I honestly dont know where all these good reviews ...

I honestly dont know where all these good reviews come from. I tried getting a new Lease to replace my current. I called a guy name Igore twice for help, but he didnt even give me a courtesy callback. I called back and some girl told me..oh he is on the phone and will call you back and ofcourse no call back r messages r even text was ever recieved. I have 2 cars lease ending soon and will take my bsiness somewhere else here at least I get respected witha text back.
