simple fast reliable leasing company that delivers , great experience

Decided to lease a car from Signature Auto for my wife after a friend of mine recommended them. I could not have been more happy with the service and responses from Yan and his team. I had never leased from an agency before, so I had a million questions, but Yan answered every question and walked us through the process while still giving us a competitive deal. The entire process went on without a hitch, and the person who dropped off the car, Vlad was super helpful and patient with us as we reviewed all the documents. Car came in clean, and was everything we expected. The communication here at Signature Auto is great, and would definitely recommend. Just be sure to review everything as you would at the dealership with great care. Thanks for getting us in a new car Yan & team!

This, by far, was the easiest car experience i had. I told them what I wanted and within one day I had my car. They got me out of my old lease early and into a brand new lease THE SAME DAY. As far as price, UNBEATABLE. I called several other leasing companies and no one came close to the price that I got. My wife was happy with the car and I was happy with the price. They delivered my new car to my house and took my old lease away. It can't get any easier !!!!!!

This is going to be my second time leasing through signature and the service is unbeatable. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ahsan Yazdani he is one of the best, most professional, honest, and attentive car salesman I have ever dealt with. Ahsan has gone above and beyond for me to make sure I am happy with the car I am choosing. He answered every annoying question and concern I had in a timely manner and was extremely helpful. Danny was super responsive, helpful and gave very good advice on car makes and models to help us hone in on the right fit for us and a good deal. Car was delivered to our doorstep within days and we are very happy with the whole experience.

I was shopping around for a car for my mom and came across signature auto group. They are very professional and efficient. I have to start off by saying that the sales representative BORIS SHULMAN is hands down a man of his every word. He delivered on the price color and exact car. There were NO hidden fees, let me repeat no hidden fees. He is straight to the point and very personable and has all the answers to your questions. I purchased a LEXUS through him and it was delivered at the time he said, price was exactly what he said. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

Loving my new Infinit Boris is my go to person and if he's not available then I'm sure he has a team with his skill set that can bring the humanity back to getting the car you want. The experience in my past two transactions were both flawless and easy. The best part is they deliver the car to you and take the old one away. Nothing beats a fresh start while not getting ripped off by the standard process. We did everything via text and email because I'm too busy to be at the show room. We leased our second car in a row with Signature. It took some protracted bargaining but at the end we got exactly what we were looking for for the price we considered reasonable. The car was delivered on time and everything was as expected. Previously leased car was taken by Signature and returned to the dealership without any issues. We worked with Yan on both transactions. Both Yan and Signature are highly recommended if you want to save money and time by not driving to a dealership. The only issue this time was that our permanent documents were couple of days late.

My experience with Signature was as 5-Star as you can get. I have been leasing cars for years, and this is the first time that I have strayed from the conventional model of visiting a dealership. With Signature Auto Group, gone are the days where you have to negotiate with the car salesman, only to have them "play the game" of going back to the finance section three or four times before getting to an over-inflated lease number.

With Signature Auto, I was able to get a straight forward price, one that beat any dealer that I had gone to, and there was tremendous ease in getting my car. They delivered my car to my home address, picked up the car I was returning, and I did it all over the phone! The experience of getting a car with the help of Alex P is second to none. He is very responsive and swift. Picking a car was an easy thing with his help. On every car on my mind he had quote and availability the same day, oftentimes right away. Some of the deals he offers are beyond any competition. Once the car was picked the process to get the key was as seamless as possible. I submitted the application and in 2 days he drove the car to my work. 10 minutes signing the paperwork and he left in my old car and I was sitting in the drivers seat of the brand new vehicle of my choice syncing up my phone. Lease return, registration, plates, insurance transfer was all done without me lifting a finger. Amazing experience. Way to go!

Wow what an easy seamless process with the help of Boris! I recently traded in my Nissan for another Nissan. This is my second lease with Signature Auto, and just like the first time, another smooth and awesome experience. Allen is always a pleasure to work with. I honestly dont know where all these good reviews come from. I tried getting a new Lease to replace my current. I called a guy name Igore twice for help, but he didnt even give me a courtesy callback. I called back and some girl told me..oh he is on the phone and will call you back and ofcourse no call back r messages r even text was ever recieved. I have 2 cars lease ending soon and will take my bsiness somewhere else here at least I get respected witha text back.
