Watched a couple of movies here during my stay in Dublin. A decent cinema with a good selection of movies. The lobby can get a bit crowded during peak hours.

Went to the theater in the morning. It was quiet and not busy. Limited concession menus and arcade game.
Lots of theaters, concession stand is clean and well-organized, great arcade and even stuffed animals.
It's one of two theaters close to my house and work. They don't always have the most efficient lines for the food, but otherwise they are no worse than anyone else.
best movie theatre. nice, spacious , lots of seats.
Nice theater right near a lot of restaurants for good date nights.
It's always been clean and it's a large place. I like to come here when less packed on weekdays. Lots of restaurants surrounding.
Good movie, good popcorn. Didn't like the seating where you had to pick a seat which meant you couldn't move to another seat if you wanted to. Also didn't like the fact that the seats in front of you are to high. Most theaters the seats are lower in front of each room so your not looking at the back of someone's head or in between two heads in front of you. So not nice.
Great theater. Recliner seats. However, popcorn is stayle because managers have staff pre bag and put under a heat lamp. How does that?
Love the movies, specially now that they have assigned seating.
Missed part of movie because of standing in line for popcorn. Inefficient process. It can be made better
Movie theater was very clean and the people that work there are so friendly..of course the movie was good.
Visiting from Texas. We have better. Larger seats with more space with neighbors, food and drinks served in theater. It's a pass.
Biggest and best movie theater in the area. Expensive though.
WAY too many commercials before even showing one trailer!!! We pay enough money without having tonsit through commercials! Stop the greed.
Good cinema, but if you want comfy seats, the rpx screen is the only real one. Cinema is in such a need of upgrade relative to current standards
Price $$$ and its even closer to Hollywood compared to the one in orlando fl.
Granted, it's been about 3 months since I went to a local show. Went today however, the week before Christmas. Couldn't understand WHY the line was short but the window staff was taking soooooo long with some of the customers...Come to find out when I got up to the window? I had to PICK MY SEAT THEN AND THERE AS A RESERVATION. Seriously? How incredibly "big brother" IS THAT! Because I have a few eye problems, I often go into the respective theater and let my eyes adjust and carefully pick a seat I think will accommodate my needs. But I DON'T make that decision at the ticket window and that is apparently what they insisted I do. So guess what Hacienda? After umpteen years of theater going exclusively there? I'm DONE. I can't think of a more stupid, time consuming activity standing in line and I find it personally, very offensive my selection is now being forced at the ticket window. Done here. Goodluck with dropping ticket sales already...Pathetic commentary on management.
Went to Hacienda Crossings Regal Cinema Imax to watch Ma today. I was told that they can not let me in with my sleeping 6month old because it is a R rated movie. The theater do not allow anyone under 7 into a R rated film. Sooooo a sleeping baby that will not pay any attention to the movie and that will stay asleep as long as he is on me can t go inside but a 7 year old can watch the movie??? Do better and be smarter.
Seats suck and I keep getting stale popcorn. If you are going to charge insane prices for popcorn at least make it very good!
They need to do a spectrum low frequency sound test for the speakers behind a screen they have an internal vibration and a distortion which infurs a possible problem with a voice coil.
So the actual movie was alright but the prices were way to much, I go to AMC very often and I never paid that much for food and snacks, or even the ticket of the actual movie,
the seats weren't the most comfortable but they aren't the worst I suppose
Food: Sadly, concessions is beyond slow. As much as I would love to support the theater's concessions, I often find myself skipping a snack if the line has more than 2 or 3 people in line. Also, why bother having hot food on the menu if they don't have the ovens ready to go in the morning? Lol.
Bag checks and not being able to bring outside food and drinks is understadable, but in order to avoid people bringing their own stuff, the staff needs to be much more efficient.
The theater and restrooms are almost always clean on the days I go. I typically go during the morning so it might be different mid-day or at night.
I've been coming here for just about 14 years. I love the IMAX experience and watching movies here, but there's always room for improvement.
Star wars the force awakening opening with friends.
Better than the Beatles but not better than the White album.
They need more of the super cool seats that recline other then that it was ok. Popcorn is yummy.
Regal theater is not that good. Chairs are not comfy and they took extra 5 $ pp. just not worth it
Yes, it plays essentially every movie, so excellent in that regard. Here are the reasons for taking off 2 stars. Went there on Memorial Day afternoon - over 30 minutes in line for popcorn. They have like 20 cash registers and only 4 people working. You can't purchase tickets at the self-serve kiosk with Costco vouchers so you have to wait in the ticket line. Other than weekend nights there are usually only 1 or maybe 2 people working the ticket line and it can get long also. The theater rooms are different. Some have more leg room than the other (especially back row) - I don't go enough to know specifically which theater rooms are better than the others.
Great place. Love that imax is now assigned seating saves having to get there super early
Had a nice time here seeing The Gentleman with my super girlfriend Beth.
We see most of our movies here. It's always clean and the wait time for popcorn is usually reasonable.
While this place is a huge complex it is always well staffed and clean. Parking problems and lines at the ticket booth are common so plan ahead and/or purchase your tickets ahead of time.
Comfy seats, no water fountain or bathrooms on second floor
Pleasant movie experience in a newly renovated screen !!
48 miles from my house but I like this theater and area.
Movie was great, the matinee was $10.50 Anna the seats are very uncomfortable. They are in great need of updating. I will go to Livermore or Blackhawk next time.
Nice theater with quite a lot of screens. They have 1 IMAX rpx screen for a premuim experience. There are quite a lot of places to eat around the theater and there is plenty parking around the theater but can be challenging during weekend evenings.
Just a disclaimer, the time of day that I went impacted my rating. Bunch of smelly, loud kids, and as a result, the theater was a bit more dirty than it should have been
This theater compares favorably with other modern movie venues. Big, multi screen, expensive food, occasionally great customer service when you need it, comfortable seating and cup holders!
Concession lines are the slowest ever! They need to redesign their concession stands to make it more self serve to save time. They have lost our money several time due to the long lines to get food.
Location is a big advantage
Friendly staff
Could improve on the cleanliness.
Not having an online option to reserve seats online is a big -ve
Also, no Cinemark movie club equivalent options with regal cinemas
Can t use kiosks if using tickets purchased at AAA/ Costco
Do not order burgers at this place. We missed 15 mins of the movie waiting for the food to be prepared. Or you can get there 15 min early I guess..
I love coming to this theatre. Really Clean always inspite of people dropping food all over grrrr (I carry a spare bag to put away all my trash LOLLL) and the staff right from when you buy seats to the end when you walk out are all soooooo nice. I just love the vibe of this place. Been coming here for years now.
The seats are way too uncomfortable to sit in, they are way too stiff and narrow
IMAX theater aside, Livermore Cinemas is better in every way, shape and form. Regal's prices are way higher, the food is worse, there's no beer or wine, the place is dirtier, and every seat isn't reclining leather.
No place in the bay area like the Hacienda Crossings in Dublin. A juicy burger at Fudds and finding dory on the big screen with a mountain of buttery popcorn. Can't move now but a great day out with my shorty...
Went to the matinee, and went in watch a movie no problem.
Food lines can take a very long time. Theater rooms are generally clean.
I love this movie theatre. It's clean, and well maintained. I am also a member of Regal Cinemas that gives you points. I have received free popcorn by accumulating points as a member.
You do have the option of purchasing your tickets from a person or a ticket kiosk.
The concessions leave a lot to be desired. Once you've purchased your snacks, you have to shove your way out from the people waiting to purchase theirs. Lots of overcrowding. It's the same with the different wings of the theater - once you've watched your film, you have to fight the bottleneck of people trying to come in, or you can go underneath the ropes, like I did.
The bathrooms were so-so. One stall had no seat covers in the middle of the day. One sink had no soap. It seems all the staff was stuck behind the counter getting the million people their popcorn.
Ill not be going back. They only get two stars for the decent seating.
Friendly staff, clean comfortable surroundings for enjoying Downton Abbey! Ample close parking made a complete theater experience!
Senior citizen prices are too high would never go there again
Clean theatre. Popcorn is pretty good. Screen sizes are medium.
Not a bad experience but I deducted a point because the movie was a little blurry at times. It might just need some wiping
I saw DUNKIRK today. Love the IMAX movie. LOUD, yes. But I love "feeling" the sound effects.BUT, here is the reason for the 3 stars. The seats are AWFUL. They are in serious need of re-upholstering. As a result, if felt OLD.
Hate to say it but getting a little tired... as far as I know this theater really hasn t done any major upgrades since adding the iMax. We always go to Livermore or even up to Blackhawk for some leather recliner action.
Despite being crowded for the weekend, the folks at the theater were friendly, helpful and warm. Loved the quality of the IMAX screen - an immersive experience. Popcorn and drinks are on the expensive side. Be prepared for a wait to get a car park over the busy periods!
Screen-X is a joke and a waste of money.
First there aren't "3 screens" to immerse you, theres the one normal screen and then the two walls of the theatre that are projected on to. This means that:
1)The two side screens are noticeably darker than the main screen which is distracting.
2)There are huge black bezels between the three "Screens" which is terrible.
3)There are obnoxious Exit signs, AC controls, stairwells, and doors throughout the side screens which is so bad it's hard to imagine how this got approved in the first place.
4)The effect turns off and on through the film which is frustrating as it switches back and forth.
TL;DR The immersion is a joke, don't waste your money, Screen-X is not ready for prime time. Stick to Imax, this theatre is actually one of the best Imax theaters in the Bay.
Assigned seating and the seating isn't as nice as most of the theaters in South Bay for the price.
