This was my first car buying experience. I am searching for a specific color and features, not knowing they had the same exact one I wanted. From start to finish Yan Brodskiy made the whole buying experience a quick and pleasant one. The price and condition of vehicle was great, the approval process was fast and he was so helpful. I was so excited. I definitely will recommend signature Auto Group (Yan Brodskiy) to friends and family.

This was my first time dealing with a leasing co. As opposed to going through the dealership direct. It was by far the smoothest transition I ve ever had. Boris is a gentlemen, he was very helpful and quick with my questions and concerns, he understood what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Within about 24 hours not only did I have a great price on a Sentra, but his guys came to my job with all the paper work and switched out my old car with my new lease. I was referred to Signature Auto Group in late Jan 2017, I was looking to get out of my lease with Audi and due to my credit history I was unable to remain with Audi. I made contact with Alex Polishchuk, he worked with me since late January 2017 in trying to get me into a lease for 2017 MB SUV, because of my credit history I was expecting to pay for a high lease payment with a big down payment. Alex did an excellent job with the banks trying to get me a lease with MB with a reasonable monthly lease payment and low down payment. He managed to get into a 2017 MB SUV with a monthly note of $ 800 a month with only $ 2k down for a brand new 2017 MB SUV. The credit application process was quick and easy, and I drove away in my brand new MB 2017 SUV on Feb 2, 2017. Signature Auto Group rates are cheaper even when you have a poor credit history, I recommend Signature Auto Group as the one of the best auto dealers in the Tri-State.

This is my 5th car that i got through Vlad and Signature Auto.
Its really quite effortless at least that's how Vlad makes it seem.
I tell him what i want to drive and he does the rest. Leasing companies
are a dime a dozen. I am not interested in the "cheapest price"
I am interested in service and honesty and integrity and i get all three
and usually as a bonus i get the best deal anyway.
when i think of baseball i think of Yankees, when i think of soda pop i think Pepsi
and when i think of cars i think Signature Auto Group.

He is available 24/7. With my last lease I texted him on Sunday and the car was delivered to me the next day! I read some reviews that are negative...cant believe they had such an experience. Reason some people are not happy is because they need to realize to get an odometer reading prior to returning the car and/or they might have excess milage.Nothing to do with Signature. My lease was amazing from start to finish. Took 2 phone calls and I got a new lease and 1000% satisfied. Eugene Kravts was great to do business with. I definitely will return to him and recommend others to ask for him, and Signature in general. 10 stars

I have always had a great experience for over 5 years. I have gotten five cars from them and always worked with Yan but this last time was horrible. A quote was promised and then when the time for the paperwork to be signed, the payment was higher than originally promised. Last month I was promised for this to be taken care of, but that never happened. I then received a bill from BMW for $5,000 that Yan promised would be resolved due to errors but he does not return my calls and hasn't done anything for weeks now. He intentionally avoids phone calls and is never in the office when I come in. I recommended this leasing company to everyone and thought they were amazing but sadly I was mistaken.
