I always have great experiences with Sign Craft. The agency I work for receives a lot of quotes for various projects we have. We always receive our quotes in a timely manner and receive the projects in a timely manner. They are great for channel letter signs, banners, posters, car wraps, and promotional items for businesses! I will always use Sign Craft!

As a business owner, I have had nothing but incredible experiences with Greg and his entire crew at Sign Craft. They did an impeccable job on our sign, as well as several other projects we have worked together on over the years. I can't say enough positive things about what Sign Craft does, what they stand for, and how professional and precise they are!
I ve used Sign Craft for 3 projects now. The reason I kept going back is how easy they make the process. Knowing that permits and fabrication takes time, I ve always contacted them early in the process and I haven t had any issues with timing. Their pricing is really competitive and they are great at working within a budget while giving options for me. I d recommend them to anyone with signage needs!
I've known the people at Sign Craft for many years now and they are quality people. Doing business with them has been a pleasure, I wouldn't hesitate to call tehm for any signage needs I may have in the future.
I don't normally write reviews on here, but these guys definitely deserve it. First, the sales representative, incredible work. Very reliable and outstanding dedication to us, the customer. But what really sold me to write this review were the installers. Man were they awesome. Frank and Chucky were outstanding. The detail they put into making sure we were happy was just out of this world. Yes prices are very competitive and maybe you can find someone who will do it for a little less, but the team that worked on my sign were second to none. These are the kind of folks you recommend to everyone you know. Thank you sign craft.
poor customer service and horrible follow up! i do not understand how they are in business when they are not doing their job with other business'. do not waste your time!!!
Reviews are a dime a dozen however this one is genuine. I volunteer for a Animal Welfare non-profit organization and we have limited resources . So to promote our cause we use huge banners for outside, cool wraps and detailed posters boards for inside. For every one of our projects we have used Sign Craft here in Indy and they are phenomenal to work with. Like a lot of customers we have our share of do-over's to our original designs, use cell phone photo's and make subtle , ok sometimes, silly changes. And no matter what the changes Sign Craft's final product is everything we dreamed for! The clincher for us is the clarity of the animals on all the products, happy and or sad, those photos really promote our mission. Greg and his team are just the best. If ya want locally owned plus skill and talent, Sign Craft outta be your choice...
We're a small gym on Indy's north side that specializes in one-of-a-kind personal training. After winning our fourth national awards in 6 years, we decided it was time to celebrate and get a new sign for our building!
Our original SignCraft sales rep left the company, which, from the sounds of others' reviews, was GREAT news for us! :)
I worked directly with Christina who had great follow up, was very accessible, and provided clear expectations on materials, timeline, and cost. I appreciate her professionalism as well as the strong communication by her installers. Timeline and pricing exceeded our expectations.
Most importantly, the final product meets our needs beautifully. The graphic design team was patient and creative in helping me find the best-bang-for-the-buck and did multiple revisions until everything was *just* right.
I really tried hard to give them my business. I wanted to support a local vendor but their customer service is simply deplorable. Called and left easily 4 messages, no response. Then reached out on contact form on 2 different occasions, finally after 2 weeks I got a response. Gal said she'd get me a proposal next day after I sent her my logo. Nothing. I reached out 2-3 more times over the next week and she never even acknowledged having received the message let alone actually living up to her word. I wouldn't use this company now if they were the last sign company in Indy. If I could remember the girl's name I'd put it in here but truth of the matter is this is obviously company culture, not just one bad employee. If this is how you treat someone BEFORE they are a customer, I can only imagine how it must degrade afterward. To say I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. Shame on you Sing Craft, for your horrible service!!
For the past two years, SignCraft has generously donated their time (print production + installation + teardown) and materials for our Driven2SaveLives garage space at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The floor to ceiling wall vinyl looked fantastic and stood apart from competing activation spaces. We attribute the eye-catching look of our garage to a lot of our success of raising awareness of organ, tissue and eye donation and transplantation at the track.
We also hired SignCraft to print and install a large-scale, etched vinyl window backdrop for our annual gala. This focal point piece was beautiful and widely commented on by our guests.
We couldn't be happier with our Theater Marquee! Signcraft staff were all so nice to work with and the job was done affordably and quickly. The final product was beyond our expectations.
Kristen Bennett was amazing! She had absolutely everything taken care of, and worked with us every step of the way. Their whole team was super friendly and made my job easy! Highly recommend this extremely professional place! Oh yeah ...our new LED signage is beautiful! Come check it out: Atlas Chiropractic @ 10562 E 96th St, Fishers.
I was so happy with how my signs turned out! I was nervous to be honest as it s hard to picture what they will look like in person. Kristen talked me through it and helped me make the right choice and I love it! Their turnaround time was great too.
SignCraft is and has been a superb supporter of Kids Voice in so many ways. Over the past 5 years or so, we ve been able to depend on SignCraft for quality signage, apparel and direct volunteer support in our endeavors. Kids Voice has had outstanding response times, superior quality and selfless services at all of our events lead by Greg, Christina and the entire SignCraft organization, for that manner. Without their support, Kids Voice WOULD NOT have the quality images and attendance that we ve enjoyed at our Golf Outings and Celebrity Dinners with the Colts, just to name a few! Thank you, SignCraft, for being a Platinum Sponsor that we can always depend upon!
So disappointing! I worked with jason for two weeks, telling him my deadline upfront. After sending all info and logos over, answering all questions and keeping in contact. Then he just stopped returning my calls or emails. Two weeks wasted on my project. This is never how to do business. I was shocked!
I worked with Jason from Sign Craft and was very please with he and his team! They worked quickly to obtain a permit, draft a design, and install the sign! It looks great! We've had great comments from customers who have seen the sign from the street. I was impressed with the amount of resources and assistance Sign Craft provided me as a new store owner. They did all the difficult work and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Sign Craft to anyone with exterior signage, or design needs!
Ordered a sign, the sign came out okay. However had a really hard time getting hold of the sales person that sold us on the deal, ended up having to go in there myself to get in the contact with the designer. overall experience was just fair, I would probably not go there again.. my final bill was 250$ more than the agreed upon price..
I would like to update my review. I believe that the core values of a company start with the ownership/leadership. This company, seems to have exceptional leadership. When someone is unhappy with service, they share it with many people. When they are happy, they usually don't. I received a call from the owner, who personally apologized for the service I had received. In addition, he agreed that the situation was unacceptable and that he is working to improve the key most important element ( in every organization) and that is communication. What a breath of fresh air. And if his philosophy of customer service permeates throughout, they will be exceptional there. I had no complaints about the quality of their product, just the customer service. I hope that he succeeds as they will be a force to be reckoned with! ********************************************************************************************************************
This company seems to have a NO customer service behavior. I waited a few weeks and I started to follow up on a repair. Left Messages for Michael Deardorff for two weeks - then when I asked for his supervisor I mysteriously got him. I asked him why he did not return the calls - the answer was "I just had not gotten around to it" ! Wow!!!!
Choosing signcraft was the most expensive mistake I've ever made. Initially, they accepted my money, and did absolutely nothing with it. 2 months after paying my $2500 deposit, I decided to withdraw my money and put it towards a company that would actually use it and work for me as if I was a paying client. With the most timely response i got the entire process, they informed me they were essentially taking my money.
Their accountability was zero from all ends. I had to beg for a temporary banner, which the Owner said he would take care of for the nightmare of a process, only to quadruple the initial proposed price on my exit invoice. To complement, there were a myriad of charges that continued to arise that were not included on my proppsal.
The communication was less than you'd expect from someone you gave $1. Every time i spoke to signcraft it was via my reaching out to them. Often I had to make the same requests for information in successive emails due to them either not reading or choosing to not address all of my questions/concerns.
I highly discourage all new business owners who need their logos and signage to be in seen, and anyone who has a hand in their business and has expectations of being informed with the state of your business affairs.
Update: Owner made a personal appearance at my business and apologized for my negative experience. Also sent me a check as a refund for the portion of my bill I had not been originally quoted. While still frustrated with my experience, I do believe the owner made an honest attempt to better our situation. This does speak very well for him. _______________________________________________________________________________ I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. My sales person, Mary, did not seem to bother to record or manage ANYTHING for our product. I had to send her our artwork for the sign literally SIX times over the course of the 2-3 months I worked with her, and she kept getting the rendering wrong! They were late in installing our door graphics because their department, supposedly, never got my phone number from Mary whom I had to send it to THREE times, up to a month before my install date. They did not meet the deadline on getting it installed, and when they finally did, the "M" in my logo was tilted to the left over an inch! The installer himself seemed to be the only honest person and brought it to my attention. Why send out a bad product that I spent $4.3K on and put it on my building?!?! Finally, in order to get the product fixed, reinstalled and my door graphics placed, I had to go over Mary's head and get her manager's attention. Final install was ONE DAY BEFORE GRAND OPENING! I can't tell you how stressful that is as a new business owner to have to deal with this headache while you are trying to open (especially because my lease stated that I could not be operational unless my final sign was up). Absolutely no apology from them at all. They just sent me the bill, of which I had questions that they can't seem answer. Final product was okay. As soon as they get my bill corrected I will send it in and wash my hands of this place. AVOID!
