It was my first time that i did some tests from your diagnostic center. I feel regret for choosing this center. There is no proper test reports and the person who is there at the reception who deals with patients probably Ms. Neetu, they always make false promises with the customers about the tests. Amd they did not even care about the customer satisfaction. First, i got my test reports wrong and then secondly, when i have gone personally at the center for test sample after talking with Dr. Nidhi, she assured me that the reports will be accurate this time with proper indication level of + or - value and the same thing, i have asked with the receptionist also and she said that you will get the reports exactly the way you want. So i did not received the report on time and even the reports which i got not accurate. I am fed up by your services. My more than 1 week has been wasted in this and talking with the receptionist. And when i called at the receptionist 3-4 times, she said that she will talk to the doctor and will call back. I haven't received any calls and even after calling them several times, they did not even care to pick up the call and when she picked up, she said they are so much busy with the customers and will call back. And again they are not picking up the call.
I think its my mistake to choose your diagnostic center and to trust upon you guys. You guys are just making fun of customer's time and efforts. I feel like cheated.
