I purchased a BMW 428i drive from Russ. My friend recommended the place to me as he also leased a vehicle from signature auto group. As this car is a brand new car (first year BMW making a 4 series) , the lease programs on this car isn't as wallet friendly as the 3 series or ext. I went to numerous dealers and they were offering me outrageous prices on the 4 series. Finally took my friends recommendations and contacted signature auto.

Russ was the salesman who helped me lease my brand new bmw . He was available at all times to answer my calls, text. I could not have asked for an easier or better experience with leasing my new car. I came to the office and told Vlad what I wanted. Writing this review based on my recent experience with signature auto group on my lease of a new 2020 vehicle. The person that helped me was Ahsan. I reached out to him back August about getting out of my lease, he was willing to help me cover some payments on my current car. After lots of back and forth debating on different cars and monthly payments I decided to hold off as i was waiting for a 2020 version of the car i wanted. Ahsan searched many car quotes for me with no problem as well as reaching out to me 4 months later when the car I wanted was released. Got me a great quote on the car I wanted all through text messaging. Had a bit of a snag at first the week of Christmas but the following week he reached back out to me with the car for the same price and the exact color and options I wanted. ONE day later my car was delivered as promised and my old car was taken back to be returned to the dealer no issues or hassle Ahsan and signature auto group are the real deal if you need help with your next car lease of purchase

Great pleasant experience from Signature Auto Group. I didn't know it could be this easy. Boris is very professional and punctual in response to every question I had. They are super efficient. I called Saturday afternoon and told Boris about my lease is ending and looking for a new lease. Within 10 minutes or so he responded back with the lease quote of the vehicle I was looking for. I filled out the credit application on their website, got approved Monday and the car I like was located and by noon Tuesday the new car was delivered right to my home and my old leased vehicle was driven away. I didn't need to deal with any salesperson at the dealership, no need to haggle the price because I was given an unbeatable price. The whole process took less than 24 business hours. I would recommend everyone to give them a try.

Great service and no hassle. Ask for Igor Litwin, I have had several leases under my belt and this one was by far the easiest process out of all of them. They delivered my car and spared me the head ache of returning my old car. All and all really good group of people. Igor gave me an amazing quote that required no hassle, I couldn't say no the price was too good. When I went to the dealership they quoted me $50 bucks more per month compared to the price I got with Signature. This is my third transaction with them. They're doing great!

Once again, Boris has outdone himself. His service and care for my overall satisfaction is amazing. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase, always available to answer questions, cares very much, and, most importantly, he did not disappear after I leased my vehicle and continued to be available whenever necessary.

36 hours from my first e-mail to Boris to the delivery of my brand new 2017 VW Jetta by Dominink. They took care of everything. It was delivered with a full tank of gas, registration done, plates on, etc. Dealing with cars is very daunting for me and Boris made it as painless as possible. I got an amazing deal on my lease and am in love with my new car! He'll be hearing from me every 3 years, I won't go through this process any other way. Leasing from Signature AG with Alex Polischuk was a great experience. Quick, efficient, and most importantly, the process had none of the normal games we were running into at dealerships. Reviews are fake, Horrible place stay away if you have good credit, they will give you the price you want so they can get your information and run credit at multiple places. They only start shopping and negotiating for your vehicle after you have given credit info. If they can find a deal your good, if not they will raise the price and/or tell you they are still looking for your vehicle. Stick to manufacturer dealerships and do the negotiating yourself.

I leased a Rouge from Nissan three years ago and it was an awful experience. I left feeling like I was like they took advantage of me because I was leasing for the first time.

In fact this Rouge was $800.00 less at signing then the previous one and $30 less a month on the monthly payment for the exact same deal.

I've been leasing cars for about 10 years and every time I used the same method - call dealer, hear the same speech about how they are going to give you great deal. In reality I would spend the whole day going back and forth between dealer, financing department and being frustrated with the whole process. This time I found SAG based on great reviews and decided to give them a chance. Boy was I in for a surprise! I called SAG and spoke with David who is an outstanding member of SAG. He gave me the price and terms I wanted and we decided on the date when car would be ready. When I came to their office, I spend no more than 20 minutes signing lease and moving my junk from old to new car. That's it. Worked with Yan and got a great deal on a nice little Lexus ct200h. Everything was really easy and all done over email and phone. Went to Lexus dealership and they couldnt come close. If you are looking to lease a nice car these guys are the way to go.

I worked with Eugene and I must say it was a very pleasant experience all the way around. Why bother with the dealer and all the gimmicks that come along with it, when you could just go visit Eugene and he does everything for you? When I went to test drive a few cars and the dealer was pricing out the car, they were not even able to touch the quote I received from Eugene. They even went as far to try and convince me it was impossible or even a scam! I can tell you that it is surely not a scam, as Eugene was able to get me everything I wanted at an unbelievable price.
