This is my second lease through Signature Auto Group and both experiences were the best car buying experiences I've had. David was actually on vacation when I contacted him for my new Infiniti and he was still able to get me approved for the car and had all the paperwork handled within 24 hours. The deals these guys can get you and service they provide are the best in the leasing business.

My wife needed a new car and we decided to try a lease. We decided on a Hyundai Genesis based on all the great reviews it has gotten. I started scouring the internet for a great lease company. Signature Auto had the hands down best reviews so I sent them an email expressing our interest in leasing the Genesis. I got a very prompt reply from their sales representative Max Lytvyn and made an appointment to go over to Brooklyn and talk with him. Max was a wonder. He was very attentive to our needs in a car and had all the answers to our questions. On top of that he was very honest and not pushy. We could tell that he was interested in getting us the most car for our money. And Max did that to the max! On May 19th we leased our white Genesis and it had all the bells and whistles that Max promised us it would have. We are very pleased with the car and with the fine, professional service provided by Max and the rest of the team at Signature. I would recommend Signature to any of my friends and relatives. Great experience leasing a car. I requested information about the cars I was interested in leasing. I received a prompt call back from Alex. He gave me information not only about prices, but also about the safety and comfort features for my individual situation. He was very patient and gave me space so I could think about the choices and come up with a decision. "What you see is what you get when it comes to our pricing" is what he promised, and that is exactly what happened. He provided me with lease quotes. There were no hidden fees, charges or unexpected surpises when it was time to get the car. I got exactly what I requested and even more than I expected. I highly recommend this service. My wife and I just leased an Infiniti QX 60 through Signature. Boris was our guy and the whole experience was a pleasure. Not only were they able to beat the dealership price by more than $50 dollars per month on a lease, they helped with lowering our insurance costs, took care of all the registration paperwork and delivered our car to our house, complete with plates. We were able to accomplish everything within a week of making first contact and probably could have gotten it sooner if we made up our minds a bit faster. No more pressure and haggling with annoying sales people!

This experience was fluid and impeccable. I came to Yan after reading the GOOGLE REVIEWS and was not disappointed. Despite being late, he waited for me to arrive, treated me courteously, and got the ball rolling. This was a Saturday afternoon, mind you. By Tuesday afternoon, I had my car delivered to me at work. Don't waste your time with dealers and their sales pitches. If you know what you want, go to Yan, and let him deal with them. If you don't like his deal, walk away. But, he's the best deal out there. I'm impressed, satisfied, and have no qualms about doing business with Signature in a couple years when its time to upgrade.

I was looking to lease a lexus rc. I searched many dealers both in NYC and California for the right deal but found none. Let me preface this message to say a few things:
1) I was not paid to write a positive review nor am I with the company (I didn't even know leasing companies existed until I heard from Dan)
2) I work 6-7 days a week, all crazy times, including nights, so getting to see me face-to-face is nearly impossible.

I pleasantly surprised at how incredibly accommodating, patient, understanding, respectful and straight forward Daniel was, when he helped me.

For a process that stretched over 3 months that involved two other car dealerships, it was Dan at the Signature group who proved to be the easiest to get in touch with via text, e-mail and phone calls, due to my schedule.

He had incredible product knowledge and the ability to do what many car dealerships can't: actually offer deals that benefit the consumer, not satisfy their quotas, commission, etc.

I strongly, highly recommend the folks at Signature and say you go to Dan S for all your needs. Whether you have a leased or financed vehicle or looking for something new, do it...at the very least, let THEM be your guide through the process and let THEM give you the truth behind the numbers that the dealer is trying to give you and let THEM get you the price you can afford.

Oh - they had the car delivered to me at my leisure, based on my chaotic schedule. Simple, easy process with everything finished in about 15 minutes. They can deliver it to your house, which I found AMAZING. (Now, I'm sure a dealer could do the same but none I went to, did).
