I've been getting services here for 2 years now and I still absolutely love it. I see my primary doctor, Dr. Meshriky, about every month or two, he's always happy to see me, listens to everything I have to say, really considers what I want and need, he definitely has me best interest at heart. I also see Dr. Abi for neurology, I've only seen her 3 times I think, but she's very nice and considerate, very knowledgeable. I get my labwork done here as well, they're all very good at taking blood, never had any problems, and it's very quick, but the wait time to get called back can be a bit long (like 10-20 minutes) but it's understandable as they see a lot of patients. And lastly I receive services from the Behavioral Health in the back (therapy, psycology, etc), I'm not sure if they count for here too, but I like the people there even more haha So now complaints there. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for checking in at the front (I come any time between 8am and 5pm, I haven't had long wait times any time I've gone). And after check in it's often even faster than that to go back with the nurse. I really like the nurses and reception nurses too. I'm really quite happy with the place. It's always clean and light, always open parking. I'd say the only thing that bothers me is they close for holidays, like all holidays, so it's annoying to me when I need to call or something and they're closed for flag day or something small. In the end I just call the next day though. I seriously don't understand any of the negative reviews, maybe they just had one bad experience.

90 mins since arrival ...45 mins wait in doctors room and counting (it is very slow in office, no traffic) .... two reminders to nurse but wait is on....

Pity attention when you call is like they want to slap you are super pedantic those who attend .. BAD ATTENTION !!!! MALISIMATE ATTENTION TO THE PUBLIC

Been having pain for a week and a half. I show up at 1:21 and had sat to see a doctor until 4:45 with no people being seen. I am very disappointed that because of my health care this is the type of service I have to deal with!!!

I have been going here off and on for over 5 years. I ha e yet to find the same quality of care outside this clinic anywhere in Ventura County. Oh sure, their might be fancier offices with affiliations to famous hospitals elsewhere. However, I have yet to find another clinic with the staff that actually cares about the individual and treats them as a patient as they do here at Sierra Vista. I left the UCLA Medical family and came back to Sierra Vista for this very reason. I'm sure others will disagree and they may even have some very good reasons. However, I personally will never switch to a doctor outside the clinic again.

Don't go there!!! Especially if you have a baby and you are not sure about vaccinate or you are refusing or delaying. No matter what you signed the refusal or not, they call CPS on you for CHILD ABUSE!!!! BE AWARE !!!

Horrible place. I got almost 5 minutes telehealth ( conversation by the doctor on the phone with camera) without health insurance. Dr. Ordered some blood tests from the clinic. First I wanted to learn how much will be cost for the tests. The front desk checked on the computer and said $2000 for the cost. I went to the wellnessmart in Thousand Oaks, paid $147 for the same tests. Also, today I received a bill from this clinic for the telehealth, it is $729 for the 5 minutes telehealth conversation. When you go to any urgent care you pay average $150. Please don't go this clinic, otherwise you will be regret and pay astronomical bills.

Today I have been on hold for 10 min, then I called back and the lady was rude and said there r still a lot of other patients ahead of u. Then I called again and they hung up my call. Then.. I was placed on a 42 min hold. I'm very unsatisfied.

They Never answer the phone, Never return phone calls after leaving multiple voicemail. Regular Hold time 10-20 Mins just to be transferred to some one who wont answer their extension and wont call back if you leave a msg.

There is only ever one good NP there that can help you Linda Davila is wonderful. That is the last compliment I have. I just went to the urgent care with a sinus infection that I had 2 weeks ago. This quack in the urgent care after making me wait almost 2 hours to even see her (there was ONE patient ahead of me) decided to instead of treating me with antibiotics which worked the first time. To lecture me about how she went to an ent talk and that I should just keep taking my regular allergy medication. And to not eat gluten. When she saw that I was clearly upset because this Nurse Practitioner couldnt do her job which is to help, says "I have seen a lot of people, a lot a lot of people in my 20 years as an Np, disagree with my advice and that's ok. But this talk I went to says no antibiotics anymore so I'm not prescribing them."

WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL HELP ARE YOU. THIS DOES NOTHING TO HELP THE SICK WHERE IS YOUR OATH TO DO NO HARM. THERE IS HARM BEING DONE WHEN YOU SIT AND DO NOTHING. shame on you. When my regular medication is for allergies and I have a sinus infection I cannot cure that with claritin. DO NOT GO HERE because this isn't the first, the 3rd, or the 10th time I have had issues like this with doctors, nps, or whoever. They need a house cleaning at this establishment because what happened to those who actually care about patients.
Don't lecture me about gluten when you never ran a single test, never ordered anything. All she did was shine a light in my mouth, and listen to my breathing. USELESS. utterly useless is what you people are.

Sierra vista sucks you will be here all day. They really don't care. That's why I switched to Moorpark.

They are friendly and we never have to wait long. Dr. Guinn is the best. She s very understanding, patient and super nice. My kids love her too. We ve also been to the urgent care several times and we always had a great experience.

Came with family member and the wait was long. Staff were chit chatting and didn t seem care. Dr Smita Mandal has terrible bedside manner and lack common sense on how to interact with patients. She also did not have good knowledge on prescriptions. To hide her lack of knowledge , she got annoyed when more questions were asked . Overall, no quality care provided. Recommend to avoid Dr Mandal and find other doctor.

All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Simpson kept us very informed. We ended up at the hospital, but they were just great and informative. Very happy with the service provided.

Sierra Vista Family Medical Clinic has served me well. The facility is clean, the staff is extremely professional and helpful, and I feel that my PCP, Aristotle Tuano, is very competent and knowledgeable. I've never had to wait long for my appointment and have been able to schedule them easily and without hassle. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of healthcare here.

Took a few weeks to get in for my first appointment, but once I did great service. Loved Dr Cee, she was very thorough. Also, when I went for labs the tech was amazing. No pain and she took me into a room to lay down during blood draw, which I requested. Very positive experience.

Complete waste of time going into that place i got no help whatsoever. The moment the doctor walked into the room (Suneeta Chudhary) she looked to be annoyed and just did not have a good attitude about me being there anyways. I went in because I hurt my hand skateboarding a while back and it is still hurting me to this day and just not feeling the way it should. My hand is still broken and untreated, and on top of that I did not get the refill on my medication I needed for school even though i asked about it. I was told I would get a call for a follow up appointment which I never got. But yeah I ended up spending the whole day there waiting for the doc to have time to see me and take xrays after her lunch, and still left empty handed with no information for my hand or medication.

My experience at this place was horrible. Dr. Edwards was ok. She was fine. I've been going to her when I was pregnant with my first child. However, Dr. Bhutra gave us a horrible experience.

I went to this place when my wife was pregnant. It was a horrible experience. I got a cold vibe from this place. My wife at the time had Dr. Edwards. She was ok. She could have been better though. Dr. Bhutra is such a disgrace. She is a sneaky Dr. She wasn't nice at all. She is very quick to call CPS if things don't go 100% her way. Do not go here especially if you are indecisive to vaccinate your baby. There are better places out there.

Why does this say they open at 8 when they open at 9!!!!! I'm sick and showed up early so I could see a Doctor ASAP now I have to wait an HOUR!!!!!

I'm so glad I have Dr. Mandal as my GP. I came in for mild neck pain, she ordered blood work and discovered I have Hypothyroidism - the symptoms of which I've apparently just been living with/suffering through. Dr. Mandal is also both professional and personable which I find comforting. So far every person I've dealt with at the front desk are friendly and helpful as are the doctor's assistants.

Everyone here was so polite and caring!! My son is two months old and they saw him almost right away. As a single mom, every bit of help matters. When I walked in a male staff member helped me carry the car seat and my diaper bag, another male staff member carried the car seat to our room when we went back. All the staff was friendly! What a wonderful clinic all the way around and doctor Simpson was so knowledgeable and awesome!! My favorite place to go!! Never going anywhere else

I called the Sierra Vista Medical Group to ask for a list of doctors that take 18+ and 1 of them said that she didn't have a list.

I've been going there for almost 22 years since they were on Alamo Street. I refuse to go anywhere else. All of my kids went there and still go there. It is a clean, safe & friendly environment. All the staff; front office, back office, the doctors & nurses are very patient, friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.

Only an answering service to pick up calls not anyway to reach the office they said. Not any info available about accepted insurance companies.

I didn't even wanna give it one star . For over a month now wanting to get a mammogram. several times saw the Doctor to get the referral. I tell them I'm feeling lumps I been calling Almost every day and I still do not have an Appointment

Dr Lin is great but Sierra Vista Medical in general is not very professional. I had to wait 6 weeks to see Dr. Lin for my initial patient visit. We had a conversation, my vitals were checked, and I was sent home. I then received a bill for $900 because they billed the wrong insurance information. Not sure why they could not get insurance information correct during my 6 week wait.

I was then in a head on automobile accident, admitted to the E.R. for abdominal issues, and now have to wait 5 weeks to see Dr. Lin again. This time I am told we can only meet for 15 minutes and that I cannot be seen for all my concerns.

If my health wasn't so poor at this time, I would cancel all relationships with Sierra Vista Medical today.

Absolutely awful. Nurses and doctors on their phones while Waiting to get help but no one seems to care. The most serious patient here and was last.

They only get one because I have to give them this. Terrible! My son has green stuff coming out his ear in pain and because he has Gold Coast they wouldn't see him or let me pay cash! Rude receptionist and just aweful!

Been going here three years with my five boys and now my daughter there pediatrician dr. Butera is fantastic she listens to you and she's caring. Also when you check in those ladies are great they're really nice and they're helpful.

The worst place to take a COVID test. I took my test in early June and called them twice. I spent the whole weekend not knowing the results. They claimed the results were not available; however, after I called Quest directly, they advised the results were available as of Friday. Do NOT take take your test here. They do not care about customer service.

I came here because I have gold coast as my insurance. I waited around 30minutes after i had checked in and then my vitals were taken. I waited another 15 mins till I got to see Dr. Simpson. She was very thoughtful and very informative regarding my health. She gave me packets of information so i can educate myself and be aware of my situation. All the staff were professional and very nice. Everyone smiled and the place was very clean compared to simi valley Adventist hospital.
I really appreciate everyone at this facility and to Dr. Simpson who has helped me to better my health by not only "doing the job" but with sincereity that really is rare in the medical profession.

Got tested on July 8 for COVID-19 my wife just got her report that she s negative on August 14

Got there at 3pm. Waited for an hour and half just for them to take me inside, take my vitals, then tell me since there is only one doctor and they're closing soon they can't see me and to go to a different urgent care in thousand oaks or to the emergency room. I said it would've been nice if someone told me before I waited an hour and half, they said legally they had to take my vitals to make sure I wasn't dying. I said if that's the case and you had known when I checked in you should've taken my vital right away and sent me on my way since it only takes a minute to do that and I could have been well on my way to another clinic. This is all on top of the fact that it was going to be 27 days for my initial visit with a pcp. Have never ever seen such indifference to patients before and this one visit, my first, was enough to make me switch. Stay away.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE SOON! THIS PLACE IS JOKE! THE WORST DOCTORS EVER! Especially Doctor Gareys. how did she become a doctor? God have mercy on the patients that she DOES NOT CARE ABOUT. Saving and caring for lives is what this profession is about. Not putting lives on hold because you are incompetent. disgusting service

They have changed a lot now they are giving the worst attention by phone and discrimination to resectionist children as if they are not paid they deny doctors and appointments want to give them at 3 months nothing to see the attention of ase 4 years ago now instead to improve they are making patient care worse

Been going to this place for the past 2-3 years and I dread coming to this location. I feel like the staff there do not enjoy their job which makes the whole place feel unfriendly. I feel as is my Nurse Practitioner always doesn't listen to me, disregards my pain as if I am making it up, he always questions my pain and I feel like he's interrogating me. I go in for stress fractures after visiting the ER and he says that I don't have stress fractures cause he believes that only athletes can get them. After the appointment is over I feel less confident about my ailment because he gives me no answers and always says that I'm too young to be having the problems I am having. I have had the same experience with another Nurse Practitioner as well. The whole facility seems like they treat patients like they are nothing; its very corporate like and not friendly at all.

I wish I had the same great experience that others have, but it has never been good for me. I have had zero answers about my ailments whenever I go there. I think they need to have more M.D.s in the clinic instead of Nurse Practitioners, because I don't think the N.P.s at this facility really know what they're doing or they don't know how to interact with people. Its a real shame because this is the only place that I know of that takes my insurance. If I had the choice, I would never come back to this clinic.

I also went to the Urgent Care that is connected to the facility last week for my stress fractures. First thing the receptionist says is that they are not allowed to prescribe me pain killers. Right off the bat I was treated as if I was drug seeking and that's not what I care about - I care about why my foot is in pain and how can I fix it. Like I said, this whole facility does not treat people like people.

I have Dr. Gareys and i really, really like her. She is intuitive and listens. I find her diagnosis' correct and I trust her. I dont feel like she brushes me off during our appts, she asks good questions and then actually listens to my answers and gives productive guidence of what to do about it. She advises different options of treatment which is nice because then you can choose which ones you think would work best for you. She will give you her opinion but doesnt force you to go with it if you think something else might be better. If further treatment is needed she will refer you to a specialist that accepts your insurance. It did take me several appointments to warm up to her and vice versa, but I'm glad I stuck with her because she has been a lot of help to me. Wait times in the lobby and rooms are very short. I have had other doctors and nurse practitioners here and I was not thrilled with them, but I think Dr. Garyes is exceptional!

I bring in my son to be seen at Urgent Care and we wait 3 hours. Not many people are here so i don't understand why its such a long wait!!! Some people come and go but they still have their spot in line. Not fair. Once I'm in the nurse tells me they only have one Dr so it's gonna be a while for the Dr to see my son. It's ridiculous not only to me but to other people that come here!!!

I've seen this clinic make a lot of changes to make visits more efficient, with less wait times, better communication. The biggest problem is the check in. I've waited 40 minutes to check in. Once that's done I haven't waited more than 20 minutes to get in to see the doctor.

worst experience ive ever had the doctor who i cant pronounce the name Suneeta Choudhary or something doctor ceee????was very belittling talked to me like i was some kind child?and then like i was a criminal very unprofessional doctor No compassion who wear sloppy hippie clothes very fat, smelly and has side burns.if your gonna talk down to people you might want to brush your teeth cause your breath and body oder is disgusting. people like this should never work to help others she should be fired i wont ever go back.

Been trying to call for an appointment but it takes over fifteen minutes for someone to pick up. The waiting time is long but the service there is okay.

What a joke. Nurses acting as doctors and continuously busy phones for hours on a weekday.

I ve been going to this clinic for 10 years. Had my share of undesirable doctors.
Have finally found a Dr. in the clinic that cares. Dr. Kapadia, she s the best . She takes the time to listen and help, even though she s on a time crunch. Glad I found her.

I have been going here for a year now and have interacted with a majority of the staff. The entire hospital staff are just amazing, kind individuals who really care about everyone's well being. I would recommend this hospital for anyone for any type of service you may need.

All front desk staff and Drs and nurses are great. They are caring and kind.

Withing time is very bad in this clinic thay never get you see by doctor on time very very disappointed always call 45 minutes or 1 hour 20 minutes late from your appointment time!

all bad, most unprofesional, they don't listen to you, they don't care about what paper work you need to send in for ssd-ssi. treat you as if your a dog that needs to jump through hoops to get meds, so much more but you know what im saying, sad but true. i fired my doctor and changed to a different provider, keeping it real.

The doctors are great. The office staff is ridiculously awful. My son broke his finger and I was told to expect a referral by the end of the week. I didn't hear from them, so I called. They hadn't processed the referral until after I called at 4 on a friday afternoon. Now I can't get an ortho referral until Monday morning at the earliest. This is not the first time they have lost a referral or delayed processing our paperwork. I wouldn't recommend this group to anyone.

Hi I need help with recommendations on a pediatrician for my.kids any suggestions for Sierra medical clinics

Some of the care providers at this facility are extremely negligent and inattentive to the needs of some of they re patients. What s the point of having a primary if appointments are still a month out? And if you need a referral you may be waiting a month longer after that from your first appointment.

WORST MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENT
After arriving an hour before closing and being checked in to the exam room with initial exam and vitals taken, was asked to leave because it was 5 minutes to closing. The 30 minutes I waited outside I was the only person in the waiting room and I only saw one other family inside. In the 30 minutes I waited I can see the doctor and the nurses chatting and having coffee. So it wasn't a busy last hour of the day. Horrible treatment I received and I will never return there again nor would I recommend this place nor would I wish this treatment on any other person who is ill
