people are too good and excellent... Very professional...

One good experience we had was management gave us complimentary New Year Gift which had Wine, and 2 wine glasses and chocolate!!!

We paid 25k for this bad and very disappointing experience.

Located on Mysore-hunsur road, this is a beautiful property with some massive rooms. Loved the ambience in this resort, not sure about the activities as we didn't get much time. There was a nice spa and a coffee shop. They do organise candle light dinner as well. Food was average.
Must visit if u plan to stay at Mysore.

Being a localite, have only visited the restaurant. Beautiful ambience, bad service, pretty expensive. The taste of food is really bad, none of the item(Vegetarian) on the menu tastes good.
Two stars only for the ambience.
