After shopping for 2015 Chrysler Town&Country for over a month we got it from Yan Brodskiy of Signature Auto Group.
While many leasing agencies had no T&C available for lease at the end of June - early July and dealers asked unreasonably high prices even though the new model was about to come out, Yan located a car that I wanted for a fair price. It was more expensive than back in May when more rebates were applicable, but considering the shortage of vehicles I was very happy. The car was even delivered to Albany, NY for a fair price.
All the interactions were professional and to the point. They didn't try to sell a more expensive vehicle. I didn't get an unpleasant sense of being pressured into purchase as it often happens with car dealers.
Great experience overall. I'd definitely come back and recommend these guys to a friend.
My experience with Signature was phenomenal. I was referred by a friend to David Shnayderman, who made the process very simple. I was constantly contacted and informed of everything that was going on in the process, and got my car very quickly. Aside from the fact that the location is slightly a bit difficult to find at first- if you do not know the neighborhood- there were zero complaints. Very fast and simple.

Unfortunately, I was not given the same service as I was given in the past.. I'm not writing a post because I'm being dramatic all this information is true.
I was lied to and held to believe I was picking up a car today... Which I was flying 1100 miles for then, to drive back to my home town - 17hrs away. However, my paperwork was not submitted (2 weeks in the process) and the car was never placed aside for me and the deal was not completed. The fact is, I did my background research and found the dealership had my paperwork but never finished the rest and had no idea of my co-signer... no paper work, no contract and no idea I was flying in. I am very upset with being lied to. I was told the dealership had closed due to COVID and that's why my paperwork was not submitted but I called and they were open. GOD doesn't like ugly. If this happens to you too, leave a review.

I worked with Russ Barinboym, who is perfectly professional, HONEST, efficient and made this process entirely smooth! Russ handled every single detail, from start to end, without a hitch. I am so glad that I followed my intuition to go with Signature Auto Group, as there were numerous other options. Their prices, responsiveness, follow-up, and customer service were OUTSTANDING! At first, I was highly skeptical when a car dealership offers such amazing prices for great quality vehicles, and was waiting for the "catch", hidden prices, and a huge upfront cost. None of that occurred, and I could not be more happy with my decision and experience. Dealing with Boris from Signature was a seamless process. After giving me an awesome deal I was ready to sign the papers but he encouraged me to call a few other brokers so I can be assured I got the best deal. I took his advice and called two other companies. The prices ranged 30$-40$ more per month with them. After I told the companies the price I was getting they were shocked saying things like " when it doesn't work out come see us." But it did work out. He also delivered the car right to me so I would not have to miss time off work. Would never go anywhere else.
