If you aren t getting your cars and insurance from here then I m not sure what you are doing because Signature Auto Group delivers more than just cars, they deliver you their word!

I worked with Michael Oz over the span of 2 weeks and I must say he was very responsive, forthright, honest and maintained integrity with each round of negotiations. I will be honest in saying that I may have been pushing a little too hard at times, but Michael was very patient and delivered A+ service at each stage of the transaction. He hooked me up with an amazing car at an unbeatable price, and I will not hesitate to work with Signature Auto Group for another vehicle.

Signature Auto Group came highly recommended to me by my friend, so I decided to call them this past January for my next auto lease. My first interaction with Signature was with Alex Z. He was great. I told him what I needed and within a very short period he found the vehicle with very specific features and gave me a very competitive price. There were no hidden fees and no pressure to buy. The car was delivered to my home exactly as promised. It was so pain free that I can't imagine leasing a car any other way. I still receive their monthly email specials and their prices are really really good. I found my sales rep Alex to be very personable and straightforward, not pushy or ever in a hurry; talking to him was like talking to a friend. I highly recommend Signature Auto Group. I'll be honest, leasing a new car is an experience I look forward to. Until you get to the dealerships/leasing companies and begin the talks. You know the type - price, trim levels, accessories all the nitty gritty.

Over the last few days I've worked with Alex P. from Signature to pick my car, get a great deal on it and get my new vehicle delivered right to my house. He made the process seamless. It was FUN to lease a car again. I didn't know exactly what car I wanted but Alex helped me prioritize and customize the vehicles to my liking. He proceeded to price them out and show me my options. He made the experience personalized and wasn't trying to up-sell me on something out of my price range or comfort zone. He was honest and responsive which was key for me. He didn't waste my time and was always willing to talk over the phone whenever a question arose.

I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. He went as far as to help me move my belongings from the trunk of my old car to my new car! Now that's customer service. If only every business used the model that signature has in place when it comes to customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

I look forward to working with Alex in 36 months when my lease is up. Thank you for making leasing a fun process and not one I dread.

Great experience! I'm a first time car owner/leaser. I was very nervous finding the right dealership to help me with my needs /concerns with leasing. Deniz Maden was very kind, helpful and most importantly PATIENT. lol A lot of car dealers that I went through would pressure me to getting a car and I always hated that a side from bad service. This experience was never the case. Thank you for your help Deniz! Would definitely recommend to friend or anyone.

Had a great experience with Signature Auto Group in leasing my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Daniel D was great, we spoke on a Sunday morning and by Wednesday afternoon my vehicle was delivered to the front of my house. He also set up the return on a current lease I was in possession of, by the way which I had not leased from them to begin with. The process was super simple,they dropped off the new car plates on it and take off the plates on your old car and take it away.They work with the budget you have and go out there way to get you the vehicle you want down to the colors and packages your looking for. I was also helped with a great insurance rate by Karla D. she gave me a better rate than I was getting from my current insurance company by about $80 a month.They're awesome and I will be definitely recommending them to family and friends.

Extremely grate service, great price, I highly recommend Signature Auto Group service and specially Allen Khaselev, he was absolutely incredible to making the entire process very smooth and fast.

The service here was great. They give good deals, and take care of anything necessary if you are returning another leased vehicle, from the inspection, to taking it away. I leased an Infiniti Q50 from them, and am thrilled both by the car, and the price.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. I BOUGHT A 650XI BMW LOADED for 4k less than everyone else. Russell also beat all prices on the lease program and was up front and honest, no games. He even delivered the car to my house. Took the pain away from car shopping jerking around going dealer to dealer. That's so 2005.

As a new driver, I was completely unfamiliar with the car leasing process. After being referred to Signature Auto Group by a few close friends, I was more than satisfied with the service that was rendered. Zoriy as well as the rest of the Signature staff were extremely courteous and professional with all of my questions and concerns. Today is a month as I drive my new leased car! Last night I got my new car registration and my old lease account was closed with $0 balance. Now, I can write a service review.
I've been in the car-lease-renewal-market for about three months, when two of my co-workers and a few of my friends mentioned the auto leasing companies. I went to Google and called a few of them in NYC.
When I called the Signature Auto Group in Brooklyn, I was transferred to Yan Brodsky. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me all my car leasing options available in the price range I was looking for. He told me not to worry about the end-of-lease car and call him back when I decided what car I wanted. He told me that the company would move to the new location in a few days, and if I had a problem to reach the company, to call his mobile number. I was extremely skeptical, but decided to give it a try.
The leasing process was extremely easy. I called Yan, we verified the new car lease price again, I send him a credit form and a copies of my driver licence and the car registration, he asked me what a new car color I would prefer, when and where he could drop a new car and pick-up an old one. The next day had a new car.

I am very impressed with what Zoriy from signature was able to do for me I had 22 months left on my Highlander and after calling Toyota Financial I thought there was nothing I can do from getting away from my lease. I went to Zoriy from signature based on a referral from one of my clients who was extremely happy with them. Within a few days I got my BMW 5 series and got away from my highlander. Zoriy even took care of everything with Toyota bank I did not even have to call them once. They have a personal touch the phone number he gave me was his personal cell and not the business line he was open to communication at all times of day would text back and forth with me really quick within seconds. I admit I asked a lot of questions but Zoriy never complained in fact he welcomed all questions and assured me I was not losing my mind that answering questions was a part of his job No matter how man there were. I am very happy with them and in the process of referring them 2 of my clients for their cars.

First off, I would highly recommend signature auto group to anyone looking to lease a vehicle. Boris, our sales representatives, took the utmost care with my husband and I. I recently changed my last name and ran into a few issues with the bank, but Boris was on top of everything. He was constantly in contact with my husband and I and got me my vehicle in less then 2 days (with all the name problems). I was so ecstatic to know that I would be finally getting my car after going to 6 different GMC dealerships. Every dealership had hidden fees and scams, but with signature they were straight to the point and I respect that so much. Thank you Boris and the team at Signature Auto Group. We will be returning soon for my husbands vehicle.

When I was looking to lease a new car, my friend suggested to reach out this company, to check out the prices and get suggestion and price comparison for different brands of type of car I was looking for. Needed a luxury, 3-row SUV. He suggested to talk to Eugene, but I assume anyone in the office would provide same price. Eugene helped me to narow down my search based on what I needed and what company had best deal on the market at that time. Out of pocket $$ and monthly payment was straight forward and clear. I took those numbers to dealership and asked them if they can't get me a better deal - they said no.
To deliver car to my house, Eugene adjusted to the best date and time I needed the vehicle, and helped return my old car. New car was at my house promptly. After a couple of signatures the guy drove away with my old car to return to dealership. This was ~3 years ago, and we changed 3 cars after that. Same unbeatable exprerience! Today I got a new car again, and feel like Eugene has become a part of my family! Great professional, pleasure to work with! (I still went to dealership to compare prices, and they still could not beat it ). Sorry Eugene, I lived in Brooklyn and was tought to never take the first offer. . Pleasure to work with!

Dealt with Danny there - enjoyed my experiencewith Signature. Previously leased my vehicles from all major Brooklyn leasing companies. With some minor flaws, which are ineviable in the process of leasing, overall impression was pleasant, and I got what I was looking for for the price I was looking for.

Allen at signature auto group was great. I told him which car I want (Audi A6), and in less than a week it was delivered to my door in Long Island(!). I spent less than an hour on the whole process. Amazing service! My lease on my 2012 Nissan Altima matured, so I began doing my research. They offered me the best deal on my 2015 tiguan, while every other dealer I visited was asking for a lot more. My friend suggested I get the car from this dealer, and indeed, he was right. On top of that, the service was outstanding! Vlad delivered it to me and was really nice when we were filling out paperwork. He even took my old car back with him, and before he left he confirmed that there was nothing important in there. Overall, outstanding service. If you are looking for a good deal on your next car and good quality service, this is the place to go!
