My name is J.P. Kovac and I am the second generation dealer principal of Gyro Mazda located in Toronto. We are the oldest Mazda dealer in Canada. I ve had a great pleasure to be introduced to dealer the principals Deryl and Marko a number of years ago. Deryl and Marko are highly regarded by Mazda Canada and many people in the automotive community. We became fast friends and joined a performance group with them. They guided us by sharing their best practises used in order to provide a high level of customer Satisfaction and a premium sales and service experience. They have also adopted some of our best practises in order to improve their business as well. I have visited their store many times and every time I go there they are trying something new to improve. They are positive, caring, open and honest individuals. I am proud to call them my friends.
