Boris Shulman came highly recommended by my neighbor, who is on his 6th lease through Signature.
This is my 1st lease. Boris immediately texted me prices on the models I requested. Transparent with their prices. I dealt with 2 other dealers for comparison and Signature was a much better deal. One dealer rep said she could only give me a true price if I was serious. Bizzarro bargaining.
I texted Boris with the model and options I was choosing and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. One day later, Alex dropped my new car at my house and took my trade in.
Neighbor says everything went well at lease end. I'll let you know in 3 years how mine went.
