For me, personally, looking for a new car is intimating. After my beloved car was totaled in an accident, I was forced into a position of finding a new car within three weeks while managing work, injuries and a dealing with a difficult insurance company. My experience with signature auto has always been really great. I leased my Infiniti Q50 through them few years ago and also just leased my Lexus RX 350 F Sport through them. They got me the BEST DEAL I could've hoped for. I have leased through dealers in the past but never went back because of how easy and stress free signature auto makes the whole leasing process from beginning to end compare to the dealer. They also helped schedule my car return inspection and returned it to the dealer when my lease was over.

I've been leasing cars for many years. This time I decided not to visit a dealer but call Signature first. I spoke with David Shnayderman who was very professional and accommodative. He gave me the price that no dealer could beat and exactly a car I asked for and we decided on the date of delivery. My only effort was to produce documents for credit check. On agreed date he came to my house with new car and drove away on my previously leased car. He even helped me to fix my previously leased car to prepare for return and actually returned it. This is absolutely great way to lease a vehicle. I will do it again with Signature Auto Group.

Tom, from my ice hockey team, and myself both wanted a brand new 2014 Lexus IS 250 AWD in Silver Metallic. This car was more difficult to get compared to some of the other similar models, such as the Infiniti G37. However, Vitaly was able to land us the car in no time at a great rate. He far exceeded our expectations by getting the car fully loaded for us, including 18 inch alloy wheels and navigation. This car drives like paradise. Incredible acceleration and it brakes in the blink of an eye. It feels like the car is moving at 60mph, when in fact it is moving at 80mph. The exterior, and even interior design is sharp, slick, and really stands out on the rode. Unique in every which way. All in all, the best way to describe this car, and the whole process of getting it, is "kick ass". Vitaly got us the shorter lease term, which is always a better option when leasing. He showed up at my job with the car and the paper work and had me all set to go in less than one hour. Everything else was done over the phone during a few short phone conversations. I didn't even have to have the word dealership cross my mind, let alone actually step foot in one. Open, honest, and upfront about everything. Definitely work with Vitaly when searching for your next car.

This was my first lease and I was hesitant at first but, it doesn't matter if you are leasing, purchasing, trading in or really anything have to do with cars -- Signature Auto Group by far surpassed all other automobile customer service experiences I've had since starting to drive 15 years ago.
I told Vlad what options I wanted and he found an incredible car at the cheapest price....Signature beat two local dealerships by a significant amount of money. It took me a few weeks to go see him, however his reassurance calmed me down. Once Allen and I met, I explained the situation and slowly we came to an agreement to resolve any past discrepancies. He's a gentleman and handled his responsibilities to Signature's clients properly, appreciate the prompt response and I sent more people to pick up cars from them soon after. Bought more than 6 cars, leased another 8 from Signature Auto Group in the last year alone.....over all experience with them have been spectacular and their prices were so much better than showroom prices. I have recommended whoever wanted to buy a car to go to them, many friends and family have gotten cars from them happily. Sadly, Signature slowly stopped honoring prices and quotes. I have had two separate cars delivered to me that were supposed to be 36 thousand miles for three years; emails, texts, and voice calls all confirming that it was as promised, when they brought the car, and noticed errors, i was told who its an error in typing and we will edit the lease documents. Waited a few weeks to a month, only to be sent an email pdf of a letter from Signature Auto Group stating they would pay the difference after the end of three years, if i cross my mileage. The principle is my biggest issue here, we also leased a Maserati from this dealer and i had the same lease issue with that car. We wanted to buy tire and rim insurance from Maserati but instead we were advised that it would be cheaper from Signature Auto Group, a few months later when we hit a pot hole and needed that tire insurance to be used, we were left stranded. THERE WAS NO TIRE INSURANCE, the rep said there were some issues they would fix it, but still nothing. I paid 550 dollars out of pocket just for the tires alone, in addition 350 dollars for towing! No one from Signature Auto Group compensated me for that.I have all emails and text logs to prove my attempts and reminders on an almost daily basis. Sadly, i'm looking to trace those checks now and file a formal complained with the chamber of commerce, bbb and make sure that no future customer who checks google reviews will trust them again. More reviews are coming, so that they don't give the run around to anyone else and you don't have to suffer. The end is what really soured the experience, KEEP AWAY!
When my last lease was up I decided to try these guys instead of driving around from dealer to dealer for the best price. I made one phone call and spoke to Russ, within days he got me the car I wanted at a great price. The process was seamless. There were a few hiccups with the selling dealership but Russ and Signature stood by me until everything was resolved and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I feel that without Signature behind the transaction the dealership would not have been as willing to help.
WOW!!! The deal I got on Lexus RX 350 was beyond my expectation. The whole deal took an hour to close. Wednesday I came to met Yan and spent 30 minutes and 4 days later, on Sunday, I brought my car (which Yan took care of) and picked up my Lexus, which took another 30 minutes. The lease price is unbelievable. I paid the same amount for my last car, which had no features as Lexus RX (not even close). You cannot beat this, but Yan did. I sincerely appreciate what Yan did for me. Thank you, Yan for knowing your trade and for being a true professional. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!!!!
