I just leased a 2019 Acura MDX with signature auto my salesman Eugene was great. He helped me from beginning to end got me the best price and exactly what I need. Highly recommended them.

I just leased the brand new 2020 Grand Cherokee and Vlad and his team made it super easy for me. They took care of me from the very beginning and even delivered the car right to my front door. Their customer service is amazing and they are always available. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get a car!!

Very simply Signature Auto Group is the best dealership. This is my fourth lease using Mark Brodsky, who went above and beyond to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. Called for a quote, after getting a price tag a tad bit higher than I was aiming for I asked to drop navigation package, which did lower the price to something that I could go for. Salesman by the name of Alex said he doesn't see anything with that price range but he would call me back when he would find it. By the tone and speed of it, it sounded like he couldn't wait to hang up. Still waiting for the call two months later. It's as if he was doing me a favor and here was I a pesky lowly commoner. I recently got a Nissan Sentra from Signature Auto and Alex was the one who helped me through the process. It was my first car, so I needed tremendous amount of advice and guidance. It took less than 48 hours from my first call with Alex to the delivery of the car to my front door. I had many issues with the title of the lease and the insurance, so I went back and forth a lot regarding what I wanted to do. I called/texted Alex soooo many times with all kinds of questions, but he was always extremely patient and responded to every call/text promptly. He also helped me with the insurance and recommended to me an equally nice and efficient insurance agent. I was very stressed out throughout the two days, but Alex did everything he could, and really went above and beyond to calm my nerves by taking care of everything I was freaking out about. And he got all of those done within 48 hours! Even after the delivery of the car, I've contacted Alex multiple times with questions the past two weeks, and he continues to assist me in every way he can. I am very grateful for and happy with this experience with Alex and Signature Auto. I would highly recommend anyone to lease from the company.

This company is outstanding! I am working from early morning till late night and do not have much time to do car shopping. In one day Zoriy and Vitaly got the Mercedes for me with exact model and options I wanted and much cheaper then Mercedes dealer, obtained car insurance with very competitive quote, completed all paperwork including registration and new plates, brought the car to my house at 8PM and took care of returning my old car back to the dealer. All I had to do is to answer my phone several times during the day. What else you can desire? They made whole process as easy and pleasant as possible. Great job guys!

Bets experience ever. This was my third leasing deal and, to be honest, the best so far. I was working with Yan Brodsky. He provided me with an outstanding service. Was always available on the phone, very informative and honest. A very kind guy, got into my little predicament and helped me out.

A friend of mine put me in touch with Yan at Signature Auto to lease a new A4. I did some research in my area (CT) and none of the dealers came close to the price I got from Yan. He was extremely attentive and responsive and was able to get me the exact car I wanted within a couple of days. Although they were offering free delivery, I took the trip down to Brooklyn to see the car and meet Yan in person. They're right off the 95th st stop on the R so it was super easy to get there. Yan walked me through the interior of the car and helped me pair my phone via bluetooth. There wasn't an owners manual in the car so he immediately contacted the dealer and about 30 minutes later he sent me the tracking information and it was being overnighted at no charge to me. Now that's what I call great service!

Overall my experience with Yan and Signature Auto was amazing and I've already started referring friends and family to them. I'll be doing business with them again in three years once my current lease is up.

Edward was very patient and answered all my questions (lots of questions). There was some mix up with the exact car but they did beat the other quotes I had.

Update: 8/27/18 I returned my lease early and leased a new car with Signature again. Was a good decision as Igor was a pleasure to deal with. They took care of everything from A to Z. Could not be happier and looking forward to doing business again when I need a new lease.
