I have always had a great experience for over 5 years. I have gotten five cars from them and always worked with Yan but this last time was horrible. A quote was promised and then when the time for the paperwork to be signed, the payment was higher than originally promised. Last month I was promised for this to be taken care of, but that never happened. I then received a bill from BMW for $5,000 that Yan promised would be resolved due to errors but he does not return my calls and hasn't done anything for weeks now. He intentionally avoids phone calls and is never in the office when I come in. I recommended this leasing company to everyone and thought they were amazing but sadly I was mistaken.
