So I took my grandfather to this place for some tests. They are the most inconsiderate people in a lab.
My father had to wait till they did all the paper work and to top it all they first asked me for payment. When you can see that I have an old person with me. Why can't you take him to the tests and then we can do the formalities. And the receptionist was stupid enough to argue with me about it.
And even after my appointment at 1. There was no one to attend my grandfather for a long time.
