5 star experience with Yan from Signature. He was able to find us the car we wanted and the payment was far below what our dealership offered. The entire process was turn key. From the car search and delivery to our house, to the transfer of plates and transfer of insurance. This was all done within a few days. We really didn't have to do much at all. And hey, now we have a shiny new car...bada boom.

Igor is the man, he got me exactly what I was looking for and he beat all other quotes I got. The entire process was simple and smooth and the vehicle was delivered right to my door. I highly recommend Igor and signature auto.

Shopping for a new car and dealing with rude salesmen is never any fun, especially when you re not sure what you are looking for. I have to say, coming to Signature was the best decision I ever made. Max was one of the nicest, most patient people I have ever met. I don t know much about cars so he helped me immensely throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure I knew every detail about the car/leasing process before I made my final decision. He knew I wanted to put the car in my name and got me an amazing deal on a brand new Nissan Altima with everything in it I was looking for and more, for an extremely low price. Amazing!! I was given Eugene s number by a co-worker and I was very skeptical about what he could do for me. How wrong I was.
Eugene was outstanding in his service. He listened to what I wanted, researched the lease prices quickly and got back to me within 24 hours with a list of vehicles for me to chose from. He even took in right in his stride when I changed my mind about the vehicle I wanted half way through.
Eugene helped arrange the insurance switch, took over the final payments on my old car, and had all the leasing papers and everything else waiting for me at the Jeep dealership. I dropped off my Mini, signed papers and was out in about 8 minutes!!!! Couldn t have been a smoother experience.

I originally thought that auto leasing companies were for fleet servicing or not really for the regular Joe car shopper. After telling my colleague I was looking for a new car and dreading the dealership negotiations, he referred me to Signature Auto. Still hesitant but after visiting a couple of dealerships and seeing the games they play, I decided to bite the bullet and try out Signature.

Deniz Maden contacted me and described their services. My first thought was it's too good to be true. It wasn't...all true. After describing the car that I'd like and budget, he went on the hunt and found the perfect car and I said let's do it. He communicated over SMS text and I thought that was great and super easy. Come to find out, although the dealership confirmed the car was available, they actually transferred it to another dealer. Disappointed, Deniz didn't stop. He got the dealer to find a similar car and was able to negotiate a better price due to the mistake.

Great overall experience, got me the the car and color combination I wanted even though a dealership salesman swore up and down that a leasing company couldn't get it as it was rare. They also got me a better deal on the lease itself with a much lower inception cost than the same dealership. Basically a 24 hour turnaround from the start of conversations to me driving away in my new car. Gave me the best insurance quote that I received up to that point and I definitely shopped around a lot. Very responsive and answered my numerous questions through calls, texts and emails without even having to step foot in the office. Will definitely go back for my auto leasing needs in the future.
