Great movie theater! It is clean and the projectors and sound have been flawless for every movie I have seen here. The IMAX auditorium is great which is sometimes a hit-and-miss at new locations I visit. This is definitely my primary theater that I visit and am glad that it is.

20 screens including RPX, 3D and Imax. Usually good selection of the latest including international movies. You can get various snacks here but the prices just like other cinemas are on the high side. There is also a Best Buy, Barnes and Nobel, Bed Bath and Beyond and various restaurants at this location.
This is a very big theatre. They have over 20 auditorium. RPX, 3D, 2D everything u need. Foods are expensive, but u can carry ur foods inside ur purse, they dont care. Huge parking, but sometimes it can be haprd to find one especially during the weekends evenings when good movies are released.
My absolute favorite movie theater! The IMAX is amazing and they've just added SCREEN X which is a very unique new way to watch a movie. Definitely something to try. The staff here are always friendly and I do appreciate their willingness to hire from the differently abled in our community.
I like it there I ve been going there for years but its time they put the reclining seats in so everyone is comfy. And they need to remodel the whole theater
This is the most expensive theater in the entire Tri-Valley! Go for a matinee on a weekday for a nice quiet time. Purchasing tickets online in advance is the quickest and easiest way to navigate this theater, as the line gets long.
Went to see movie dangal today 11.55 show. There were no clear cut direction to each section. Audio sound system was too loud. On intermission sign on screen the movie continued, when I returned I missed some important scene. I saw many people going out, while the movie was going on. Spoke to the manager. He said it is the corporate policy not to give break. Friday Jan 20/2017
Comfortable seats, full service bar, quick service at the concession stand, and clean. What more do you need from a movie theater. Can't get enough of those Cheetos popcorn!
The theaters are nice, and there are lots of them. So you can always find something to watch at a time that suits you. Never had anything be sold out so that I couldn't go, even on debut days.
However, my biggest gripe about this place is the painfully slow concession service. I'm not sure if they have any idea that some people in line are trying to catch the beginning of a movie, or dipped out just for a moment to grab a snack. But they make the DMV look like The Flash.
I do appreciate freshness, and I've not been disappointed by the quality of their concessions. But please for the love of all that is holy find some way to optimize your concession processes a bit.
Pre-bag some popcorn, or have two staff for each individual register (you seem to have no shortage of young-looking staff milling about) so that one person takes the order and the other grabs the stuff. Whatever you do, please, please, please find some kind of solution.
I'm new to the area, and these theaters are closest to my house. My family and I like the actual theaters here very much. But without fail every time I step into the line at concession I am guaranteed to have a frustrating experience.
My second favorite location to see a movie. My first favorite Regal location. Service fast and fun in line. Kids working there are great. Gotta give 4 stars because AMC is still leading the charge in my opinion. Ok regal. Give me IMAX and A full bar and i'll up the rating Regal.
Good show (we saw Spiderman) unfortunately the IMAX movie was awesome as always in the viewing but unfortunately as with nearly EVERY theater the movies volume was way, way too loud! This is coming from someone who is hearing disabled and who has children that had to cover their ears for many portions of the show. There are ways to enjoy the show and actually feel like you are one of the movie characters without making your ears bleed or causing damage to a person's ear drums...
Regarding the food it is / was very much standard. That is as usual way, way over priced and the quality was at the very best mediocre and really that is all you can ever say about the food choices at this and most theaters. I have to say at least I didn't get sick from the food so that is always a plus. Seating was OK. Not much to say about that unfortunately for the price of IMAX you would think they would have better seats like that of the other theaters at that are actually less expensive.
Not worth the $$$$...only secments of the movie was surrounded and not lengthy. I was under the impression that it would be the entire movie. Now that would be an experience worth paying extra. Again don't waste your$$$
Today, I watched a BTS movie and really enjoyed. They have great sound systems in the room and volumes were big enough to enjoy the movie. Thank you very much!!
Ticket booth employee was outstanding. Incredibly helpful at resolving an issue with the Crown Club Card and had a positive attitude the entire time despite the card number being problematic. Cinema was nicely appointed. Seats were good for a smaller theater (movie had been out for a few weeks), but the cost of the ticket was prohibitive considering there wasn't any 3D involved and the seating wasn't recliner. Compared to other venues in the area you can get recliner seating and table service with IMAX screen for same price. If I hadn't been redeeming points for the second ticket the show would have been steep price. It was an evening show though, so the matinee may be better priced or if they have a $5 day or something. Good experience overall, just pricy.
A comfortable theater with plenty of screens to offer a variety of movies. Plenty of parking and your typical snack bar options. A good theater for watching movies.
IMAX screen, top of the line audio, acoustics and digital projection along with 3D movie offerings on just-out films. A very large selection of first-run movies in a clean environment. Friendly & helpful associates enhance your movie viewing experience.
One of the greatest theaters I have been to. Usually very busy, and sometimes theater rooms are very dirty. Also people don't treat this place well. Spilled popcorn and drinks make the floor slippery and afterwards, sticky. Otherwise, fun place to go to for a quick movie.
Our first time there and we were early for our show (Frozen II) and we decided to go eat. Unfortunately our food had arrived when the show started and they allowed us to change to a later show.
If you really have to go the movies, this location will fit the purpose. There isn't anything exceptional about this location. The lines are usually longer and slower than you think they should be. The theatres are usually pretty chilly (wear long sleeves or being a jacket).
It is nice having a lot of dining options within walking distance. There is also parking on both sides of the building that are much closer than parking in the main area out front.
Very expensive tickets. Seats not that comfortable. The system is old electronics and constantly stopping the line with delays in tickets and concessions. And even the popcorn is made with old JUNK oil that ruins your body... So this place is just not recommended. Even with all the restaurants around it The people seem to be as ignorant as the old system they have.
Regal is clean even the bathrooms. I would have given five stars but i was surprised about the assigned seating I thought for a minute that I was back in school. Used to be able to sit where ever you want. I haven't been to a movie in years so I was surprised about the assigned seating.
By far the biggest movie theatre in the East Bay. The biggest draw to this location is of course the IMAX theatre. It will sent you back on price, but the experience is awesome and everyone should try it at least once!
Ok. To be fair the place is undergoing a major remodel. The hallway to the theater is Dark with a blue light at the bottom. Don't drop anything - you won't see it. The theaters have new numbers also blue. There are new seats which are plush and comfy but the SMELL! I can only hope it wears off ASAP because I won't go back for a long time. Is there no ventilation? Did no one know about the smell from the new seats? I'm sure the theater isn't happy about it either. Saw the Mister Rogers movie and it is excellent in every way. Let's hope that by the nice weather the remodel will be done and the smell gone.
My 1st Imax Experience is here ... Unforgettable which I saw Tom cruise jumping to catch and hang on the plane ... in Rouge Nation .. and watched Spectre . Location is too good with loads of food joints around and lot of shopping too .. you can perfectly kill time on a weekend here
A very nice theatre, staff is friendly and efficient, seats are in good condition and its kept clean between shows. Seats do not recline sadly so it is more cramped than places that have transitioned to more luxury seating.
Chairs a bit hard in #8 but extremely nice staff. Clean, bar and treats! Good hideout in the daytime or waiting on ur car... take a movie. Very nice imax
