A bureaucratic nightmare this organisation; they take too long - with the same old Dutch pettyess, tightness & squalidness. Special mention to one of the voozitters J.F. Penning De Vries - an unscrupulous, unethical, untrustworthy, unfit-to-practice stain on & disgrace to the legal profession. No decency or interest whatsoever in doing the right thing & a mere (bent) tool for the governing authorities here. Strong grounds to believe individual may hold Extremist/bigoted views also; ought to be explored further but likely won't be. Is there anything worse than a crooked lawyer?!

The Raad voor de Rechtsbijstand arranges payment for lawyers who assist clients in courtcases based on subsidised payment
by Dutch Government. It concerns clients whose income is less than 26.000 euro per annum.
Some lawyers carry a recommendation by the RvdR called High Trust. Despite this recommendation there is no guarantee that the lawyer concerned is qualified to plead your case.

Do not expect assistance by a qualified lawyer. Chances are he is not able to help you.

The Legal Aid Council is among other things responsible for the legal aid that is being funded with regard to mediation. Case designation: V010 immigration law
In 2006 my obtained legal assistance will be terminated: Civil Intended termination of addition.
According to the lawyer, the reason for the termination would be the following: because you are not cooperating sufficiently with the proper handling of your case. This letter was signed by E. Donders

I can prove the contrary.

In the early 1990s, naturalization was refused to me by the old municipality of Eindhoven.
