My husband had an appointment 3 weeks ago, an MRI is needed and he has called 3 times to get the MRI scheduled. They keep telling him some one will call him back. Then, they told him insurance denied the claim for the MRI. When I called insurance they stated Sierra Pacific had not submitted his medical records to justify medical necessity. Insurance said they would approve within 24 hours pending proper submission from them. Office staff keeps you on hold forever and then gets nothing accomplished to make treatment even possible. Very disappointed.

Worst office ever, and you'd better be careful. Anyone and everyone I called either never called me back or called me back days later after I called every day. They didn't pre-authorize some things with the hospital. Luckily the hospital wrote it off, but even they said that Sierra Pacific messed up. Now 8 months later, they're trying to bill me for something else. I sent the insurance EOB multiple times stating it's a provider write-off and they're telling me they didn't get it. So now I've got to talk to the office manager about it. This is a nightmare.

Honestly, my knee is still messed up after surgery. If you choose to go with Sierra Pacific, you need to scrutinize everything. Don't sign anything until they provide you with proof of pre-authorization (your insurance, too). Call your insurance and check on them and make sure you know exactly what you're going to pay before your surgery. Watch them like a hawk. Honestly, I've never had to work this hard with a billing department after a surgery or procedure.

The entire staff at Sierra Pacific is worthless. Be prepared to fight for every piece of information, and I really pity you if you need something right after surgery because they won't call you back. Go somewhere else.

One of the worst experiences I have had with a medical office in my life. This was my first time at the office. I went to get my hand diagnosed by a physician Assistant which recommended that I have surgery because I have a trigger finger. I was told that a Marlene segura from scheduling would get back to and schedule an appointment this happened on the 3rd of May I called her on the 5th of may and was told that I needed to wait for approval from the insurance and she would get back to me, I called her a couple of times and no answer only voicemail. Which I left a couple but still no response.
It has been a month and I still have no surgery or an appointment. People like that make doctors look bad. Looks like I'll be going to another doctor now. I wish I could give this place because of that person no stars!! Staff is really bad there!!

The most incompetent billing office I have ever had the misfortune of working with. No stars is what they deserve. Seen the dr and I have dual coverage so I was not going to have to pay anything. They forced me to give them a credit card which should have been my first clue that they were shady. A month after the visit they start sending me notices they are going to charge my account $200. So I call and tell them that they have not billed my secondary insurance. They say they will look into it. I spend the next 7 months working with my insurance to try to get someone to bill the secondary insurance. No one ever calls back and they don t even know anything about standard billing practices. 8 months after the date of service they finally get it and bill the secondary professional claim and get paid. I still have not received my money back that they stole from me. I have been calling for nearly 3 months. Today someone called me back to say yes they owed me the money and they would be crediting my debit card. I just looked on my account and they charged me the $200 again!!!!! Now they owe me over $400 because of their incompetence. I am filing a fraud claim with the insurance board, CMS and my insurance company.

Edit: Now Sierra Pacific's reputation management company wants to waste my time too. "Excellent patient service is very important to us" Cool copypasta.

If I am "willing"... put it back on me, nice. Why in the f-ck would I be willing to relive the experience. I just wrote a detailed review. Read that and respond (with more scripted excuses). The concierge/spa styled 'health care' center has clearly reached pinnacle 'Charley Frank' as said in the armed forces. (Urban Dictionary that if you don't get it)

How about offering a direct call to the office manager, a name to ask for and own the issue, instead of a tracking link to a reputation management company that has no connection other than charging a fee. Hard pass. (Edit end)

Referred by my general practitioner to Sierra Pacific for ortho surgery. I spent several full days over a month on the phone trying to contact them and schedule a simple consultation visit. Endless, mind numbing hours calling, line ringing and ringing then disconnecting routinely as if somebody picked up and hung up. One day this happened at least 30 times. When a call finally did connect, you're waiting on hold up to an hour. this is not even a joke, I have the screenshots.

When you finally reach an actual person they routinely claim apologetically that "so sorry, our phone system was down." I heard this bullsh*t scripted claim over a few weeks. that should be a red flag.

After hours of trying, I reached Abigail, who immediately put me on hold for half an hour until the phone system "went down" and disconnected us. Called back and reached Kristen.. same thing happened. Then I reached Gina working remotely from home who processed minimal information from me and then I never received any further contact from them -- zero, no mail or a phone call follow up. So callous and uncaring it's shocking.

Website claims they takes certain insurance, but then I found out that was untrue after a month of trying to schedule a simple consultation. It's a con and borderline fraud. It's more than apparent that the level of care you will receive here is directly correlated to the additional bottom line you can deliver them.

1 and half wasted at this place do not waste your time they don t follow up you will literally have to scream at the people on the phone to get you someone who will actually have somewhat of a result they put things on other people and just keep passing it off . The list goes on and on I ve spent 6 month trying to get a Authorization. They use the excuse they ve had change in departments things weren t processed right this and that. I beg anyone to stay away and find a different specialist office the doctors are ok but the staff is just HORRIBLE beyond belief. This is negative star review
