I had an incredible experience with Alex Polishchuk from start to finish. From the very beginning, in terms of car selection, he puts all the options on the table for you in a clear, succinct and informative way. He makes it very easy to make a decision because he provides you with all the right information. He is extremely busy as he literally sells or leases hundreds of cars a month, so he is right to the point, which is how I like to do business. Once you decide on the car, he walks you through the amenities and makes suggestions in terms of how to upgrade- I found this very useful. Throughout the process Alex was incredibly prompt and reliable. Finally, he delivered the car in person, walked me through the paperwork (as it was my first time leasing the car and I had several questions). If he didn't have an answer for me, he would follow up on it right away. All in all, I would describe Alex as the quintessential, premiere luxury concierge service provider. I have high standards and he met all of them. My one reservation was that I really didn't know much about this company which is located in Bay Ridge. I live in Soho, work in midtown, and I've only been to this area once in my life. If you live in Manhattan and are thinking about just going with a Manhattan-based dealer, take this advice: Alex's low-cost, Brooklyn storefront allows him and his team to produce a quality, low-cost service without hurting their margins - it's a great business model. Needless to say, I highly recommend Alex P.
