The shoes are very comfortable, the quality of the workmanship is unsatisfactory. The sole is peeling off on the side, already in three different models. The Velcro fastener on the summer shoes was defective in the first year. A pair of shoes were replaced free of charge. Two pairs of shoes had to be repaired. Given the high price, one should expect better processing quality. It is annoying if part of the sole suddenly comes off while on the move.

I ordered a pair and tried it briefly at home. I wanted to exchange it for another model because it was too tight and the answer I received was that 50, - should be deducted, or I would have to add this amount to a model of the same price. My attempts to find a common solution with customer service have not been answered for two days. Can only advise against it!
Addendum: Money, minus deduction, was transferred back.

The shoes are of poor quality. I bought a total of 4. 1 lasted a good 1.5 years until it was full of cracks in the sole, 2 other shoes had deep cracks through the whole sole after a few days and the shoe was unbreakable. Only 1 pair still holds. Customer service is very poor and rude. Since I no longer had a receipt, you didn't really deal with my complaint. For shoes that are so expensive, I expect a different service. I will definitely not be spending any more money on this company and others were. Shame

So personally I am absolutely delighted with the kyBoots! I am very grateful for the work of the company and find it exciting and great that a worldwide movement has emerged from the small Thurgau! Thank you!

THE WORST SHOE MANUFACTURER AND THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE.
The shoes are of the worst quality and literally disintegrate after a few days.
The return costs for shoes bought in their online store are paid totally by the customer. In my case, they invented non-existent wear and tear on shoes never worn to take off another 50 euros from the refund. Here an example of the fine quality of this brand. I used these previous owned shoes for only few weeks in normal city walking.

The sole breaks, the feet are in the rain in the water.

I usually wear kyboot slippers in the office. These shoes are perfect if you work standing up. My wife and I are so excited that we even take them with us everywhere. Thank you for this invention!

I've been wearing these shoes for 2 yrs. Personally I have never experienced any problems, This shoe is a wonder for your feet.

The shoes are really good, but they don't last long. After less than 6 months - about an hour a day - they are already broken. The soles break apart, cannot be repaired. For prices around 300.00 CHF, I expect more. Or an indication that the soles only last for barely a year. A pity

For almost 9 years I have only had kybun and Joya shoes on my feet and I am still amazed at the comfort. I stand with the kybun shoes all day on the standing desk without aching feet in the evening and with much less tension in the neck than before sitting on the desk. Top!

Dealer: drugstore Abderhalden top! Very accommodating and fair. Absolutely geared to customer needs and great advice.
Producer: kybun AG Flop! Quality very bad and 0 goodwill. Soles release quickly and are brittle. After 4 years you could only dispose of the shoes or hope for a good dealer. kybun doesn't care.

Trust the BAD reviews here dear fellow customers and SAVE yourself a ton of PAIN! This company is knowingly making bad quality shoes, that are bound to disintegrate! Read the fine print BEFORE you buy! Once you have bought this shoe, you have NO CHANCE of getting any kind of meaningful customer support. You'll only end up losing time on top of the money that you have already lost! And they will question the customer's intelligence as well! BEWARE! In spite of the reply below, we have EVIDENCE of facing the issue within a few months of owning the shoe and reporting the issue the first time WITHIN the timeframe stipulated for reporting these defects.

I tried the shoe in the office for 30 minutes. Unfortunately too tight. After the return, a charge of 50 was given up. In my perception, this approach is more than disproportionate. No agreement possible despite requesting customer service. Hence 1 star.

ATTENTION never buy Kybun shoes !! I bought several pairs of these expensive shoes and after a year the sole that was worn the least was broken! With the other two pairs, the rubber has literally dissolved. I tried customer service to replace shoes or refund the money. The answer from the boss Kybun Switzerland was .. that it is normal that the Kybun shoes last only one year! This is a case for cash register crashes and consumer protection. It is frustrating that a Swiss company is satisfied with such poor quality and so customers. So don't buy such shoes! Because for 280.- there are much better brands that customers don't treat that way. See photos.

This company sells very expensive shoes that can break quickly and then offers no customer service at all or shows any signs of goodwill. No matter how often the shoe is worn, how properly it was stored or how kindly you ask for courtesy. The answer is a harsh "no", it seems that the most important thing is that the shoe is sold, after that there is no longer any interest in customer satisfaction.
I was accused of the customer hotline of this company to tell the falsehood about the wearing time of these broken shoes and I was scrapped with the following sentence: "We communicate openly and honestly that these shoes can break after 1-2 years, whether worn or not ..." , also a statement, but I heard it for the first time. When buying, there was only talk of wonderful quality and tremendous comfort. The only thing that is openly communicated in this business and this brand, in my opinion, is the handling of what they consider to be unjustified complaints ...
Very sad, for a company that is committed to Swiss quality.

The wearing comfort of the shoes is excellent. I do not know a shoe that is better to wear. Big compliment for this part of the work. I would like to give 5 stars. Unfortunately, the quality of the shoes has been questionable for years. I always have to buy new shoes, because after a year the shoe looks worn out. Also, the life of the shoes is limited to about 2 to 3 years. In the past, I always had to throw away my shoes after 2 at the latest 3 years. The damping, which I find awesome, gets cracked after this time.
By the way: I think it's great that I got an answer from the owner. I would be extremely pleased if the quality of the shoes is improved so that it looks longer and the damping can withstand more steps.

If the slippers are seldom worn, the sole will be broken after one year. The sole of the other slippers comes off the shoe. The sole of the street shoes settles and breaks laterally after almost 2 years. We have had the same experience with all kybun shoes. The high price is absolutely unacceptable given this poor quality. We won't buy any more.

I ordered shoes through a relationship manager, and I've tried on similar ones that I'm sure are just as comfortable. Both had to be sent back ... I had to pay almost 10 each for the return shipment.
After that, I received an email from Kybun to pay postage costs that were subsequently incompatible.
Although I have even taken these costs to finally create peace, I have additionally received a debt collection bill with completely inexplicable interest costs.
I have paid almost * 65 * for NOTHING and will be bombarded with e-mails.
Unfortunately VERY disappointing.

The Problem with these Shoes you don't want any other kind!
And they are ugly as hell but if you are old enough you care more about your Bones then Fashion.
Because Fashion lasts a Season and your Bones carry you a lifetime and ok they only last for 5 years but that is long enough for me so I love them so much that i want to Design Fashionable Ones for them and get the Word out so we all can enjoy these Gifts for yourself.
It is like a Tree, first if the Roots are strong the whole Body stays strong.
With these Shoes you really make your Feet stronger and that helped me get my Knees and Hips trouble free.

I bought a brand new pair of Kybun Seouls one month ago and already the soles and sides have started to disintegrate. I wrote to Kyboot and heard from someone called Damaris who said there was nothing Kyboot were prepared to do about it. He said that the soles do disintegrate over time, especially if exposed to the elements or if kept in a cupboard ! I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one to be fed this line over what Kyboot know is a fault with their product. For a start these have not been exposed to ANY extreme weather conditions. And the Seoul hasn't been out for long - should a shoe really be expected to disintegrate after such a short peroid. I wouldn't expect 25 Euro shoes to fall apart like this, let alone 250 Euro shoes. Seriously, if you have money to throw down the drain then by all means consider these as they are comfortable. However, they are not "fit for purpose", and Customer Services at Kyboot acknowledge the problem but refuse to do anything about it.

If anyone wants to actually see the farcical emails I've had from Damaris at Kyboot then I'll see if I can get them published in Viz......it's where they belong.

I have bought a kybun mat and I am very satisfied with the quality, can recommend this to anyone who can work on a bar table.

I have been happy with my "Uri Black" for almost 2 years now, which makes working in the home office much more pleasant :) I can only recommend simply testing it, you don't want to take off your shoes. So far, I've only had good experiences with the quality of the shoes.

I bought Kyboot winter shoes 3 years ago. Since I have been wearing Kyboot shoes regularly for over 7 years and rely on them because of my spine, I was amazed when the sole tore and also came off on the side.
Confident of a replacement, I went to the Kyboot shop in Zurich on Stampfenbachplatz today. To my astonishment, the seller explained to me that there was no point in sending this shoe to the company. I might have stored it wrong over the summer (...!) And other bizarre ideas. The rubber is not good and therefore other models are now being made.
If I buy a shoe for CHF 320 and then hear that the company is aware of this problem, I expect a replacement. Of course, I'm giving the company the opportunity to do that here.
And otherwise I ask everyone: Is there an alternative to Kyboot shoes?
I advise everyone against buying these shoes in the future, it seems to me that the customers are deliberately kidding. Other companies recall such a defective product.

I have been wearing one of my first kybun shoes for over 5 years in autumn, winter and spring. Its look and cushioning are still very good and it actually makes me run like clouds!

It is the worst purchase I have ever made! The shoes don't promise in the least what the website and the advertising film promise. When the shoes arrived, I was just disappointed with the poor quality for a high price. If I had at least liked the shoes, the quality had been good, I would not have been annoyed by the 15.00 shipping costs, which this company does not want to refund. The return shipment cost another 7.00. So I just put 22, - in the sand for such a stupid purchase. The website also suggests that the goods are bought in Germany. Unfortunately I can only advise against buying the shoes and also from the company.

Since the shoe is only glued to the sole, it dissolves constantly!

I can only comment on the shoes. I've had them for five years, wore them quite often, now I can throw them away, the rubber on the sides cracks all around, no repair possible. Expensive for only 5 years.
