I had an incredible experience with Alex Polishchuk from start to finish. From the very beginning, in terms of car selection, he puts all the options on the table for you in a clear, succinct and informative way. He makes it very easy to make a decision because he provides you with all the right information. He is extremely busy as he literally sells or leases hundreds of cars a month, so he is right to the point, which is how I like to do business. Once you decide on the car, he walks you through the amenities and makes suggestions in terms of how to upgrade- I found this very useful. Throughout the process Alex was incredibly prompt and reliable. Finally, he delivered the car in person, walked me through the paperwork (as it was my first time leasing the car and I had several questions). Leasing a car should be a pleasant experience due to so many reasons: you getting a new ride, it s a product that you don t buy on daily basis, it s not something that you can exchange next day or the day after (you can if you really want to; and if you ready to spend extra) but in most cases it will be yours for your next lease term agreement. We are all different with different desires and our own vision when it comes to our next car; as our credit histories and personal circumstances. I see the process of buying a car falls under two categories: easy and not to much :)!!!
Case number 1: you are perfect your credit score is above 780, you have a great job, you know what type of car you want to buy, and so on.
Case number 2: not too easy people like me :) where not every single piece of a puzzle is perfect. I knew that I would have obstacles before I started the process.
I did not get to Signature Auto Group at the first place, I went to a leasing company where they took my paperwork, and I had to chase them for 6 business days to get an answer and the status of my application. I was extremely frustrated and aggravated at that point, so I called the deal off, and I was passing by Signature Auto Group and decided to go inside to check if they would be able to help me out.
I walked in and I have met Yan. It was Wednesday night about 7.40 p.m. They were about to close but Yan invited me to his table. I explained to Yan what has happened, and he told me what we have to do since I was sticking to the same car and the same financial institution.
Yan called me next morning around 9.40 a.m. He was on top of every single detail that occurred during the process; he was honest and told everything upfront. I had my VIN number at 4p.m. Thursday.
I m sorry for such a long story but I had to tell it. I have leased 6 cars in my life, and I never had such a pleasant experience. Yan made this process as easy as possible for me, even though he had to do a lot of work himself. He made a complicated process as simple as possible with honesty, dignity, commitment and AMAZING customer service. I just leased a 2015 Altima from Steven at Signature Auto Group, overall the process was painless and hassle-free. They were completely upfront with any costs that may be incurred, and made sure that whatever needs I had in regards to features, color, engine, etc were met. Not only did Steven go above and beyond to negotiate an amazing rate for my car, but he also managed to get several additional features (which would have normally added an extra several thousand on the car sticker price) for no additional cost. On top of that the car was delivered in pristine condition and everything from new plates to the registration was taken care of by Signature Auto with a full tank of gas. Most notably, the rates that were negotiated over the phone were actually what I signed for at the end, which is incredibly important since some dealers like to put a flashy car in front of you and then hike the prices up. I'm on here 3 years after my first review, to say Yan has delivered yet again! Yan contacted me to inform me my lease was ending and we discussed options I had. Yan answered every question I had without hesitation and went above and beyond to find the specific vehicle I wanted. He even offered to have the vehicle delivered to my job because he knows how hectic my schedule is. Not only is Yan a professional, he is easy going, which made the process a much easier one. I have been leasing from another dealer for several years and was recommended by my Brother-in-law to try Signature Auto Group as he recently leased a car from them. I was a bit skeptical and unsure about it as I was so use to my previous dealer. Signature Auto group live up to my expectation! I literally got my car within a few days! The customer service from Yan was superb. He is really quick on his emails and calls and processing all the necessary paper work to get the car to you as soon as possible! When he delivered the car, he explains to you every document you are signing and always welcomes your questions. If everything runs good at the end of my lease, I would most likely stick with Signature auto group for all my future car needs.
