Came with family member and the wait was long. Staff were chit chatting and didn t seem care. Dr Smita Mandal has terrible bedside manner and lack common sense on how to interact with patients. She also did not have good knowledge on prescriptions. To hide her lack of knowledge , she got annoyed when more questions were asked . Overall, no quality care provided. Recommend to avoid Dr Mandal and find other doctor.
