I would like to update my review. I believe that the core values of a company start with the ownership/leadership. This company, seems to have exceptional leadership. When someone is unhappy with service, they share it with many people. When they are happy, they usually don't. I received a call from the owner, who personally apologized for the service I had received. In addition, he agreed that the situation was unacceptable and that he is working to improve the key most important element ( in every organization) and that is communication. What a breath of fresh air. And if his philosophy of customer service permeates throughout, they will be exceptional there. I had no complaints about the quality of their product, just the customer service. I hope that he succeeds as they will be a force to be reckoned with!

This company seems to have a NO customer service behavior. I waited a few weeks and I started to follow up on a repair. Left Messages for Michael Deardorff for two weeks - then when I asked for his supervisor I mysteriously got him. I asked him why he did not return the calls - the answer was "I just had not gotten around to it" ! Wow!!!!
