I was looking to lease a lexus rc. I searched many dealers both in NYC and California for the right deal but found none. Currently living in Cali, I had no idea how to work out a lease without even meeting the sales agent. Fortunately I was connected with Alex Tron. Alex helped me find the best deal possible. He was courteous and respectful. He did not rush me into leasing, I spoke to Alex over the phone over vast majority of things such as lease payment and loan, down to insurance. I got the car I wanted delivered straight to my door by Alex himself. Not only did Alex impress me over this great leasing experience but he also impressed my mom and brother when he dropped of the car, he was extremely proficient, knowledgeable and caring. The last time I bought a car I felt uncomfortable through the entire process but not this time. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and it has been the easiest car buying experience and the least stressful as I have bought 3 cars before. Alex made me feel like I was part of his family. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesperson at all. He saved me the hassle of wasting time to even visit any other dealer, he gave me the perfect deal the first time we spoke. The experience of leasing a car provided by Alex Tron was way above my expectations. He was not deceiving and nor was he looking for his personal benefit like most the car dealers do. There was no lies or broken promises in the service he provided. I recommend leasing or buying a car from Alex Tron whether your a first time buyer or an experienced buyer.
