Edit: Now Sierra Pacific's reputation management company wants to waste my time too. "Excellent patient service is very important to us" Cool copypasta.

If I am "willing"... put it back on me, nice. Why in the f-ck would I be willing to relive the experience. I just wrote a detailed review. Read that and respond (with more scripted excuses). The concierge/spa styled 'health care' center has clearly reached pinnacle 'Charley Frank' as said in the armed forces. (Urban Dictionary that if you don't get it)

How about offering a direct call to the office manager, a name to ask for and own the issue, instead of a tracking link to a reputation management company that has no connection other than charging a fee. Hard pass. (Edit end)

Referred by my general practitioner to Sierra Pacific for ortho surgery. I spent several full days over a month on the phone trying to contact them and schedule a simple consultation visit. Endless, mind numbing hours calling, line ringing and ringing then disconnecting routinely as if somebody picked up and hung up. One day this happened at least 30 times. When a call finally did connect, you're waiting on hold up to an hour. this is not even a joke, I have the screenshots.

When you finally reach an actual person they routinely claim apologetically that "so sorry, our phone system was down." I heard this bullsh*t scripted claim over a few weeks. that should be a red flag.

After hours of trying, I reached Abigail, who immediately put me on hold for half an hour until the phone system "went down" and disconnected us. Called back and reached Kristen.. same thing happened. Then I reached Gina working remotely from home who processed minimal information from me and then I never received any further contact from them -- zero, no mail or a phone call follow up. So callous and uncaring it's shocking.

Website claims they takes certain insurance, but then I found out that was untrue after a month of trying to schedule a simple consultation. It's a con and borderline fraud. It's more than apparent that the level of care you will receive here is directly correlated to the additional bottom line you can deliver them.
