Picture in the screen wasn't working properly, movie was set to start at 1230, previews did not start until after 1245

The individual cinema theaters are just average. They are the most expensive in the area. On top of it all, they do not participate in MoviePass. I only go there if I cannot see a film elsewhere.

A little old, dated and dirty. But serves it's purpose. Plus if it were to be updated and cleaned, prices would probably go up too much

I used to give it 5 stars. HOWEVER, even though they have a 90 foot IMAX screen that they USED to show 70mm prints on, they have switched to digital projection that does NOT use the FULL IMAX screen in movies like INTO DARKNESS and Catching Fire. They used to be one of the only 2 Imax options in a bay full of LIEMAX, but now they have cut their own throat. Only one left is AMC Metreon. (The Tech is still real IMAX, but you don't get curve corrected OR 3d movies in a dome)

We can watch any language movies with many time slots from morning till late night

Popcorn was tasteless, even asking for extra butter did not help. Slurpee was leaking all over due to the none slurpee lid and the chairs uncomfortable, not worth the price tag

Decent cinema with a good IMAX screen. Uncomfortable 3D glasses though.

The whole place is a mess, not just the theatre itself but the hallways are *covered* in old popcorn. Not exactly, uh, Regal...

It's ok. the seats are OK! Good experience but some of the staff are so rude ... They make this mean when you ask a question about anything ...
This place is fine ... The seats are good are comfortable was a good experience BUT some people work there are not friendly ... They make you that kind of faces when you ask them for anything! I did not like that

Lots of shopping and restaurants but keep in mind, it gets really busy on the weekends and parking can be a pain.

It's a nice theatre. They put new seats in. They kinda recline. No feet. Soft leather style just not comfortable to recline. But all Around clean and Nice

They need recliner seating...stadium seating really makes the experience stiff and uncomfortable

Cleanliness has improved from the past. Seats are numbered. So we don't have to hunt for seats. Restrooms are cleaner. Soft drinks are overpriced.

They need to update their seating. Other theatres have luxury seating at better prices!!!

We did not enter the Imax rooms but the normal ones, I thought they were old and not very comfortable. Very expensive tickets for what is the cinema. The sweets the same. The film was very bad but I know that is not the fault of the cinema! The downside is that even though two other cinemas appear on the map of the surroundings, when you go to look for them they are not there.

Clean theater and the reclining seats were comfy. I enjoyed the movie I watched entitled Joker. Staffs were well-mannered.

Poor Maintenance ,Bad carpet smell,drinks expensive,entrance step is covered with leaves ,dust...but seating is good

Come on!! This theater SUUUUUUCKS!!!! It smells ALL the time the seats are to close together, it's ALWAYS dirty from concession stand to inside the screening theater and ESPECIALLY the bathrooms They start movies late ALL the time! Gotta just start driving to Livermore!!

IMAX experience with big screen and sound effects are really awesome. I wanted give 5 stars just for those reasons but there are few things definitely needs to be improved.
1. Ticket counter is outside. Those who dont buy ticket online will havevto wait in line outside and in cold. They have a counter inside as well which could be opened for customers during cold nights. So buy tickets online!
2. IMAX seats are horrible. After paying $20 you would expect some comfortable seats. Hopefully they recplace them in future.

Place is little costly but its bay area. Imax screen is huge here and a must visit feature. This place is much better then other regals near by

Probably the best theatre in the east bay. A lot of auditoriums including a couple IMAX auditoriums. Tip: avoid the line at the box office by going inside and using the automated ticketing machines.

friendly staff, good food, great movie screen quality, and great movie selection. its for sure a great place to go.

This place now has a bar. I haven't tried it yet but it's a nice option to have.

Nice theater. Clean. Lots of theaters and movie choices. More expensive than most theaters and the matinee are barely a bargain.

5 stars for being the best place to waste time in pleasanton.

Kinda disappointed... the sound was off and my son had to leave the theater twice to notify someone to turn it on. We missed the beginning of the previews.

Great set-up, large and roomy complex with lots of choices and parking!

I have no complaints about this theatre and have been here many times. They have a properly sized IMAX screen. Parking is easy if you are willing to walk a little. Try behind the theatre.

Not getting more tickets after the game when compare to other chuk e cheese

This is place is good for spending time with families.

Chairs a bit hard in #8 but extremely nice staff. Clean, bar and treats! Good hideout in the daytime or waiting on ur car... take a movie.

Well run cinema but I registered 90-100db volume in the IMAX theater which will damage hearing over prolonged periods. This cannot be safe.

Occasionally get long lines depending on what day and what time you go and occasionally get annoyed workers, but generally a good place to go, especially on weekends/days off.

Nice seats and clean theater. Small bathrooms that show the age of the facility

VERY NICE THEATER...
If you have to choose a theater to spend 2 and half hours in smelling perfume and greesey popcorn at least go to one "hea" that uses there ventilation = ) Always enjoy their clean atmosphere and environment. I would have gave them five stars but the bathrooms could be better and some employees could be better to do down the road in my opinion.

Great customer service good location prices are high everywhere but the experience of watching a movie was fantastic. Bathrooms were also very clean thank you.

This is one of my favorite theaters. It's well laid-out and they have plenty of counter space during peak movie-going times, great food choices and the theaters themselves are always clean and accessible.

Everyone was personable. However, the movie theater could be cleaned more frequently. The area around the concession stand was sticky and floor flooded with popcorn. I understand the messes happen, but cleaning more frequently in the day would be appreciated. The bathrooms could also be cleaned more frequently as well. The floors and sinks were dirty.

Pretty alright theater, with typical showings and lots of concessions. One complaint is that the concession area can be a little messy.
