A descent place. You'll see the crowd and may be that's the reason for uncleanness. Seating chairs are OK not that comfortable. Restroom was stinky. No proper queue system to enter i.e. first of all you'll not understand where the queue to check-in starts from? Then some of the crowd Will jump in from nowhere and you'll be left frustrated. Employees at security won't bother about this and will just give you a smile if complained. Didn't use parking but there's ample space and you'll get one easily.

Great movie theater with friendly staff. Theaters are clean and fairly comfy as well. Food selection is also good.

It was a while since going to the movie theater. It was clean, it wasn't too hot or too cold. Loved the food selection. Being short, I liked the chairs in the theater I could actually see the movie.

Clean theater. Super huge! Our movie did not have reserved seating but seats were stadium style. Parking sucks, it's shared with other businesses ...so come early.

First time at this movie theater. Well maintained, rest rooms were clean and well maintained as well. Screen was not very big, auditorium was kind on long rectangle. Interestingly movie was projected on the side walls some times. That was an interesting experience.

I've been coming to this movie theater since 2006 and since then besides prices everything has gotten better. One thing that they started doing about a year or two ago is seat selection which makes ticket buying on apps like atom and fandango much easier.

This movie theater has a full on bar. They have many lines for purchasing concessions but they only have few open so there's usually a line and a 5 to 10 minutes wait during busier times.

The movie salons are always clean, though the seats could be more comfortable.

I usually purchase my tickets from costco which are about $5 of savings to two tickets. However, you should know costco tickets are for regular shows and you will have to pay few bucks extra for IMAX and 3d movies.

As for parking there are a tons available all around the theater so you will not have a problem finding a spot even during the release of popular movies.

Nice place, was clean. Lots of different food options (like samosas)although I didn't try any of them. About a month ago they opened a bar serving craft beer, wine & cocktails and you are allowed to bring a few drinks into the theater.

Very friendly service and especially we are Deaf group. Was nice to meet with people work there knows sign language. Make our communication and request for equipment real fast and convenient.

My childhood theater love this place so much great location if you wanna grab dinner and a movie there s tons of great restaurants around.

Fantastic beats I saw in website show IMAX3D TO 3.45PM, but they but showed to before 3.25pm. So don't believe website show timings. Call and ask them. I am really upset. Don't make bad day for you or avoid theatre.

This theater is ok, average. Seats are barely comfortable enough for a 2-hour movie. Concession stand is expensive, like all other theaters. Cost me $91 for a family of 6 to see a movie, that's just the ticket price.

Quick to pay or use online tickets but slow food service makes you want to show up extra early for your flick.

The theater is nice. But watch your ticket stub and make sure the correct movie is shown. Went to see Selma and they tried to give me tickets to "Into the Woods" . Was crossing off the theater number to say that the tickets printed incorrectly the room number. But when I looked at the tickets (5 total) it showed a different movie and that is why the room number was wrong. So I politely asked for the correct movie tickets.

Just watch your tickets. Give the credit to the correct movie please. If I pay for Selma my tickets should read Selma and not some random movie I do not wish to see.

Idk what sort of review I'm supposed to leave, should i deduct a point cause the soda is overpriced? No! Good chairs, good movies. No complaints.
EDIT: so this was 5 stars but then they replied to me asking me to join their crown club membership which I'm really not jazzed about. 4 stars for obnoxiously advertising and not being just thankful...

I've been coming here since I was a kid so it's always a nice place to visit/hangout. Also a bonus that there are a bunch of food options to go to before or after the movies. Still one of my favorite movie theaters.

We only go to movies on the IMAX screen in this theatre. Each time is a great experience. We love that the seats are reserved, so we don't have to get in line. That being said, if you're going to have hot food, make sure to get here about 20 minutes early because hot the food is made to order. I like the bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack. The sound is always good in the IMAX screen, but the seats are getting a little old. Probably should reupholster them.

I've been going to this theater since it opened many years ago. It's always clean and the workers are polite. The few times I had any issue with anything for a movie I was watching, they immediately took care of it or gave me my money back. They obviously have customer satisfaction as a priority. Good popcorn too.

One of my favorite theaters. The staff does try hard to keep up, they need more training and support. The managers are good with customer issues, and most of the patrons are good about turning off phones and respecting other patrons. I rarely have an issue with others.

If you want to spent family time this is the place, specially if you watched the movie you like it...

This place has big Rats.. they just ran across my feet...I wish there was away to post without the stars..this place doesn't deserve any..

One of two real IMAX theaters in the bay area. If you aren't here or at the Metreon in SF, you're getting swindled out of the extra $5.

One of the best movie theaters in the area. They have an awesome IMAX screen. Staff is friendly, clean place, popcorn is fresh and they also serve hot food. Their lobby area is very spacious with tables and chairs. If you are hungry before or after the movie, there are really good restaurants by the theatre to choose from. Every time I ve been to this movie theatre is been a very pleasant experience, have nothing bad to comment on. Enjoy your movie!

Nice theater! Christmas day was very busy with 30min waits for concessions! The reservation of seats is great so there's no worry on getting a good seat. We saw "Knives Out" and it was a pretty good movie.

Comfortable place to njoy movies with a whole shopping and restaurants in its vicinity.

A nice place to watch a movie. The place is clean and staff is friendly. The bar isn't that bad eather.

Has an IMAX so if there's a movie I want to see in IMAX, this is the theater I will go to. Prices are a little more expensive and while the seats are comfy, they aren't the recliners like at the Cinemark in Blackhawk, Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill. Hopefully they'll be updated soon!

For some reason when I did my review it only showed one star which was incorrect.. It is now fixed! We love this theater and the employees go above and beyond even if we had any issues they were quick to respond and resolve right away..

I skipped the line by buying my movie ticket inside at the self check out kiosk!

Great location, great theaters, plenty of concession stands, but never super clean.

This IMAX Theatre is the best around it s so fantastic. One thing for improvement is get recliner seats like in the Modesto Regal theatre. But that s the only thing to improve.

Went to the IMAX version of Alita and the theater SUCKED! CANNOT BELIEVE that I paid over 40.00 for a freakin IMAX 3d movie!!
So...seats are AWFUL! Sound is mediocre, and the experience is not worth HALF what I paid at this theater.

We enjoy IMAX movies and find this theater to be a dependably pleasant experience. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.

Got reserved seats with the BIG lounge chairs. But the handicap row was too close for my son's vision. He is 'blind' (no lens from cataract removal)and wears aphakic lens so everything is enlarged.

It has a real IMAX display. Sound was pretty decent at the theater. Parking is easy and lots of stuff to do nearby. Shopping mall and eateries nearby. I liked the assigned seating it has for blockbuster movies such as Star Wars Rogue 1

My favorite theater in the tri-valley. Best location, bigger screens and IMAX. Honestly, the workers are so friendly and nice and the food is amazing(hot foods). Getting rewards for watching movies is the best. Sign up for one if you watch lots of movies here.

Place was a bit outdated with the seats. Other than that it's pretty big.

Primarily good because if the large number of screens. Don't waste money in the expensive screenx tickets. The demo before the movie was interesting. Had zero impact on the movie itself.

Our to go movie theaters in the neighborhood. Food is good especially the popcorn is yummy with that extra butter on top. Clean place with courteous staff..

We really enjoyed the Jumanji double feature! We didnt realize it was a double fearure, until we got on to the theater. What a treat!

The line for to buy something is fairly long, it is not as clean or as comfortable as other cinemas I have visited near here, there was popcorn all over floors already when I walked in the screen area. But it is not too bad if you really want to watch a movie.

Love assigned seating at IMAX. I would have given it 5 stars if they were more efficient at the concession lines. Bathrooms are usually clean.

We paid for the rpx and to me, we didnt get NONE of the speakers on walls were on I could have save the xtra money
